I'm not sure what your asking? Out of the 12m volume how many were sells and how many were buys? How many traded inside the spread? How many traded outside the spread? How much manipulation was exerted from the market makers?

Nobody has a crystal ball and this deal may well be bull, but if you read my previous posts I alerted CVRG on my board at .0055 which is where I originally bought it, I sold 2/3 of my position at .011 got all my money back plus a tidy profit to bank and let the rest ride, so my position may be different than others here. My earlier posts were much more detailed but I wasn't sure anyone was reading them so I just shortened it up to picks. I traded through 5 million dollars total in 2013. The non believers are taking over and the MM's will gladly buy your shares away from you at .005 because if the buyout is a reality they make that much more. All these sheepish investors are being scared into selling and the morning cvrg gaps up .06 the MM's will be laughing all the way to the steak and lobster shack.

Well then we need to change that, maybe we need a moderator. I alerted to cvrg on my board Stock Picker Alerts when it was .0055. If you look at my calls on my page they have been pretty good, like more then half of them went up 100% but I only have 17 followers at this point so my reach is limited.

The company with there assets (the gold mine) and the projected gold production from the mine is fairly valued or even undervalued where we are right now, meaning that this pps is within reason making the risk reward very appealing. In other words this is the bottom and I don't understand the hesitation from investors to even dip there toes in a little.

That's great, but you have to hit the ask, if you don't you will just jamb up the trading.

If the company shareholders did in fact control 51% of the stock and were in agreement to sell the company then no vote would be needed, just a pr that it has been decided. If they are not in agreement then we should get an alert e-mail from our respective brokers that we have been invited to participate in the vote.

I would wait before taking that loss. Convertible notes are a tricky thing, but yes the time to convert a note is when the pps is depressed and you get more shares, then when the pressure of the convertibles subside the pps generally rises.

Well when you convert shares usually at a discount to the pps you actually get more shares the lower the pps, so that is when you would want to convert. But I don't see that being a scam. If there is no buyout then the press was all a scam. Anyway sorry you lost $. I made a nice profit here and am riding on freebies.

RMGN is a monster runner waiting to happen, the float is only 4.3 million and the volume is low, with some aggressive buying it could be an easy multi bagger, and you are not going to lose anything at the current entry of 2.30.

I found a hot one...but let me say first if you bought ELRA when I first alerted it you might have made some money if you bailed quick enough, ELRA decided to do a secret reverse split with no warning and screwed everyone including me, that being said let's just move on to this hot delicious new pick, super low float of just over 4 million, just had a badly received earnings report and got destroyed in todays trading losing 70% or so in 1 day. Pretty harsh and a little bit of an over reaction, I'm going to be all over this one. RMGN.

ELRA sucks, and the CEO is a scamming piece of shit.

No it won't, the MM's will play this game to keep the pps as low as possible for 3 trading days after which ELRA's vast number of convertible note holders can convert there shares at a 50% discount to the last 3 days average pps. Then the ask will drop and a few buyers will be suckered in and then the selling of said notes will begin. Mark the post, it will happen, and it will be ugly.

Sign out of your account completely and sign back in every half hour or so, it will update today and you can trade today. If there was a legal problem the stock would be locked, it will update today, rookies.

0.012 bid, unbelievable, this is why I said yesterday to get out, your screwed now, if you can take the loss just get out, if you cant then hope for a good day a couple of weeks from now when the spread comes together.

The last split went well because nobody was aware of the real reason behind it, the thought was attract new investors, maybe try to be uplisted, but the reality was ELRA reverse split because they were about to enter into countless convertible note agreements, now they reverse split again because of the damage done to the pps as a result of the convertibles and it starts all over again, only this time we know it, and the fact that they did not even release a PR about the split, and no file to warn shareholders despite the fact that no vote was needed is proof that they could care less.
