A $46 trade to drop us down to .0023 . . . who are these jokers???
Obviously, even a day trader is not making money on that trade . . . simply someone that wants to take GTRL down into the dumps.
Getting real old. But, I have held on this long, I will wait them out!
Hope this trade did not break their piggy bank . . .
Beats everything I have ever seen . . .
Unbelievable!!!
100 shares x .0157 . . . $ 1.57 trade
Perhaps it was an EOY tax loss sale . . .
"Revolutions Medical Corporation (OTCQB: RMCP), a Charleston, S.C.-based medical device and software applications company, and its Chief Executive Officer, Rondald Wheet, have been awarded more than $20 million in a default judgment against Phillip Maurice "Marty" Hicks. A special referee for the South Carolina court awarded the company $3.6 million in compensatory damages and $1.5 million in punitive damages. Wheet was awarded $12,010,000 in compensatory damages and $3 million in punitive damages."
This sounds to me like most of the award was not to the Company but to Wheet. Any thoughts???
"misinterpreted" . . . easy to do . . . especially if one is looking for good signs.
I hope that you do not think that I was "scolding". I was just trying to make a statement that might make some points about "pr" to the powers that be, assuming that they actually read this blog and care about the stockholders thoughts.
"They will accomplish their agenda and we will be rewarded" . . . I sincerely hope that you are correct. The only problem I have is, at this juncture, to me, there agenda is "fuzzy".
"Not on our timetable" . . . you are correct. I do not recall who made the statement about the Company being better off announcing approximate delivery dates rather than exact dates, but, they were correct. IT departments/companies are notorious for missing delivery dates. Problem is that the "customer", be it a department, company, etc., always seems to demand a date because, after all, they are the "customer".
As I indicated in a previous note, I am retired from the IT industry. My degree is in "piano performance" but I "ended up" in IT . . . decided I would rather be in IT than end up playing in a piano bar. Anyway, the point is that many people, myself included, look at IT as an "art" rather than a "science" and, as such, "artists" do not like, or, generally adhere to, "delivery dates".
"It will happen" . . . I sincerely hope that you are correct!
Have a Merry Christmas, Chanukah, Kwanzaa, etc., and a Happy New Year!
Actually, to hold onto TAUG, all of us longs must be closet sadomasochists . . . let us hope that the New Year turns us into hedonists . . . :>)
I wish that this was exciting as you make it appear.
We (WebSafety), put the logo on a "stock" picture, on our FB page, with a link that takes you to an article about Christmas safety for children. Not a word about our product . . . all about Christmas trees, and other potential Holiday hazards.
It was a nice thing for WS to put said link on their FB page but, it does not indicate, in any way, that "we made Parents Magazine". I really wish that you were correct, we certainly need the exposure. But, the only folks that see this will be those that read out FB page. Unfortunately, I do not think that we have had 1.4 million hits since the page has been up.
If there is not any real publicity for this, exceptionally worthwhile product, it will die on the vine. Using FB and this site as exposure will not even recoup developmental expense.
I agree, it would be great to see an actual review of the product. Thanks to SICMONEY, hopefully, a good review will be forthcoming.
I have had, for a long time, a bunch of stock in WBSI because I believe in the product. I should say concept, since I have never seen anything that would indicate the product actually works. Since I have over a 60% loss with this stock, WBSI, obviously, has a long way to go for me to recover. I could use "the loss" this year but, I am going to hold for one more year, not simply to recover, but, I hope, to see that I was correct in putting my faith in the "product".
Looking forward to a great New Year! Best wishes to all!
Answering questions is great! Actually delivering would be even better . . . :>)
If these guys are so busy updating FB that they miss their target date on the actual product, we are in big trouble. Who is doing the programming, one 9 year old child?
You seem to be able to do more than the company. Maybe you should take it over?
I have, unfortunately, held a bunch of stock in this company for over three years. Why? Because, I believe in the potential of the product. However, I do not recall these folks ever meeting a single announced target date. I am a retired IT exec, having worked my way from programmer to being an officer of two Fortune 500 companies. If these folks worked for me, I would have fired them a long time ago.
I still believe in the product but, I am no longer sure that the company can deliver.
As an experiment, I put a few of my shares on the market yesterday. I forgot to set them as AON and somebody high roller bought 300 shares . . . it cost ME, the shares and about $2.00!
The only sales today have both been for 250 shares at .0201 . . . buys of $5.025 . . . the high rollers just keep rollin' in.
I still have some hope but, it is fading fast. I really do not need a big tax loss and I am sure that there are many here in the same position.
Good luck to all as we enter a New Year. Let us hope for some new, REAL results.
Well put . . . but the poor Ass Hat probably needed a couple extra hundred bucks for the week-end.
Future lies ahead don't let these stupid transactions bug you. I had the same thing happen today on another of my stocks . . . a whopping $4.16 trade . . . I do not know how that is even possible.
As was said about P.T. Barnum . . . there is a fool born every second.
Have a great week-end.
THANKS!!!
I was simply trying to pass some general info to the person that was looking for an explanation of what constitutes a reverse split and any reasoning behind such action.
I have not heard any info about TAUG that would indicate to me that an RS has ever been proposed.
As indicated previously, I was simply trying to answer a general question. Sorry if my line that mentioned TAUG indicated otherwise to any reader of this Board.
Have a great week-end.
I agree! I have been in 5 companies that performed reverse splits . . . to help the pps. The share holders were burned by all 5 companies. Only folks that came out ahead were the folks that sold before the RS and the management of the companies. Basically, the management also sold out so that, obviously, the company died. Or, management was able to take complete control, sometimes, going "private", at bargain prices.
All in all, the word I have heard is that the SEC is setting rules that will make an RS more difficult in order to provide a modicum of protection for the average shareholder.
If there is serious movement toward an RS and the pps has gone up to where I can even break-even ( I am a long, long), I will probably sell and move on. To me, an RS is an indicator that a company does not really GAS about the shareholders. If they did, the company would do the opposite and do a stock split to reward the investors . . . say 10 shares for every one held as of a certain date.
Just my POV . . . for more info just google "reverse split".
However, as an IT person . . . it is always better to own your products domain. In the long run, it can present problems if an unscrupulous person uses the domain. Many companies have paid BIG bucks to buy their domain names from "domain" investors. You will find that many "unavailable" domains are just placeholders sitting in never-land until someone actually wants to get that domain.
Somebody is having a nice dinner. Wow another big sell . . . 50k at .0012. As a long, I should have paid the buyer to stay offline . . . :>)
Here is one close connection that makes any rumors of a meeting with Roche believable . . . from the SVFC website description of the BOD -
Myron Holubiak, Director, Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee
Myron Holubiak is currently President of 1-800-Doctors, Inc. Mr. Holubiak is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of BioScrip, Inc., an infusion and home health company, and Lead Independent Director of Ventrus BioSciences, Inc. From 1998 through 2001, Mr. Holubiak was President of Roche Laboratories, Inc.
I would think this connection makes a pretty good tie-in with Roche.
SVFC may be about to, finally, take-off!
I cannot believe that this Board is not burning with notes . . . prior to the split, I had 110,000 shares at a cost of $8,000+, I now have 733 shares at a "cost" of $227.23 and a "market value" of $733. Therefore, I show a "gain" today of $500.00. What a joke! What a POS!
"These people try their best to wipe shareholders out." . . . well, they have a damn good job!!!!
"Not only is Stemcell treatment Not going away, from what I understand stemcell treatment will be part of most future treatments. ALZHEIMERS, AUTISM, ALS, ED, BROKEN BONES, BRAIN TRUMA, HEART, LUNGS, AND THE LIST GOES ON AND ON. "
Exactly correct!!! It is only a matter of time. I have been holding this stock for almost 2 years. Nothing will get me to sell until the "run". The only problem that I see is being able to predict when SVFC will top out . . . it's potential is unlimited.
I have empathy for you . . . awhile back, I felt exactly the same. I have well over a million shares . . . all long term . . . just been sitting and waiting. Hopefully, the wait will not be much longer. I'll be happy if it hits a dime but I think it will go much higher. Go GTRL!!!
Great post . . . lot's of important links and info.
THANKS, Paul
This is getting real old . . . who the hell does a $6.40 trade?
And, we are at record lows. Previous low, in the last ten years was 0.0188 . . . nobody is making money at these prices.
Good morning, Gregg.
Did not want you to think you were "all alone".
I agree, let us hope it is a "good day". The flippers have already brought us down once, let us hope that they are through for the
day . . . LOL.
Paul
You would be correct . . . except for the "flippers".
Do you have any idea how high TUAG would be right now if not for them!
I realize that "they are part of the game", etc. However, at some point it really gets friggin' old!
Do a goggle search . . . pretty impressive.
I've had a couple other stocks like this . . . have to wait until all the folks that are looking to make "pennies" are out . . . maybe that is why they call these things "penny stocks".
I mean, look at the "size" of many of these trades . . . I believe it was yesterday, I saw some trades that were less than $10 . . . I would rather roll-up the stock and smoke it!
I do believe that you are correct. We are just about to the point where all of the of the "peeps" are gone and only the serious investor who views this as a long-term opp are still in the game.
Whichever group one may fall in, I wish you luck.
And, some flippers getting their few bucks. Could have some amazing runs if hey would just wait awhile.
I have held a LOT of this stock for a LONG time. Your post may arguably be the best post I have ever found on this site.
Thank you very much for the information and analysis.
Again, well said. I just cannot understand the minds of flippers. It just seems like way too much work for the reward. I'd much rather pick a company that I believe in, get it at the front-end and wait awhile for the real pay-off.
BTW . . . thx for all of your informative posts. Paul
Well said . . . particularly to point out the volume differences. That difference was the first thing I looked for when the downturn started.
Your response not only applies to the folks that bought in the " .08, .09 ranges" but also to the believers in TAUG, like myself, that bought at .02, .03 and are waiting for the big payoff . . . I could "cash out" now and have about a 66% gain. But, I believe that there will be a lot more down the road so I have not "flipped" and minimized the profit.
Great Pew Poll . . .
Here is a link . . . http://news.yahoo.com/poll-nationwide-marijuana-legalization-inevitable-175207564.html;_ylt=AwrBJR9pxT5TJQsA9gPQtDMD
After yesterday, I guess I would be scared this am except that I note that the whole sector is down. Also, I think that since yesterday's sell-off was on a low volume was a good sign.
I also am an old fart from Los Angeles . . . born and raised. Now in Florida and going crazy . . . got to get back to LA. Goal is by late May. But, I have all my extra money in TAUG . . . GO TAUG!!!!
Join the game . . . buy the ask and move them UP!!!
Two can play at any game!
I hope Blackstone stays away from TAUG. Every time the have touched one of my stocks, it has been a disaster.
Great post. Very informative. I have held TAUG for a long time and have no plans to sell . . . I just do not understand these craziness.
Exactly why they do not care about moving the ask .. . just playing "games" but making a lot of bucks.
We are all in the same boat. . . just hang on . . . you are not alone. Actually, as I am doing, you should just be looking for the best buys. The day will get better.
Same here. I bought a few hundred K several weeks ago and am holding till, at least, 3$ if not more.
I am committed to this company. Unlike many pennies, it is not a shell but an actual company with a great management team.
Fight On! TAUG!
Some of us that got in low are still around . . . I bought several hundred K at .028 and holding them all. I have picked up a bit more along the way but holding everything. I believe in this company.
Let us just hope we can get rid of the damn flippers.
