I am concerned that you keep saying big announcement next week. if that is true, either the big announcement concerns a company you control or SFOR mgmt. is leaking inside information. why would they do that for a shareholder that calls in cold to the office? something smells very odd here. another poster says he sees $3.5 million in revenues by year end. That is beyond stupid. this might be a nice stock to yo-yo up and down but it is not a real company if they have only 400,000 of revenue and 700 million shares. then it is a scam company. I got in low so frankly I don't care but seeing someone talk about inside information is pretty alarming, even if this is a scam company. the trend does not look good. 11 year old business, has issued and outstanding almost 4X the amount of shares from 2 years ago, mired in lawsuits, making big promises that likely won't be realized near term. could be in fact a good long play, but not if they keep issuing 150 million shares each quarter. and remember, they are probably using a broker dealer to sell the shares and the dealer will take 15%+ depending on the risk so for every 150 million shares issued and sold SFOR only gets a little over $100,000 which is less than 1 months cash requirement before debt service. lawsuits may be promising but they take several years and the outcome is always in doubt given that there are a lot of OOB patents issued. you all know a lot more than me, I am just looking at the raw data. like I said, should be an interesting ride but if they keep issuing shares it has to keep moving down.
when do they release Q2 results?
