Has anyone here researched Robert Silver? Mr. Demes and Robinson are good, though Robinson is gone now.
Make a profit on the coming news, and when the stock goes up some. It does not matter who these guys are running the company. You know the drill and so do they....news, then sell.
So what is the new o/s count going to be, a billion? Not that I care so much, as long as the stock goes up on the news. Thank goodness we got news. Lets see what happens now.
I worry about a r/s. NM
hold-
He is the largest investor. Mr. Chu is second. I do not know about pinks, but he has sued a lot of people over the years. He is in his mid-60s.
I think Bodouroglou has a tiger by the tail. Mr. Tadlock is an old, experience investor. If he bought Box shares off the Greek stock exchange and sue through a Greek law firm, then Bodouroglou has a problem, and so do the board members and Box Ships Inc.
My thoughts also. William Robinson CEO is 63. Just hope he still has some fire in him to do this thing.
I do not know for sure. However, go to GSPE news at otcmarkets.com, and click on GULFSLOPE ENERGY SPUDS TAU PROSPECT 9/14/18. It reads TXSO Energy has a 5% working interest. So I guess they do have to pay that per cent for drilling. It is a wildcat well. So if they bring in a new field then TXSO would own 5% added to their reserves.
TXSO has 5% interest in the TAU well. Gulfslope Energy (GSPE) is doing the drilling and the paying to do so, and have 20% interest. Delek GOM Investments LLC has 75% interest. It is Delek who loaned Gulfslope the 10 million to go ahead and drill deeper or as far as they can go. The TAU well is in 450 feet of water off the coast of Louisiana.
After hours news posting for GSPE....GSPE just got a 10M dollar loan. I think that is to finish the drilling on the TAU project.
day-traders taking a few crumbs in the morning hours. should come back up in the afternoon.....lets see.
number 4 is a killer if they reverse before striking. However, with an increase in a/s it could mean the o/s count shall stay put for a while longer, I hope.
still hot. think it will close today at .0078. some longs are coming in and must somehow over shadow day traders for share strength.
You are not getting cold feet as GSPE is not drilling off the coast of Iceland or inland, too. However, if you recall, they said they are having drilling difficulties (issues) and most likely the cause of SP slowly dropping. And just to add, they spent lots on this drilling project. So I do not think they will easily walk away. imho- Lets see what happens.
Mr. Chu, the other big stockholder, I wonder if he is in this mix, too?
Tony should have taken the company into the kite and string business first. and then taken Baltia up from there to a major airline as the money came in to do so. At least BLTA would still be trading in the pinks. It should not have taken a whiz-kid and a lot of money to stay out of the greys. Business 101.....a computer.....and a few thousand dollars. That is all it takes for a while, anyway. This one cost me 3k.
I sent an email a few minutes ago.
Must be designing a new one. I hope so.
I wonder about the website? Guess I should email and ask soon.
These crooks and scam artist all know each other. It is like a kind of club they belong to, and their homes are in Pinkland.
Buyer-beware. Danny boy Sobolewsky your new CFO has a history with the SEC. He was CEO at GFOX last year when the SEC shut them down and put them on the grey sheets.
He is not going to jail as he has enough money to live anywhere in the world, and out of reach of the law. Matter-of-fact no one knows where he is living today....and not in Austin. That is the way it works...be somewhere and no where. You can do wonders with just a computer, in South America.
True. But how do you know he is trying to get funding for Box? Or is it just wishful thinking on your part? Mr. B founded this company and he is one of the richest Greek ship owners in the business. Hard to believe he would just walk away.
First we have to get one or more ships on line as we have none now, and a CEO who decides to become fair with the shareholders. I have 252000 reasons to be hopeful and not selling any. We shall see.
Where did you find out about the AXAS deal? NM
I can not find their debt. Do you know? NM
There is news out today, 12/10/2018. But have only found it at Schwab. Very strange indeed.
Who is Eduard Nazmiev? I can not find much information on him? What country is he from?
The SEC document posted on the boards today is about a process only. And not conclusion.
No one is interested in your autobiography.
Schwab would not allow me to buy less than .0001. So I got it at that price. Don't know why. You will just have to find a broker that is willing to place an order at that price, .000001. The SEC is not going to delete it from the grey sheets, otherwise, the new CEO would never have bought the shell. If GFOX is truly a shell. Remember, the firm as an entity, is still there. The SEC was just after the crooks that was running the thing. And so they are gone. The SEC will leave it as is. imho-
Oh, come on. $3.04-
they are not a sec reporting firm. so it is hard to take them too seriously. unless one is here purely for a pump and dump, and not long term.
may be a good idea not to be in a hurry. we do not know any of his intentions. as you know, it did cost him a few thousand for the shell. so lets see what happens.
You slip the ask. NM
read the last 8-k. someone else has taken over. now hq is in ohio. another run-up is coming. when? I bought some shares on the grey sheets just in case it should come back. but could not recommend it to anyone.
It cost about 5 million to drill one to completion.
Has anyone read the latest news posted by briefing.com on Nov. 6? It is on the TEUFF page in my Schwab account. It is a little vague to me. But states that TEU leased 4 container ships to Ship Finance International and in turn leased these 4 ships out.....good until 2024. I don't know what to make of this, but imho, maybe Bodouroglow merged Box Ships into Allships now. By the way, the lease is for 400 million dollars.
What is being said in the paragraph you posted is that BLTA is revocable only.....this is procedure.....not conclusion.
