Nothing wrong with the AS staying as allotted in the Articles of Incorporation. Doesn't mean dilution is coming straight-away, either. What it DOES do is give the company the means of securing additional capital by 'selling shares' at a future point *should* diluting become necessary.

Most important right now is the Float. How many free shares are trading....

DEFINITELY expecting a nice run-up before any remediation regarding the #Russell or #NASDAQ $1 rules go into effect.

HIGHLY see this thing *organically* trading above $1 within the next (30)days -- ESPECIALLY with $MULN production news, or $MAEO news of #EMM deals. Anything else??? #Then_Moon

...maybe I'll buy the shell? (I got a couple-hundred bucks!) Do a Reverse/Tri-merger and take MY ideas public! But can't do that w/o knowing: WHO OWNS THIS GARBAGE TICKER?!

Shareholders should ask of JF:

1) Reduce the Share Structure: CUT THE SS IN 1/2!
~ We're 'bloated' with Billions of shares out there, likely forever stuck in the sub-penny range; unless something *crucial* happens good for #LVGI.

2) Initiate a share buy-back: 'REVERSE' DILUTION!
~ Provide solid-consolidation to the stock, by 'rewarding' current ShareHolders! Though, to do this would require ($$$) #LVGI doesn't have! And any financing deal would be pure rubbish...probably the death of the ticker!

3) Find SOLID deals...with 'reputable' companies! No more fly-by-night deals with 'WhoFoods?' type of companies... No more SLAM parties--because, I'm not drinking my investment--why are they?! And no more damn PR's about the PR -- which told us a PR was coming 'next week'!!!


To recap:

~ Reduce the SS
~ Buy-back Shares
~ Create SOLID deals/contracts
~ And NO "fluff" ('forward looking') PR's that still leave #Longs 'holding-the-bag'!

Here's what I think:

1) SLAM - will need a 'new home' (Distributors), as the small batch (1000 cases) produced does not sufficient enough return for 'the big guys' in the alcoholic beverage space.

2) Hempcore - 'may' be restocked on Amazon...or may not! UFoods, I believe, is the distributor, and they're not marketing or moving product in a way that alludes to them gearing-up to 'critical-mass'. Looks like they're just...sitting on it, hoping it will sell itself!

3) The Ascend MLM deal - appears 'finito'. No mention of HempCore on their site at all... And, to be such a "fresh" deal: shouldn't they be screaming "GET UR HEMPCORE HERE!!!" all over the site?

4) Any *new* avenues #LVGI tries to go in (eCig, crypto, baby formulas, etc.) -WITHOUT solidifying "SLAM" and "HEMPCORE"- is simply a[nother] ploy to 'sell shares', IMHO.

But, hey - Bush, Jr. said it best: "Fool me once...shame on you! But...fool me, can't be fooled again!" (Hmmmph?!)

Anyone know: is the Ascend deal off?

~ It seems his only communications to SH have been to say 'I plan to communicate at some point in the future'. And nothing he's said has panned-out so far.

It was all but impossible to sell-off, not too long ago...
I considered selling it for a tax loss in 2016, 2017...and planned to this year, if nothing was shaking. Of course, it would have had to have some volume to do that, tho!

Hmmm...I wonder if $RSHN is gaining a few more eyes, due to it sounding like "Russian"?

That could be for a few reasons:

...trading vol. doesn't cover your order?
~ Meaning: not enough shares are trading hands for you to get filled.

Otherwise, I'd imagine it's your 'position'.
~ Meaning: where your order is - in relation to someone else'. Imagine (22) people put the exact same order in (don't laugh: it can happen!). Well: depending on *when* you put your order in -- someone else may be filled before you!

...if it's neither of those: I'd try not checking "All Or None". That option ensures that if not all of your order is filled -- then none of it is! So, if the MM is missing even (1) share to fill your order -- NO FILL!

Been to the offices (may upload photos later)...getting a tour lined-up (soon enough, to test some suits!)...and plan to hold my position well into #2020 -- or until company exits.
