The chart on this junk is like looking at a ski slope in the Himalayas. This scam is on life support and the doctors have left the building.

Why would it run? ... they have enough shares for half of the planet's population. Scarcity is valuable ... not abondance.

Nothing going on ... this is junk and the market knows it. Buy some more, I'm sure they will be happy to take your money for their worthless paper.

I've been following these scam operators ever since the JEDM, MTEK and now VOIS days ... all they ever leave behind are screwed shareholders.

- JEDM was sued by LucasArts for trademark infringement and had to change their name to Mind Technologies Inc. (MTEK)

- In June 2011, MTEK was delisted and sent to the Grey Sheets by the SEC. The SEC stated that there are "questions regarding the adequacy and accuracy of information about the companies, including their assets, business operations, current financial condition and/or issuances of shares in company stock."

- On March 31, 2013, in the VOIS 10-Q it is stated that $480,000 (all MTEK assets) were transferred to Brent Fouch for "consulting compensation". The MTEK shareholders were left with a fraction of their previous MTEK shares in worthless VOIS shares.

And the scam goes on in a new shell company (VOIS) ... until the SEC catches up to them again.

I won't even talk about the other previous companies they were involved with ... Rapid Fire Marketing, Inc. (RFMK), Angel Acquisition Corp.(AGEL) and God knows how many others before.

FYI ... Steve Bonenberger (AGEL) (Brent's butt buddy) was formerly charged by the SEC last year for market manipulation schemes.
