Bought my last tranche today. Have a full position now but will buy more in the event of a great average down scenario presents itself.
Just amazing. If that doesn't choke you up you don't have a heart.
The health benefits of CBD has just scratched the surface. And to think the government suppressed this for so long.
Disagree. As a customer I emailed and called them asking questions about their "full spectrum" CBD oil. Emailed a couple times and called a couple times, have yet to hear back from them.
Thank you. The story I read didn't have the CBD company's name.
Denver area Carl's Jr. Had CBR burgers for 4/20. They were a big hit. Says in the story they used local CBD hemp oil. Anyone have any idea who supplied the CBD oil for that?
Would be nice if cweb itemized their earnings to show international sales, however small they may be. Would be nice to know how much, if any, was sold to Canadian customers. I'm sure the amount is tiny; but any penetration and possible word of mouth to further the brand is good. Social media is a huge marketing tool.
But to what extent is Cweb allowed? Is it just for seizure patients? If a health waiver is required I would assume the ailments that qualify are very limited.
Morning Web heads... Got my 18.60s filled a couple days ago. Wouldn't mind my 17.25s hitting before the next leg up.
Current CEO wants to do more of a consultant role and let someone take over with more experience to grow the company nationally and internationally.
Have a good day people. Wouldn't mind my GTC hits today @18.60
That's a blog written by a guy with 18 followers.... Hardly news
Pricing terms will not be filed till they actually draw on the shelf. So if share price goes up to $40 before they even draw on it, the amount of shares authorized thru the shelf is cut in half compared to today's share price.
Many times before a large company will do business with a smaller less established company, the larger company wants to make sure the smaller has the capital to fulfill the contact terms. Not saying this is the case here; but having this shelf is reassurance that at the drop of a hat they can have the funds to fulfill commitments or even aquire assets to expand.
Let me clarify, tomorrow if there's a really nice dip. I see support at mid 18s, I can't watch the market every single second. I'll set a good till cancelled at 18.60 and hope it hits by weeks end.
Correct. I for one welcome this reset. Will be adding tomorrow if it dips just a little bit more.
I have sent emails and called. No response to my emails and I was told I would get a call back when I called, that was two weeks ago. And it isn't a singular incident. There are YouTube videos of people that review CBDs and they questioned why it was clear. So it may seem I'm just one guy raising a question, but there are others as well.
When one "invests" he has no concern about product being sold or questions that arise about the products? That's called trading not investing. Just looked at the pictures they put on the website for the oil I purchased. The oil in those pictures is golden, the oil I received is water clear. If this doesn't bother an "investor", not sure what would. That's called bait and switch. That's called show them one thing, give them another. That's called shady business practices.
THAT ISN'T WHAT THEY TOLD ME I WAS BUYING. Don't know how many times I can say it. I ordered full spectrum CBD oil. Nothing about isolates what so ever in the description. And CAN'T HAVE FULL SPECTRUM ISOLATE. You can mix CBD isolate powder with full spectrum powder, then that becomes a blend. CBD isolates in and of itself is strictly CBD, no other benefits of a full spectrum. If you buy a full spectrum isolate, it truly is no longer an isolate.
Sounds like a great idea. But to bottle an isolate blend (once blended it would take on the color of the full spectrum it was being blended with at a lighter hue) or an isolate and label it full spectrum and sell it as full spectrum is not. I ordered full spectrum and did not receive what I ordered even though it was labeled as such. I took Diamond's Full spectrum that claimed to have the same mg as the Charlotte's Web I bought. After taking Diamond's "full spectrum" CBD oil for 3 weeks, I was feeling no health benefits. I took the Charlotte's Web for 3 days and felt the relief of inflammation pain; I have felt this same relief from other CBD companies' product. Odd that Diamond is clear, water clear, and I feel no benefits. Other companies have ranges from golden to dark green and I feel benefits.
"The darker or more opaque a CBD oil is the less amount of processing it’s had. Clear, gold CBD oil is considered the highest quality, but it doesn’t mean that the other forms are not valuable. It is important to remember that color can often be indicative of the manufacturing process and thus the quality of the oil, but it’s not the only consideration."
It doesn't state "clear or gold" it is a supportive adjective for gold.
It notes clear gold as in no plant matter floating in the oil. Clear as in clear enough to see through. Not clear as in water. It is not full spectrum CBD oil. CBD isolate does not have the same benefits as full spectrum.
It isn't clear gold. Charlotte's Web is clear golden oil. Diamond is clear as in water. It has no gold hue. That is not full spectrum CBD oil proper color.
I will say this. Their full spectrum CBD oil is clear liquid. It should not be clear. Any did spectrum oil I have received from any other company, pending level of filtration, carries from dark green to light tan. If I could take a pic of Diamond's Fill Spectrum Oil and juxtapose it to Charlotte's Web CBD (which is a premium CBD oil) you could see the contrast of the two. I can't say it's synthetics that makes it clear, may well be CBD isolate oil I received from Diamond. But that being said CBD isolate down not include all the benefits of a full spectrum oil so there for I did not receive what I thought I was ordering.
I think when they say expensive they are referring to the cost of a share. Yes it's 20 a share and you can get many other companies stock for .15 a share but a 100% return on your money is the same if you own 10 shares or 10,000. There are so many sub $1 stocks to buy and many of those are shady at best. My theory (which isn't a new ground breaking theory) is buy the best of the breed. In a sector that is so young and has much growth to go many companies will show their true colors be it book cooking or sub par quality issues. If you want to invest buy the best. If you want to trade, quality and honesty of the company are less of an issue.
During the CC they stated fully diluted share count was in the 92 million range.
On the CC they stated fully diluted the number is just under 93 million
Right...I should have bought more at $18.94. hate buying a full position in one shot tho
Delinquent..... How's that for transparency?
Read the footnote, this is a paid for "post" as they call it. So basically a blog that was paid for by diamond... Not an article
Fins are given to the SEC through the process of filing them. You couldn't give the audited fins to the SEC for the purpose of up-listing and not file them.
Fresh Thyme Farmers Market had stopped from Minnesota to Ohio down to Kentucky. Not sure about all of the stores but the ones in Minnesota carry CW oil

Click on the word "webcast". It's within the paragraph. Then you'll have to register to listen; but it's an easy process
I'm sure this had been mentioned.... What I love above this company is they offer the option to automatically get product shipped to you on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly interval... That is huge for me. I had this with another company and loved the option. Now I have it again with web... Love it.
Didn't get the 18.50 but snagged my first tranche at 18.94
True hemp oil has no need for removal of THC. True sativa hemp only contains .03% THC which will not show up on drug tests.
And no, full spectrum isolate is an oxymoron. CBD isolates do not contain everything as an actual full spectrum CBD oil.

Isolate crystals yes. But that's not what I bought. I bought full spectrum CBD oil. It should be, in it's highest purity, golden in color and it's lowest purity dark green in color.
Isolate requires more product to equal the benefits of a pure filtered CBD oil. Full spectrum CBD had more benefits than isolates.
So if they are passing off isolate as full spectrum, they are mislabeling their product and not giving the customer what they are actually ordering.

The coloring of CBD oil ranges from 'raw' being a dark green almost black in color. 'Decarboxylated' which is also dark green in color. 'Filtered' which has gone through the decarboxylate process but also impurities filtered out, this produces a golden color.
If the oil is natural you will find any type of color range between a dark green (almost black) to a golden color.
Why is Diamond's oil clear. That isn't natural. I've purchased many oils from companies in Colorado and they have always been in the natural color range. Diamond's is the first oil I've ever bought that is clear.... Their snake oil isn't natural
It was referenced that there was no proof that the author worked for the University, hence labeling get a fraud for claiming so.
Her findings were independent. Bought blindly directly from Diamond. Now if the CEO sends his own hand picked "samples" to an independent lab for testing and they find no DMX/K2, does that constitute a scientific response to the claims? Couldn't the CEO of his label on another companies product and claim as his own?
Any amount of the two substances, found in WVU testing DMX and K2, is too much. They claim all natural product which these two products are not.
What's more believable: a blind University study or a hand picked by a person trying to make money sample tested at his lab of choice?
What was published is an ABSTRACT. When an abstract is presented it contains a cliff notes version of the study. The author and study lead is on Twitter. @MichelleRPeace sure she'll answer questions or dispute claims of being a fraud.
Untrue. It says it tested 2 samples provided by an individual as well as 7 products bought straight from diamond.
It was a study funded by the National Institute of Health.
I have to believe research conducted by those that have no financial stake in the game rather than one who tends to gain monetarily (like the CEO)
The Xs refer to what was detected in the product. And this is a publication that had would renowned doctors on its editorial board. To discredit this publication would imply all the editorial doctors on this staff are quacks.
If synthetic is detected (k2) the amount is irrelevant.
