TRTC owns Edible Garden, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company,Naturally Beautiful Plant Products LLC, Wholesale Florists located in NJ and Gro-rite Landscape Services LLC, NJ.

TRTC merged with GrowOp-Technology,LTD which is cultivation equipment manufacturer focused on the rapidly emerging medical Cannabis market but I think TRTC is not focusing on this as much due to distinguishing margins...? TRTC cant really compete with PHOT bc PHOT is more of a distributor and less of a developer like Grow-op.

TRTC has a Common Stock Purchase Agreement with Hanover Holdings... which i do not really understand but some think it could be an equity trap....

you have some stocks on there twice...how do you play scams like MWIP,SKTO,AEGY and so on...just bc it is easy to flip them. if you think they are real companies then you will get caught with your hand in the cookie jar. if your just flipping them bc everything is going up then well that is your investment strategy.

TRTC acquired edible gardens a family owned greenhouse company with 4million in cash flow. they just built 5 acres of greenhouse space...trtc is the only company with assets and a transparent business plan... what am i missing.

one plant can produce 2-4lbs and in Canada,2014, the going rate will be $7.5....450 grams to a pound. so on the small side. 450x7.5 is $6,750 per plant and x 900 is $6,075,000. cost and overhead included ENRT is still looking at millions in profits...and that is on 450 grams a plant.

I am happy with trtc today even though we are down. It held a few times around .26 and bounced up.

it is hard to have patience in penny land but again i do not think of trtc as a penny stock. TRTC might be 1 of a few companies that will up list. penny stocks can do it. look at ONVO

all in all i do not know what to think and the mt of data and information out there is really hard for a non full time investor to scan through and conclude reasonable decisions from.

I have spent a lot of time following trtc and with the news hitting cann today ...well that really caught my eye... the only way to know if the stock is a good egg or not is to do research and just to hope that the CEO knows what the fuc* he is doing.

i do not know Timmy Sykes but how can you bash someone who is a self made millionaire from trading stocks and has actually helped people make money in this market. again i do not know the guy or have every talked to him but he seems like a genuine guy. watch is youtube videos... it is hard to fake it and i have watched and rewatched his videos and for me I think he is a player for the common investor and not a shameless promoter or basher just bc he wants to short. and if you are correct and and i am wrong then he should burn.. haha
