Thank you.
I thought they were all crooks?
Right On Pegs1! The company has all their ducks in a row and disruptive meetings where some shareholders will only embarrass themselves will not satisfy those impatient investors. Only a waste of time and money at this time for TDCP. Their last shareholder meeting outlined their next steps and so far they have been on track.
The relationships with government/military/medical has been very encouraging. All the examples of 3d/holographic images from other companies presented here trying to prove that TDCP is falling behind aren't even close to the tech that they are developing. If R&D were so easy we would have a cure for cancer by now. Cancer research has been ongoing for many more years than 3D tech.
Patience is a virtue!
GTLA those patient investors!
Tired of the Whining!
With wonderful emails like that why would the management even care about shareholders
Its actually the other way around. 2 shares at $1 become 1 share at $2
Reverse splits are rarely good. I had a decent position of 500k shares in a company with a sub-penny pps. the company did a 35:1 R/S to increase the share price to attract new investors. My 500K shares were divided by 35 and reduced to less than 15,000 shares. Although the pps increased by 35 to around .21 pps so the value still remains the same. Problem is that over the next year the pps dropped back to sub-penny. The pps now is about .015.......so not pleased with a R/S.
I'm with you ChartMaster. I've been long on CBIS for several years but I am starting to have concerns. The article from Forbes below (scroll down to see the important stuff) talks about the R Dabneys shady past for releasing misleading statements to pump a stock in 2005 and was barred from trading for 5 years. Dabney is now a managing consultant for CBIS.

This excerpt is from the information provided on the IHUB website. Doesn't look like a divy will be issued any time soon if at all. Also burning through 8 million per year has lead to a net loss of over 86 million plus through 2012.
Cashed in some profits yesterday for a 100% gain on the recreational pot legalization run but still hold a small position. Will keep an eye on this for any additional pumps.

Dividends (April 23, 2013)-10-K
The Company declared a dividend to all common stockholders of record as of December 31, 2010, whom are to receive a dividend equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the number of common shares of the Company's stock held on that date in the form of newly issued Series A common shares. For example, if a stockholder held 100,000 common shares on December 31, 2010, that stockholder would receive a dividend of 10,000 Series A common shares. This dividend is on hold and will remain pending until such time as FINRA approves the Company's Series A common stock for trading, it obtains a CUSIP registration number, it receives sponsorship from a brokerage firm, and the shares become tradable through the OTCBB market. TheCompany retains the right to adjust the shareholder record date should any factor make it impossible for the Company to issue the dividend to shareholders of record on December 31, 2010, including, but not limited to: approval of the Series A common stock and dividend by FINRA, a detailed December 31, 2010 common stockholder lists is available, or other unforeseen obstacles that would prevent the current dividend structure from completing. The Company will not make any share accrual or allowance for this dividend until such time as all regulatory approvals are in place for the Series A common stock to be issued and become a marketable security.
The Company does not anticipate paying cash dividends
or making distributions in the foreseeable future.

Thanks Mr Spock.
Eggie please explain...does it have to do with the Outstanding Shares vs current pps?
Thanks Madman and Eggie for your responses.
Seems like the financial restructuring by Victor is a step in the right direction. With the pps so low what is the probability of another reverse split?
Got caught in the last RS and now we are back to pre RS pps. Want to improve my position but concerned about another RS.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Go TDCP
Still a believer that Mark can make this a winner as many others believe but....... another RS may be on the horizon. I don't think management cares about us small investors impacted by a RS....only the big boys waiting in the wings. When they have something substantial to show the world they will jump on leaving us with peanuts as shares. Hard to imagine putting more $$$ into this after another RS. My retirement plans won't survive with another 35:1 split and when they hit payday I hope I can afford to play along.
Just watched a funny story on CBS about a private start up getting $5 million from investors, including Bill Gates, to find a plant substitute for EGGS. Why is it we can only raise $300k for our world changing technology? Lol!
With all the toxic financing I am concerned about another RS. I can't see investing anymore $$ until we hit bottom. I lost thousands $$ with the last RS and here we are almost at the same level after I have invested more $$ to make this opportunity worth while again. Still a believer but I fear that all of us "believers" will be left holding an "empty bag" once again as the team decides, like the last time, to RS to attract new investors and reduce the OS. Will still hold until something happens one way or the other. No point in giving away the bag now.
Disappointing to say the least. Not as far along as we would like to see. But our time will come. Still a believer.
Looks like the Air Force will be awarding an exclusive contract for the future development of their 3d radar system. Hmmmm, wonder why Mark has mentioned all three companies in his updates? Could be working with all three of them? CONTRACT AWARD...... MARCH 2014. Been in this long with 3dicon for years too.......on the edge of my seat!

Found this article on the Raytheon site. Looks like they have already demonstrated a 3d radar to the Air Force in June. Hopefully this is what Mark was referring to and we are just waiting for approval by the Air Force before the big announcement in October!
