With all your superior evaluations, because you are a numbers guy and would never use conjecture to get back at your failed investment, please provide the board with proof that MTEK was selling shares while they were on the Grey Market ?

BTW, all start ups sell shares to finance operations, that is why they are start ups and not fortune 500 companies.

I am here getting happily poked on the bid by the somewhat weaker hands than myself.

The posts from our resident doom and gloom gang has been entertaining as of late. Plenty of fluff and scare tactics, but light on facts.

Waiting for funding details which is the relevant item right now. Without that, we are in a bit of a pickle mate, or a spot of bother as our Euro friends would have it.

I have had several email exchanges with "Jeff" from mind tech and shockingly his response on the matter had nothing to do with software or pricing of the trio of products as your alleged email from Emotiv purports to.

Luckily, very soon VOIS will be ultimately free of those back-stabbers over at Emotiv. You can PM that over to Geoff if you like.

You are right about one thing, the headset is certainly not finished yet, but the working prototype is.

We wouldn't want VOIS to build a superior headset to Emotiv, what on earth would fill your days ?

It is odd how you can categorize mind tech as 'worthless' when you never actually tried their software. Similar, I suppose, to a movie critic reviewing a movie which they never saw.

The Emotiv headset and software might in your opinion be doing fine, but it is hardly a mobile device which VOIS is.

I heard MTEK had numerous problems with Emotiv on several fronts, in fact, the issues were so problematic it emboldened them to build their own headset.

The products have little sales because they were never able to fund a proper marketing campaign.

After MTEK decided to build there own headset, it would be moronic to spend money on a marketing campaign to sell a product (Emotiv) which doesn't benefit them with their software products.

Investors of MTEK/VOIS are now at the point, if funding is taken care in a responsible manner, to follow through on plans made years ago. That is too market their software/hardware products in a bundle.

After hearing VOIS has secured multiple offers for funding last week, this is becoming more of a reality every day. IMO

I am not an expert either and rely on their dissemination of PR's to update shareholders. To my knowledge they haven't classified the patent stage.

I am sure you can see the benefit of a patent in the design of the headset, especially for the placement of sensors behind the ear, which is extremely unique compared to other headsets.

If the headset is a big success and the buying public demand it, that patent, pending or otherwise is very valuable. However, if the product doesn't sustain any success or demand, the patent will be rendered useless.

That is why I can't stomach bashers/pumpers at all, because they never keep it real.

If Samsung is looking to build a comparable mobile headset, and little old VOIS has a patented one at the ready, you bet your arrs they heard of them. LOL

That patent might be the most valuable aspect of VOIS in the future.. IMO

I am aware of the slim competition out there, but most are toys, and none are actually being built with the focus on the mobile market which this one is. Samsung has started down that road, therefore, they would be a great fit for buyout. IMO

The best thing mind tech did was to patent this headset. The headset will be behind the neck with signals culminating behind the ears, which none of the others have.

Next big thing, or Dud ? we will know soon enough.

The terms of the funding are most important right now. We all want this headset to get completed and marketed, but at what cost ?

Averaging down can be dangerous if your on margin, which none of us are with VOIS, but my trading plan relies on anxious day traders selling out at any cost.

I have to admit I didn't anticipate these prices. Vois is trading as though their is zero future in their new headset and mobile apps, which I highly disagree and am willing to stake a position in this.

There is a reason the Gubermint and companies like Samsung are investing in this new market. Will we hit pay dirt, not sure, but my share claim is growing daily.

I could be wrong, which i usually am on a single day forecast, but something tells me we firm up tomorrow some.

No selling here my friend. I did capture some 16's today however.

There is always two sides to every coin, and right now I am accumulating nicely at my bid prices. If this starts heading lower, stop loss orders will market out which i am hoping and anticipating.

If the terms of the funding are decent, at these prices, we might catch a heck of a bid.

Correct ! Furthermore, does anyone believe VOIS is going to throw 3 bil shares haphazardly on the market ? That is beyond suicide, more like genocide to the company and shareholders.

IMO, now is crunch time for VOIS, and if they truly want a shot at taking this product mainstream, they better be frugal with shares.

As a trader in penny stocks, and having been on the wrong side of a few, I honestly feel your pain.

Your misfortune is another good reason to run from PINK sheet stocks, or companies that do not report. I have made that a requirement a few years back.

With that being said, MTEK was never found guilty of any wrong doing, lawsuits or illegal activity. The only potential lawsuit they faced was with them using Jedi Mind which they remedied. So, whatever alleged screw job happened to you was legal and has nothing to do with VOIS.

VOIS is a fully reporting OCTBB company which MTEK never was !!

I agree, could be money is staying on sidelines until some terms are released.

Either way, their new mobile headset and apps will be a reality. This is great news for anyone (investors) willing to see this thing to fruition. Sadly, that tells me only day traders are playing VOIS for now. We will all know when that changes.

Last time I checked VOIS doesn't have anything AT ALL to do with mind tech any longer.

Furthermore, mind tech never traded on a fully reporting market and VOIS does.

In conclusion, unless you want to banter about VOIS, this little company now owns all the software and hardware(headset)going forward. I do not own a crystal ball and do not know for sure how all of this will work out, but I like VOIS's chances at these prices. IMO

After doing a fair bit of DD before buying a few shares of VOIS, I looked into the mind tech situation.

To my knowledge, mind tech was pulled off the Pink market because of a rogue shareholder who contacted the SEC. The SEC did an investigation of the company and NO WRONG DOING of any kind was found. The company then decided to wrongly try and up list MTEK to the OCTBB which was way to costly and arduous, instead of just trying to refile to get back on the Pinks.

If they were as criminal as you seem to think they are, where are the charges against them ? Don't you think an SEC investigation would have shut them down if anything illegal was found ?

We all understand your anger with your failed investment, which does bite the big one, but your accusations and rants are simply not factual.

This board is lit with fear at the moment, which is great for bid sitters like me, because this new patented headset will hit pay dirt down the line. IMO

It is obvious you were the recipient of a failed investment with mind tech, and if so, I can not blame you for being upset. However, pouring cold water on VOIS at this point makes you look venomous and a very sore loser.

Of course there are risks in any investment, more so with penny stocks i presume, but I personally think this stock at this price is a huge bargain.

I think we all have to be patient and see the details of the funding to make an informed judgement on the future.

Sadly, it takes tons of money to patent, design, pay people, keep lights on, and market a product in this global world. If they can score a reasonable funding contract without too much dilution, this stock has a chance to return some nice gains at this entry level.

Although, if the funding agreement is outlandish and one sided, longs can only hope for a buy out by Samsung or alike who is entering this market.

You missed a few points if i may:

The funding, which has been offered by MULTIPLE firms/people, will secure the funding/marketing for the new patented headset that is almost complete.

This actually means there is now a very high probability that the headset will be available to purchase, hopefully on a worldwide scale, later this year or early next.

Also, the company can now concentrate on getting a high quality product to market without the added pressure of financing around every corner.

Furthermore, There is no other product like it on the market, and there is no active stock trading this space besides VOIS.

This stock is like a pioneer of sorts....
