Is this a random assumption or do you have a source you can reference?
TIA
I'm still looking for the source links for these as none have been provided. Are these made up or is there actual proof as none has been posted for months.
Is there an update on the source of these supposedly lying PR's? I have asked several times and yet to see any sources.
Thank you
FACT: Then by the same account no one should be saying that there is going to be a MJ play. Or do you know what they're thinking? That's what I thought. Thanks for playing kid.
NO MJ PLAY
Seems there are some very confused people here. There's some that think that TLAG is the same as Village Tea, which it is not. Of course, there's not one person who can prove me wrong about any of it. Take a look:
Those of us who have been here a while may remember this response from the President of VTCO:
"Let me be clear. TLAG purchased a MINORITY stake in my company and my company is a privately held company and is solely owned by a group. We make strategic decisions based on our needs."
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=88855075
(If he's still active, maybe you can shoot him a message for more clarification.)
That came following the PR that TLAG had assigned it's minority interest to DC Brands a few days before as TLAG "seeks to address short term needs as a part of a major restructuring process that it will undergo over the next several months." This is also called out in the ibox but when highlighting it later, conveniently leaves off the word MINORITY.

According to the VTCO website, Janon is(was?)the CEO while Martin remains the President. Maybe this is the restructuring they were referencing, who knows? There is a 'Contact Us' link there too.
http://www.villageteaco.com/v/vspfiles/downloadables/village_tea_product_and_news.pdf
While LinkedIn may not be a 100% reliable source of information, Janon's current title there is "Chairman at Total Apparel Group, Inc." nothing about being CEO anywhere but people aren't always good about updating their profiles there.
Catching up on more current events and remembering that TLAG assigned it's MINORITY interest in VTCO over to HRD*, HRD* recently jumped on the MJ play bandwagon by stating that they were going to "become a financial service provider for marijuana businesses in the state of Colorado. HRD* intends to completely switch its focus, abandoning its unsuccessful 'functional beverages' business and provide accounting, payroll and tax payment services to pot businesses."
http://www.hotstocked.com/article/81012/dc-brands-international-inc-otcmkts-hrdn-puts.html (There's more good info there that I suggest reading)
If it's dropping its beverage lines, where does that leave VTCO and TLAG? Since there's also been confusion here as to who the CEO is, HRD*'s CEO is Bob Armstrong, not Janon. http://biz.yahoo.com/e/140415/hrdn10-k.html (This also highlights the fact that HRD* is in trouble hence the MJ PR)
The new MJ market has spawned some very creative PR's and have been great P&D plays here in pinky land. That said, that's all they've been, P&D's that eventually die out. That's a common theme here at TLAG although it never gets pumped very high and will never break trips.
In the interest of knowing what you own while getting excited about MJ plays, don't forget FINRA's warning too: http://www.finra.org/investors/protectyourself/investoralerts/fraudsandscams/p325352
It's easy for new investors to get wrapped in the hype, especially at these levels but in the end, this is going all the way back down.
Total Apparel is not Village Tea
HRD* is done with their beverage lines.
Village Tea may have an end game but TLAG's game is already over.
Don't get scammed by TLAG, it's a dead company with an inactive CEO.
My only motive is to not watch others get burned like so many have before.
If you don't sell now, you may not have another chance.
DD

TLAG is Dead
TLAG isn't tweeting
TLAG isn't selling on Amozon
TLAG is DEAD
Get out while you can...
Read more here and don't get burned by the pumpers: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=101536892
Those are last years PR's and did nothing for TLAG even then. Village Tea is NOT TLAG
They bought a minority interest in Village Tea, assigned it to HRD* (which is not the same company as TLAG) and then HRD* stopped their beverage line.
Stop posting old information in hopes that it will dupe people into this stock and do some real DD.
TLAG IS DEAD
Pssssst, some DD for you http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=101536892
No one is keeping this down, there's simply no reason for it to be up.
Check out the companies website and that will tell you all you need to know: http://totalapparelgroup.com/
Get our of TLAG while you can.
There is absolutely no reason to buy into this at all, they have zero product to sell (Village Tea is not TLAG)
You will be left holding the bag if you buy this stock and I challenge any of the promoters of it to contradict what I am saying. They won't they can't because there is zero reason to own this.
Don't get caught up, sell out now or just do yourself a favor and don't buy it.
Don't be a bagholder like me.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=101536892
It's only pumpers here creating false buzz on Twitter along with ihub boards and it's going to sucker people into bag holding so that the pumpers can make small profits.
I have no problem speaking the truth about this stock, especially since the pumpers can't show proof of anything to contradict what I am saying and as a bagholder here myself.
Thanks though for the support.
No stock on the shelves.
Village Tea is not TLAG and there has not been one person on here that can prove me wrong.
NOT ONE.
No proof of a boom
No proof that this is about to skyrocket
No proof that this company has done anything in almost a year
Not one person can provide proof that anything is in the mix for this company. Not one.
If you're anyone but a pumper, you're going to be left holding the bag for them if you buy into this.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=101536892
Proof that TLAG earns nothing from Village Tea:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=101536892
TLAG is NOT Village Tea
TLAG got rid of their minority interest so any Amazon sales of Village Tea does nothing for TLAG.
NO Products NO Revenues
If you buy here, you'll be kissing your money goodbye as TLAG is only getting pumped.
You're going to lose your money if you buy in, I guarantee it.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=101536892
TLAG is DEAD
TLAG has zero products in Amazon. NONE Village Tea Company products are not TLAG.
Still no proof that TLAG is about to boooooom or break trips but some answers/history regardless:

No major announcement has been hinted at by anyone but those pumping this stock. Look at their profiles relative to the stock price at the time and you won't see any major movement ever.
Read the facts, there is nothing here worth investing in.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=101258092
No wave coming, no products for sale, no drivers for this to move except for pumpers trying to con people out of their money.
No MJ tea, no rumors, no boom

Total Apparel has no products on Amazon.
If you're referencing Village Tea, TLAG gave away their minority interest to HRD* who is abandoning their beverage lines.
TLAG never leaving trips
Anyone saying otherwise is just pumping this and then it will crash back down. All you're doing is giving Janon his summer vacation money because we know he's not using any of it for tlag's website.
Get out while you can or, better yet, don't get in at all.
No MJ tea, no rumors, no boom
No nothing actually, this stock is dead and anyone saying otherwise is doing so just to pump it and con others into losing their money

No explosions here, nothing here at all actually.
TLAG owns nothing to make this ticker go anywhere just a bunch of pumping to fool people into buying.
Know what you own or, even better, stay away from owning this and left holding a bag
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=101258092
Looks like it's going down!
As it should, nothing to support movement here. Nothing.
Being lucky on a few accounts does not set a precedent for other junk stocks like TLAG. This is dead in the water and any new investors will be bagholders.
Which does nothing for TLAG as it does NOT own Village Tea Co, their minority interest was handed over to HRD* which has stopped their beverage lines.
BOOM Still no proof this is going anywhere
Yet you can't show proof of anything that will make this run, especially not to such an absolutely ridiculous amount as .002. Completely misguided pumping of this useless stock that is going to force people to lose money.
TLAG handed over its interest in Village Team was handed over to HRD* who has stopped their beverage lines. May want to update/remove the sticky as it's incorrect.
Stand down

You're getting scammed
Especially if you think this stock is going to explode. There is nothing driving this small tick of a move except for people trying to scam others into buying.
HRD* is not involved here, they're done with beverage lines so there is no MJ play here.

TLAG is dead
Since TLAG is dead, they'll thank me later. Of course, those that don't will be joining me in calling out this 'company' for what it is.
There is absolutely no MJ tea possibilities documented or even hinted by the company. The only ones promoting that ridiculous idea are those pumping this useless stock.
No MJ play here

No news pending for TLAG unless they're shutting it down. The minority interesting in Village Tea was assigned to HRD* who has stopped supporting their beverage lines.
TLAG is done
It's positively going no where...
