So a foreigner was the one that operated the "ONP Fraud?" Ok yeah and he speaks mandarin, understands the paper industry in China, the public markets in the US even though he's not American, knows how to fake out auditors, accountants, lawyers, bankers, many investors, and had all these great fraud ideas for the Chinese because they didn't already know how to commit fraud. I don't know the details but it sounds like he was caught up in the ONP Fraud, though way back in the beginning when who knows fraud may not have existed then. But like many others he was caught believing in the aleged Chinese frauds. I'm going to look into this one and will get back to the board on it.
BVI is a top if not the top offshore location for international companies to domicile. BRNE is an international company. It's not all that surprising that one of their entities or any entities associated with BRNE or its officers is domiciled there. Does that mean every BVI company is a scam or even that being associated with BVI means you may be a fraud? I don't think so. Under the same point it's also not surprising that many of the alleged Chinese frauds were domiciled there since it is a leading if not the leading offshore domicile. In many if not all cases a company that is public in the US and operates outside of the US has to have an offshore domiciled entity. The BVI entity is there for business purposes. Sure some of the BVI companies may be frauds but so wasn't Enron and a host of other US domiciled companies over the years.
Great news. I need to pay better attention to this one. Thanks for the info. I have seen German approvals of other drugs go very fast. Lets hope that occurs here. That's a nice market all by itself.
Did they get approval in Europe? It's not hard to do actually but I didn't see that.
Please explain. What is the contradiction in the filings?
Those are generic disclosures a pre-revenue company like BRNE has to make so you can likely say the same thing about any company that files financials that does not yet have revenues.
These guys are in Boston. Looks like a wicked good pump. Cool technology nonetheless
No they were stated by Beachside. I have asked where they came from and I have not gotten a response.
"The government has issued licenses covering 21 million hectares for an area that is only 19 million in size"
Where did the volume go? I take a few days off and we lost all our steam. Frustrating.
These numbers are important. Would you mind providing a link to the source?
Sabby! They are a great fund to follow. Follow them and Baker Brothers exclusively for biotechs. Can't lose...
So where are these numbers coming from? I'd like to know. Though it is Indonesia. They may not be running Windows 95 yet. Errors can be made. Just sayin'
Look for an insider sell. I can see it coming. These guys have been in this for a while, have been dreaming of volume like this for a year and need to liquidate. I'm not holding through that. Shouldn't we all wait and see some actual meaningful revenue first too? Just because they are in a sexy geographic doesn't mean they don't own the pinto instead of the vanquish. I'm betting on the pinto...well haven't bet in that direction yet but might start looking at this closer
Thanks Johnny, happy to be here. I'm liking this one. I smell some $. Great movement in the stock and nothing beats oil...ok maybe gold and water but I'm going to be an oilman and take the CAVR ride.
Ha? Cassie, really? "I don't recall ever seeing a company have more than one amendment to their registration statement" Are you serious? I can see support for many of your comments but that's pretty off base. Amendments to registration statements are a way of life for all public companies. See Facebook at sec.gov. I have a few shares of this pos now. It's a risky investment but I like the upside. Isn't that what an OTC stock is supposed to be? We aren't investing in blue chips for a reason. We want big returns and are willing to take on risk.
Big news on Monday...I have a feeling. Yes I am just a nobody
Why would anyone question if there was a pump or not? Of course there was. You don't go from nothing to $700,000 in trading volume with no news because the fundamentals just became a little clearer to everyone at the same exact time. Cool company with some interesting assets but that happened. That changes the game when management is willing to allow, pay for, or coordinate off the books probably with a third party to do a pump. Like I always say, don't pump
You would think this thing would move back up. What the hell. I don't have all week. Don't pump
