Friendly Tax Reminder:
Sell this POS and you can deduct the loss on against your gains or against your regular income. If it goes BK and you can't sell it then you may not be able to deduct it until it meets the IRS requirements of a worthless security.
This POS will be no bid followed by a Q within months. Roy can't do a R/S dilute scheme anymore, not enough market cap for that.
Don't believe anything that anyone here tells you without proof.
Roy's Annual Thanksgiving Address:
Roy just emailed me the following message.
I want to thank everyone for their faith and commitment to this fine company. Things have once again been tough this year but our luck is bound to change. I'm pretty sure Coke took a good long look and almost bought us out but instead went a different route.
Coke Milk Product Article
In any case you will all be millionaires some day when we become the next big thing. Got to go now, the yacht is almost finished being gassed up and I don't want to be late to my vacation.
Tootles.
Anyone that buys this stock will need a DD when they are done drinking after it goes bankrupt.
Well considering they have filed bankruptcy it could go to zero.
double post...
Yeah you are right, having no product and therefore no income is pretty cool.
Based on what? Will there even be enough volume in a bounce for you to catch it?
So much for those 4's...
If you are lucky you will be saying hello to the dollar you get back from him.
Hmmm a penny stock accountant in new jersey, that sounds trustworthy.
Maybe Roy cant afford his old accountant. Sponsoring a 5k can't cost much money, there are hundreds of 5k's every weekend. Maybe hes just going to give a portion of the money from any sales at the event to the event...
If you can't figure out what you are investing in then why are you investing in it? Also, you are certainly going to lose all of your money in this scam.
Wait, are you guys saying this isn't a 300MM company? What happened to all of the "its going to hit a dollar and the rocket to the moon" talk?
Anyone have any money in still besides the people with 47 cents worth of pre RS shares?
To give new "real" investors a higher % of the company. People who put in a couple hundred or a thousand aren't good for anything except for direct payment of a huge stack of debt. The money that get rich quick people invest isn't really going to improving the business, just to keep it afloat a few days longer.
If Roy sells this company it will be by issuing the remaining 19.5 billion shares to the new owner and then doing a huge reverse split.
You guys do realize that if any miracle were to happen and big money were to invest in this or someone were to endorse it that it would come at your expense? Why would anyone do a deal otherwise? Think about it, if someone were to throw a million at this turd they wouldn't just go buy the stock they would dilute normal shareholders to oblivion and own most of the company. This thing is a lose lose for everyone but Roy.
The only news thats coming is Roy simultaneously announcing bankruptcy and his retirement on the deck of his new yacht.

Anyone want to take bets on when this will go no bid and how many shares will be outstanding when it does.
last time it sat at bouncing between .0001 and .0002 for awhile. I'll go 9/15/14 and 600mil shares.
The only person who would endorse this garbage train is Lenny Dykstra.
How much do you actually own? Just curious.
You are looking at the wrong map with a broken compass.
Fess up, who bought $250 worth today? How can that be worth anyone's time?
I've said it before but if you are holding a small value in this POS at a huge loss your best bet is to sell it and take the deduction on your taxes before it becomes unsellable. Its much more difficult to deduct a loss for a what the IRS defines as a worthless security.
ATTD Haiku:
When will there be news?
Are you waiting for a bump?
Roy takes your money.
well if you can make a pittance every day or even good money every other week or so you are doing pretty good but you can't spread 500k around 250 - 500 penny stocks and expect to beat index funds.
The YTD returns on my mutal funds are just shy of 30k on 450k and that doesn't include my 401k. I'd rather have a relatively "low" return on a lot of money than a big return on a few grand.
With ATTD you can make a few bucks if you get lucky but you have to duplicate that performance dozens of times which I admit I cannot do and I don't believe many others can do on a consistent basis.
Most people I know that trade seem to forget about their losers and only talk about the winners...
Insane amount =1MM+
Huge amount =100k-1MM
Large amount =10k-100k
good amount =1k-10k
pittance = <1k
Its my understanding that you made somewhere between a pittance and good amount of money off the last bump but then let it ride and bought more so we'll see if that cancels out...
Anyone that thinks they will make an insane amount of money off this stock must never have held $100 before.
Its not no bid yet so its clearly not at the bottom.
Quit while you are ahead GMONEY. You did make a few hundred off the last bounce right?
more like dilution in full effect, another 25%+ dilution in the last week
Is everyone that bought this just hoping to catch a bump or do you think the company actually has long term potential?
I honestly want to know why you say these things. Do you own it and you are trying to pump it?
Its ok to say yes.
You have no basis for saying the dilution is almost over. ATTD can't even control the dilution.
Too bad all of the upper floors have collapsed onto it and left a burning pile of rubble.
The selling has been toxic financing converting ATTD's debt into shares which they then sell and dilutes your "investment"
The bottom line is if you owned this 3 weeks ago you now own 33% less of the company.
Ouch, it has been diluted by almost 33% in 3 weeks.
