jpike........BSEG might have great opportunities but they have no capital to take advantage.
From their reporting on June 30th they showed about $33,000 in cash. They need capital
to execute. Companies need opportunities and capital. BSEG might show opportunities but lack capital.
They have lacked capital for over 15 years. I am just reporting the factual situation.
When you invest in a company, you are investing since you believe that revenues and earnings will grow.
You dont invest because projects are increasing------they need to execute and show the ability
to grow revenues and earnings. There is nothing to question here. It is basic investing 101.
EXECUTION EXECUTION EXECUTION
The company needs to demonstrate that they can show revenues and earnings and the ability to increase revenue
and earnings. Just because the company has ideas and plans.........is not the execution that smart investors
are looking for.

Let's cut to the bottom line..............BSEG has minimal cash ($30,000) and minimal revenues in the last quarter ($65,000).
I am just reiterating facts.
At one point I owned over 4 million shares and now just a fraction of that amount because the company thru the years
over promised and under delivered.
I know senior management and they are good honest people but do not have capital markets experience. On several occasions
thru the years I attempted to get them to listen, but to no avail.
There is a reason BSEG is a penny stock and that is because they are still selling a story, and not trading on fundamentals.
Nothing wrong with a bet that they succeed but dont bet the farm until they can show increasing revenues and earnings.
Feel free to bash me but keep in mind, these are the current facts.
BSEG should be looked at year over year-------certainly not day over day. Why dont you look at BSEG for the past 10 years and then you can make a logical decision if you want to continue to own it. No one is watching BSEG other than this board. Let them post some real revenues and earnings and you will have plenty of time to buy.
It's very easy to increase revenues-------the trick is to also be profitable and BSEG needs to be profitable and to start showing profits.
It's fine if you want to buy into a 'story' and that all that it is. Look at the balance sheet and income statement for the last 10 years...........that tells you the facts. I still own shares but way way way reduced from my original position. There are many microcaps that have increasing revenues and earnings------and that is what I look fore and buy.
jpike----------just look at the current financials and the past financials over the past several years. In this business you need lots of capital or access to large capital funding. The financials tell you the situation.

Nothing will happen, and has not happened for years since the company
does not have access to capital. Look at the financials.

Please try again with Scottrade and see if they will accept a paper certificate. My certificate does not have a legend on it. It would be great for this board to possibly find a firm that would accept them.
Has any shareholders recently deposited paper certificates. I have a BSEG paper certificate and looking for a brokerage firm that would accept my shares.?
Many thanks in advance.
Shorting BSEG at these levels............why risk a lot to make a little??????
what movie are they filming now?
What is the expiration date on the warrants?
I also own a bunch of warrants but they expire soon.........what are you thinking will happen?
I totally agree with you and holding all my shares and warrants. We still have plenty of time and we could all be quite happy and see the share price around $20 by expiration.
Yes,,,,,,,,,,,that would be an easy fix if the company was having resistance on the refi and just get rid of it or a portion of it. It would certainly help the balance sheet.
For every million shares offered.........1/3 of the debt would be eliminated.
Is this their plan?
Can you post this 'hint' on this board?
$RT---------what is the name of the company and link to their web site
You all should stop focusing on the share price..........It will take care of itself. Focus on the company attempting to execute on its business plan. Based on the last few years financials, it has not executed.
I could have but i didn't.........lets see if the bid increases and we could have a cross.
Dont you want it, Its only 150,000 shares at a great price for a block.
I attempted to sell 150,000 shares today at .019 and no takers........and that shows there are no buyers. The total purchase was under $3000 for a buyer-----thats sad. I will try again if anyone wants a nice block at a good price.
I agree but if you dont have the capital to create-------there is no way you can provide content.
Nothing wrong with dreaming.
Your also drinking the koolaid. The streaming industry is made up of 800 pound gorillas such as Amazon, Disney, Netflix. Small independent companies just can not compete. They tried China/Mongolia and that didn't work. This is an industry that is dominated by giants who are even getting larger. These are many of the reasons I have reduced my position. Just calling it like it is.
I have been selling and now down to just a few hundred thousand shares.......At one point I owned over 4 1/2 million shares. I no longer drink the 'koolaid'. I lobbied for myself to join the board as I have 40 years of capital markets experience------and have been shut down. I think the world of Kimberley and know her personally. She deserves an amazing amount of credit to keep the doors open. They have always been capital constrained.
BSEG has no capital and doesn't have any board members who know how to properly access capital. Until this changes nothing will happen and it will only be dreams.
How do you know she put money in-------did she just tell you or was there a filing since she is an insider? Tell me what makes BSEG unique. They continue to sell lots of 'sizzle' with no meat on the bones. The share price is telling you.
They might have great ideas but in this business you need capital, and access to lots of capital. They have no one with capital markets experience and that has been a handicap for many years. I dont know how that they hang on but glad they do since I still own shares.
and what year would this be planned for.............as the company has no money.........but they are able to keep hanging on.
Strong volume today especially at the close..........It would not surprise me if Pratt is now completed with his sells.
I think they are working on the re-fi of the debt as wee speak........It could be any day and another catalyst for the stock.
With some good liquidity, he could be done by the end of today as he probably has less than 300,000 shares to unload.
not sure I understand why they paid the dividend.........cxan someone explain???
If the market stays calm, I dont see LMB trading much below $9. I think Pratt has set that number as his floor and will want to totally have it off his plate asap. After he is gone, I think you will see more smart money step in. The last 2 quarters have derisked the stock.
I think the smart money is taking what Pratt has left and it looks like he is close to done. I think at this point he will just want to get the rest sold for anything above $9. Lets help him and then
let LMB spike up where it belongs.
