I got mine. eom
Personally I think the 10Q info is great. Strickly core with a run rate of $74mil in rev's. IMHO that's not shabby at all. Also noticed that the after hours - 400 shares - took us back up to $2.25
NB, I know it's not me. Haven't been close to my entry point in years. Just can't bring myself to sell at a loss

I apologize to you, the spelling came from internet message boards. Yes I would question the intelligence of anyone, including myself, who resorts to name calling on message boards. By the way, I am also of German decent, so I take offense to such names.
Domerfan17, I regret that you think that I was condescending. However, your response give an insight as to your intelligence level. Why not go over to the RB where you would fit right in on any conversation. I just have to ask you though, are you the 17th fan of Jeffrey Dolmer?
NB, Thanks, I like that.
Domerfan, please refrane from calling outhers names.
Kurt
NB, what is a schmekelhead? That is a term I hadn't heard before.

NB, ibu1.be is the trading symbol on the Berlin exchange. Although the volume is always low, they open their markets 6 hours before we do (time zones and all). My concern with the European markets is the potential of naked shorting nothing more.
It has always been a big problem getting timely info on financials from this company - especially shareholder meeting info. Granted I am but a very small cog in the big scheme of things here but I do like to be kept informed. Been invested since '02 and have never been notified of the required annual meetings and have never seen their proxy's. Just makes me irritated. Vegas or the West Coast would be a nice vacation.
I was glad to see the Al bought some shares, although 83k at $0.01 isn't a large amount compared to the outstanding shares held by the Reda Trust.
Anyhow, I have rambled enough so I'll close. Good luck to you and everyone else who have invested here.
Kurt
Barter, I tend to agree. It seems that the MM/Shorters can wreak havoc with just a few thousand shares on those exchanges.
Has anyone checked the Berlin Exchange lately? I noticed that Seamless Wi-Fi is still trading there.

Doc, way to go. I totally agree. GLTA
I have given this issue some thought and figure that either Al has had a really long history of bad luck or else he has very good advice coming his way. I've invested in this company for a number of years now and have found that the directions taken have all been based on good business sense. Timing has been the issue (IMO). Wi-Fi is the next big telecommunications jump in our throw away society. And, IMO, has a long run ahead of it. There are a number of companies working towards this end and the winner will capture the lions share of the market.
Although I do not see SLWF as necessarily being the leader here, it is definately a player on the West Coast. Revenues are the current hurdle to overcome. With 30 some Wi-Fi hot spots, I would hope that revenues will at least start coming our way. Technology is advancing everyday and new communications ideas/methods are being advanced. I would hope that Wi-Fi security will become profitable within the next year (if I understand what Seamless is doing). Of course I may be mistaken.

Kurt
Sebass, I like your thinking and the charts. Keep it up. GLTA
Kurt
Thanks, Barter, I agree. This just caught me off guard. I just thought that with Skyy-Fi and Seamless that they would change. Guess not.
Barter, was I out of the country when the 14c was filed? With or without general shareholder approval (Reda having control of 50.1%+)it just seems to me that the proper notification should have been made. Finding out after ther fact is not the norm, nor is having to check the OTCBB Daily Updates.
I did notice that the close on the 2nd was .10 with an open on the 3rd of what .06, then beaten down to .023. It appears that the MM's are still doing their worst - making money for themselves. Any thoughts?
Kurt
Question - has anyone bothered to check the relationship between what is happening on the US exchanges and what is happening on the Berlin exchange? Just thought that I would check to see if anything is happening today and noticed that GTE is up 18.52% to 3.20 Euros on 500 shares today as of 12:05pm. Also, Yahoo Finance has a lower bid ($3.40 for 100) while there are different Asks ($4.95 - $12.00). Any idea's?
A Question for the board. With the installation of the WiFi hot spots along the West coast and the internet cafe's around the country, does anyone see any movement in the near future? I notice that there are no "Bid/Ask" amounts on the OTCBB. What are the MM's doing to promote this company? It appears that they are making money of of each other and thats all.
5cents, I had a feeling that would be the case. Well, you tried. Good luck with all your indevers.
Kurt
To all - it has been my experiance that if your shares are held in street name the broker must turn in all "old shares" and be issued "new shares". If YOU have the shares in your name and kept in some vault somewhere then YOU must turn in the "old shares" and receive "new shares". The brokerage houses need the time to do the swap out. Personnally, mine are in street name so I let the broker handle it. In the past I have been denied trading on specific issues because of splits (f/s, r/s, dividend). If you wish to trade shares affected by a split or dividend issue, call your broker, but it WILL probably cost you an inflated amount.
Kurt
5cents, good luck. Please keep the board posted. The larger on line brokers may need a kick in the pants to get their attention.
Kurt
5cents, I personnally think it's terrible that a broker (on line or other) would charge you for something that you have no control over. I guess that they are in the same camp that the banking institutions are in - charging the investor/depositor for every service on a ala carte basis. It's like inactivity fees being assessed when there is nothing you wish to change or invest in.
Kurt
5cents, I have never been charged for a r/s at Scottrade
Kurt
Barry, nice posts re noBOZO. I think you nailed him/her. Also, appreciated the post on shorting.
Kurt
Question for Rocky - found GTEL on "buyins.net" while looking for other "shorts". GTEL is not still shorted is it? LOL
Kurt
Barter, thank you for keeping this board clean. Pumping, character assassination, volgarity is not what is needed here. Investors are looking for information about their holdings that will affect the potential future of their finances NOT what others think about another poster. Keep up the good work.
Kurt
Thanks for your thoughts Randy. Your input verifies my thoughts but it's always good to know others have the same thoughts. GLTA
Question to all,
From what I have read Clancy has been around for some time now and is in a number of markets around the country. Is the Company consolitating and enhancing their holdings in these areas? Or could it be said that the Company is "sitting on the sidelines" to figure out their next move? Just a question.
James444ct, fundamentals are good and from what I have been able to find out, the only problem is no visability in the markets.
noBOZO, I can not in all honesty tell you who to invest in. I will say this though, if you are serious then get an on-line, discount account with one of the brokers. You must do your own due diligence research and make your own decisions. One mans garbage is another mans jewels and all that. RagingBull is not the place for you to seek info - too much work trying to weed through all the BS.
Again let me say you should use the following sites 1. OTCBB.com 2. Pinksheets.com and 3. SEC.gov. These sites offer the beginner a good starting point. Ihub is a good and informative message board. There are other sites but you need to crawl before you walk.
You are looking for any and all news about a given company to see what it is doing. You also need to check the financials to see what shape it is in. Just because a company is in WI-FI or telecommunications does not make it a good investment. Remember always that companies are on the OTCBB for basically two reasons - 1. they are start-ups that haven't the resources as yet to move to a bigger board or 2. they are in financial difficulty and have been de-listed from one of the bigger boards. Of course this is an over simplification and is only my opinion. There are exceptions. As always on the OTCBB there are huge risks involved.
I hope this helps.
Kurt
noBOZO, you misunderstand me. when I said 1MIL or 2Mil I was refering to the number of shares within the price range of $0.0001 to $0.0002 per share that you should acquire at a time, NOT spend $1Mil or $2Mil for the stock. I can't remember off hand how many shares are outstanding and issued but you by no means need more than 5%-10% to have an influence if that is your intention. Also, you should diversify and not put all your eggs in one basket. Check out and then talk to a professional before you do anything.
Kurt
noBOZO, I have held this company since '02 and it hasn't moved, except down. Now I have increased my holdings but have always followed the golden rule - 'You do not play with scared money'. If you can not afford to lose what you invest - don't invest. I recommend that you go to other sites - such as "pinksheets.com" or "sec.gov" and read the 10K's and 10Q's that have been filed.
Yes, there is potential here with this company, with its new plan and product. However, there is also a great risk - and although I would hope that it goes up today and continues to go up, (I am somewhat greedy), I am just as prepared to lose.
If you wish to invest in AWBI then by all means do so in small increments at the .0001-.0002 range and 1Mil to 2Mil at a time. This way you keep your investment cost low.
Kurt
Phil, thanks for the note. I agree that the o/s are probably the reason but then again that doesn't worry me too much. This appears to be a small, well managed company that has good potential for growth, IF using a well conceived and thought out plan. Measure twice - cut once. Good luck to you and all here at the Clancy board.
Kurt
Hello, new to this board. I found your discussion about the company interesting to say the least. I followed this company for the last three months - finding it by chance. It was hard to beleive a company trading today was profitable and had no debt. I just bought in last week. GLTA
Kurt
I would like to thank the board for this recent exchange. It's been a long time since anything of substance has been mentioned.
Question: What are the chances of getting to another board?
Kurt
Lowtrade, thank you for that article - it explains much. Kurt
Rocky, I am glade to see that you are still around. I always found the information you provided insightful. Kurt
I just checked the SEC filings and Q4 filed on the 28th. nothing new but noticed that authorized shares are at 10B with what 8B OS?
Rock, thanks for info update on CGI. Kurt
Late filing notice filed...whats new.
