The SEC and OTC has accomplished what it set out to do. The bottom feeder stock scam companies will no longer survive on the new regulations. Somewhere some how the crooks will figure out how to cheat the new regulations. As for now… I don’t see any signs of it happening.
The dark seed money is drying up. Without them the bottom feeder scam companies can’t get off the ground. The New RS restrictions and scrutiny by regulators prevents the rinse wash and repeat cycle that was so lucrative from being automatic.

Thinking about adding up until last night. I went through a year old OTCQB and pink stock to watch list. . They were all stocks with a low float with actual income or something in the works with potential. I went through several hundred and narrowed it down to about 50. Only one of the fifty was in the green, AMMX. Most of them were.000s or lower. Many were defunct or had executed a RS.

I got in on the ground floor of POTN and SHMP with a couple million shares. Both went from sub penny to .80. I didn’t average out in the .80s but damn close. It was a financial life changing event.

The new expert market rules changed the entire game. When the retail trader is limited to selling and only qualified traders/insiders can buy at rock bottom PPS the game is rigged against the retail trader. When government regulators tell you we are creating regulations to protect the public.., you may as well bend over or run away as fast as you can. Many have deserted the OTC. Rightfully so.

Not t the first time either. Someone is manipulating and loading.

DA could be in jail. The last court filing DA was in trouble with the judge for not providing court ordered documents.

DA is no longer the CEO of a public company. BRAV is no longer a viable public company.
Bravada International is operating outside of BRAV.
USA Fashion has been abandoned.
