Amazing how your math is off when you want it to be!
At no time during the 15 months did I borrow
$2,937,000. Where the filings say oustanding officer
loans, it was the same amount carried forward with
minor modifications.

I never borrowed $2,937,000 anytime and the million plus
was paid back in days. How did I carry it around
in my back pocket for 15 months.

Total out and out lies. Then in your chart you don't
show $4 miilion in dollars coming in. File that law
suit and I will get a crack at you.

I should have the new tech site up and running
shortly. I have my people putting it together.

Frank, always using the "excerpts" worded towards
your personal goals. The one million was paid back
in a few days.

Money was not a delay problem with SecureView it
was changing over from the glass GE bulbs. We had
to build a completely new system. Then we had
problems with the power supply and heat.New products
take years to develop.

I should have paid myself $250,000 a year and then I
would not have had to pay anything back. How do you
know if I paid the $277,000 back or not?

The Judge thing is so funny, bring it on!

Just wanted to let everyone know the site will be
up and throw some truth on the bashers. We are having
a little celebration here, I must get back to the

The new SI board is on hold, yes/no/yes/yes/no. It is
the refunding of money thing.

I have decided to use a host and have an independent

All the e-mails and PM's of support. Many from people that
I think are the private majority. I'm at the office and it
is so great to have your support.

Let me prove myself to you by doing everything I can to
make my goals of last year happen!

I stay in the design and marketing side and we have the
best managers running the company. I will build it and they
will sell it.

It would do a lot of us good to put our ego's in check and
support the company. Just think about what we have
accomplished and who we are doing business with.

Just take one example, CostCo, they recently moved to the
number two spot under Wall-Mart, and just above K-Mart at
number 3. We are THE ONLY security camera they carry.

I never received 2 million shares of WLDC/WLDI. You wanted
a deal for starting a board and being a consultant. You
requested the stock and never paid for it. I have the e-mails
where you talk about money problems. Had I known a reverse
was planned do you think I would have purchased a million
shares?

Frank, answer to the board what you got for the $200,000
Mr. Consultant ????????? Tell them the deal, why move
around the subject and call it goods, what did you buy
and what was the deal. Why the 60 days for delivery.

The second group of questions amounts to a trial on this
thread. You know I can't comment on most of them. Pay the
money and hold the trial in court.

By the way, I will be down your way in October. Can we
not sit down like gentleman and work this out?

I had to move appointments around and was pressed to get

I bought stock, not sold. For everyone's information in the
original public filings my statement of ownership was done
in the filings. The new stock I received and purchased was
all this year.

We DO NOT HAVE a production shortage! The PP has to do with
funding larger orders from bigger companies that pay you in
90 days.

If I have documents I make public regarding Frank, I know
several people who will post them. I think it would be in
bad taste here and only promote problems.

Everyone thinks they are experts in SEC rules. The violation
would be if I released inside information for others to post.
I'm probably the only person on all these boards that has
been a CEO of a public company.

I have the receipts from the lawyers to prove I've gotten a
good education. I have owned several businesses and generated
sales millions of dollars in revenue. I did not walk up the
road from our farm and build this company.

We have such great products and people, so many positive
factual achievements. It is a waste of time to dwell in the
past with all this. I hope we can now move forward and talk
about the future.

I never traded any SEVU through Hornblower.

WLDI selling restricted shares in their PP and my selling
some free trading has gotten you confused.

do it.

Accusing a major New York firm of stock manipulation is
not a good idea, unless you have proof.

The SEC reviewed all of my trading, Period! I'm sure a
PR was out about the Navy contract and I don't know
where you get the $500,000.

Making up all these stories and trying to involve me in
SEVU trading at Hornblower & Weeks is crazy. I suggest
you call them or the broker and tell them this story.

Sorry for not getting back sooner

This will also be short. George and the sales team have
been very active. Mike Ambler took the info last week to
American Airlines. George has talked directly with the
President of South West Airlines.

Let them do their job they are on top of it. We have been
using digital recording capabilities from day one. My
studio is full digital.

This is short because the R&D staff has been working 12
hour days and weekends. When I get a break, I try and
update the tech world. I hope you all like the clean

The truth

To my knowledge there have been about 3 million shares taken
in the PP. I have taken NONE! There is no credit terms!The money I borrowed has been paid back, so I don't see the fuss. I did look into taking the company private a long time ago, it
was a thought for a day and makes no sense.

I could have paid my self $300,000 a year, or more, I was
doing 3 jobs. Then I would not have had to pay a dime back.

There are parts of my life that have not been gone through in
great detail. I prefer to keep it that way and will not give
my enemies clues to dig up information and try and use it
against me. I see no reason why my flight training has a
thing to do with SeaView.

I can assure you I can fly a host of aircraft and many people
witnessed me flying Vinnie Testaverde's 450 Bell Jet Ranger
during the World Championship Offshore Races. With all that
has happened, planes have been on my mind.

If you feel strongly that Frank is out of line, hit the TOS
button. It appears that Shamus is pre-occupied or likes the
RB style posting. Shamus, tell us why you let Frank continue?

You really don't live in the real world, do you?

I have good peripheral vision in my left eye. Many, many
years ago I took what is called a Demonstrated Ability
Test (DAT). The FAA gives this test to make sure you
can safely fly, I passed.

You know very little about the law and even less about
SEC regulations. The reason you make the dog & pony
show trips to New York is to get brokers to support
your stock. The SEC already went through all my
accounts and trading records.

They checked my bank accounts, every single stock
transaction, and on and on. You have nothing to provide
them with they have not already looked at.

You are mad because you could not get in on the PP and
have been dound out, I understand. It could not have
happened to a better guy. You can't imagine how much
I hated talking with you.

You have never built a company, led people, or achieved
any real success at anything. You cost me personally
lots of money with all your stock pumps, I'm not alone
on this. Come to Tampa, I have people who may want to
ask you a few questions.

Answer this, is it true you were an aluminum siding

I sold property held in a company name, as are many of my
holdings. We have been over the fraud case, you show no
evidence, and keep spamming this issue.

I had taken a year off to travel on my boat, I had sold
my home prior and kept a condominium. The cockpit of the
boat and engineering room were the perfect place to play
with the camera.

It's not sinister or an evil plot. You keep throwing
around these threats of legal action and subpoenas,
this is not allowed.

People lets enforce the rules. It's our job to let Matt
know. If he gets tossed enough he will go through the
suspension process.

It's a nice flight across the Gulf from here, I may even
fly. The airspace is usually crowded, you have 1,000 ft
vertical separation. I don't like to use the Flight
Director, flying hands on is my style. If you get 50 ft
above or below, they call you. My last trip over to San
Antonio I had to move over and let a Delta Flight go by.

A breath of fresh air

Fall is just around the corner. With it come the boat shows.
The biggy next month is Ft. Lauderdale!

The ASIS show starts Monday, this is our first year. All
the major security buyers will be there. We will have a
20 foot wide booth and the Industrial SecureView will make
its debut.

Soon we will have some photo's on the Web. They will be
Wall-Mart cameras with the familiar light blue. Protected
By SecureView, pretty exciting stuff from where I sit.

I love this company and we all will make it together. The
doubters that post here don't even own stock. Ignore them
and they will go away.

Keep me on my toes though and keep giving me your opinions.
I'm just a regular guy and make mistakes, but I'm getting
smarter.

We want to talk about the future, the investment and profits
from hard work. Results are the key here. It is the main
driving force, we are going to make it happen!

I can't believe this "I'm bringing out all this old stuff
to protect new investors" crap. We have done the things
they said we would never do. It's funny how the constant
success and achievements never get brought up by bashers.

They can only attack me and now I'm free to tell the real
story and have already started. Let them waste their time,
the rest of us are building a big company. Taking a camera
will not break the company. It is the honor and principle
that will haunt you, the true color always comes out.

consider you guilty before a trial date is set. Perhaps
they will be the car that gets the ticket and did not
speed. The mistakes in bookeeping were admited, they
revolved around mistakes made by people trained not to
make them. The company CPA and Auditor, trained to find
them. The PR's have been backed up with proof, no stock
was sold by any insiders, and no stock was offered to
the public during the period. I call it a mistake, not
fraud.

Anthony’s Game

When Anthony hit us with the short, we were still trading above the market value of the stock. We were a sitting duck for a short!

Here is a classic example, he would call me and play the full tapes. His so-called interview would start with his introduction as a reporter from a TV station in San Diego. He would start into the normal questions. Do you know who SeaView is, yes. Do you do business with them, yes. Do you have a contract with them, yes. Did you know the CEO is a convicted felon, no.

He would lead them (poorly) through this Q&A. Then edit out the negative statements or scared statements to play to other people and of course post on his site. Utilizing his select bashers on the boards he would pound these thoughts in day & night.

People broke into our offices, are computers were simply stolen. Several employees were caught giving out accounting and internal documents. You may say this is all pretty strong action for a little OTC-BB company, but the shorting was worth millions of dollars.

My life was threatened, family harassed, and property destroyed. It was serious business. All the Government Agencies were called; I was reported as a drug dealer, gun dealer, and gangster. The problem is they have to check things out. It reminded me of the old wash machines where you would feed the cloths through the ringer.

I was restrained from saying much because of the open investigations. A tough one for a guy who likes to talk and settle things right now, right in your face.

The problem that they ran into was simple. I was never found guilty or had any previous arrests. People that know me well will tell you I DO NOT DO Drugs and certainly have never sold them. No gun running either. The statements made about Logis-Tech, GE, Government Orders, and more were correct and backed
up in writing.

I was guilty of seeing too much in the future, and having a big mouth, but it was all based on facts. I did not sell any of my restricted shares of stock onshore or offshore, what a ridiculous accusation.

In America we have the right to free speech. I can not release information that would be considered a major material event to the stock. The only thing I have to do is put my name at the bottom. Other than the bashers who have come over from RB, you have no one on your side.

Your case is an open and shut book, even for the slow readers.
You like to BLUFF Frank, I've had those conversations where you
have stated it.The appearance of, the threat of, if they think it might happen. You are the only person I have ever talked to that was completely convinced that these boards controlled the stock buying and selling.

A good question. George stated that the information requested
on our system and the requirements were not workable.

He withdrew from joining and of course like a good manager
the check was never cut.

This is my current thinking. Homeplug through Intelon has
never been able to make ac video work, PERIOD. They are laying
people off and several of the big name backers are backing out.

This is my personal opinion and not related to SeaView.

Trying to find wrong in every little thing spells out
where a persons real interest is. I like Tech Talk and
I stay current on all the industry info. I would like
to start a new board, let me know?

I feel tech stocks and security companies will be in big

Doug I agree with some of your thoughts. Just remember to
look at how far we have come to making my previous goals.
We have had all the odds against us, yet we are getting
BIG PRESS and working with big names. I hope you hang in
there, but it is a free market.

The $4,000 dollars and the not guilty settlement........

I think we are all tired of it, but it is important to me
that my friends and fellow stockholders know the facts.
This is all verified and can be checked out. I'm a little
closer to the real picture.

The $4,000 was not what I was worth when I started SeaView.
It was what I put up in cash to get the company started.
Trying to make this play on words is strictly for the
purpose of putting the offshore scheme together.

Let me state it this way. The SEC does not see it your way
Frank. They might be a little more qualified then you
give them credit. If a big scam had been played, you
would not see SEVU trading. If you want to point out to
them where they are wrong, be my guest. Also you can be
assured that they have looked at everybody with major
dealings with SeaView.

The court settlement, more repeat. The plaintiff in my
case kept adding to the bill. We had planned to have
a hearing on the restitution amount. We asked for a minimum
monthly payment, again planning to reduce the outrageous
amount he wanted.

The original presiding Judge had made the statement this
should have been a civil matter and we would look at
dropping the probation. I decided to stop fighting
city hall and paid the full amount in one lump sum.

Later we went back in to terminate the probation and we
got a new Judge and the State objected. I have learned
that when they get you into the system, they like to
keep you there.

Because there was no trial and I was not found guilty,
my rights were not really restricted. I could vote, travel
and filled out a simple form once a month.

The SEC did not require me to announce this because I
was not guilty, no trial.I went on with business. Please
remember that I had been doing Consumer Direct Response
for more than 20 years. I was not running a scam out
of a phone booth. This is the image that Anthony wanted
to paint.

I work at RL McBride & Associates, and yes I had the posts
printed out and distributed to 26 employees, including
SEVU. It was a great laugh, many of them have met you.

The discussion here is removing my post and your desire
to suspend me. My filings with the SEC and what is or is
not in order is your opinion. I'll work with them on it.

A few facts

They can hide posts, only Matt can delete.

Shamus, most stocks are off by 80% from a year ago, yet
SEVU is all due to me? Do you own this stock, I think and
assistant or associate should have some experience with
the stock. I object strongly to your presence here, I
will reserve calling you what I think you are.

My suggestion to the members here is to TOS your posts
as a show of this contention. How can we have an open
and fair board with you in the mix.

I strongly feel that the future growth and the things
we are working on will vindicate myself and the new
management team. So much so, that I'm taking the
afternoon off!

As for the delay in the the class action suit, I'm a
little closer than you are Frank. YOU ARE WAY OFF!
You need to work on your suit, I can't wait to get
sued for something that has not even happened.

I can say one thing we all will agree on. I'm consistent.
You Frank have become what used to be your biggest enemy.
We have a name for that. How could I have fooled such a
master investor?

Because neither of you are chairman or directors anymore,
I will call you no power assistants. I'm not sure just
what we should call you?

The PR had more news about education. Marketing 101 if
you are going to sell a new product with new technology,
you need people to understand it.

Next was increased vendors. George wrote it and I like
it, it's a once in a lifetime chance to be involved. The
majority of people out there did not know about ABC TV,
Bloomberg, or Popular Mechanics.

The Marine Division has always done well, it brought in
the $1,000,000 last year. I always see people quoting my
old high estimates of sales, they were clearly based on
a specific number of units sold, and stated it clearly.

With new products you have no charts, no market percentages,
and no guide book. The company is getting attention, sales,
and expanding. The fact is, very few consumer products ever
get where we are. The silent majority is thrilled with the
future potential. Do you even own this stock?

P.S. I see much of this as just plain jealousy. If you
have never owned the stock, what else could it be. I hope
you don't mind if the rest of us keep moving forward. If
your goal is to prove me wrong, you will never be able to
keep up with me. Rush as a great quote "You are not
bragging when you have done it" Rush is the man!

Some Tech Answers

We have cameras running at 3 Wal-Mart stores here and
signed purchase orders to do a Sam's Club in New York
and California.

Gentleman you are correct in your thought process. Using
the ground does eliminate concern about breaking/opening
the circuit. We can also use any leg of the power, you
just grab the RF signal at or before the breaker.

The units run on 24 volt dc in the day and recharge at
night from the 480 ac. We have multiple frequencies and
the lower frequencies don't bleed over and oscillation
is minimal.

I spent time on the phone today with Targets Chief Electrical
Engineer. They will be doing parking lots plus inside store
projects.

The average parking lot system will bid out in the $25,000
range. The cost of running cable is much higher. The company
continues to get national exposure, the educating process.
Things we planned are falling into place nicely.

I think I will hang around and see it through. On a personal
note the class action suit against me has been postponed by
the Plaintiff.
