here is what i got

TRTC owns Edible Garden, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company,Naturally Beautiful Plant Products LLC, Wholesale Florists located in NJ and Gro-rite Landscape Services LLC, NJ.

TRTC merged with GrowOp-Technology,LTD which is cultivation equipment manufacturer focused on the rapidly emerging medical Cannabis market but I think TRTC is not focusing on this as much due to distinguishing margins...? TRTC cant really compete with PHOT bc PHOT is more of a distributor and less of a developer like Grow-op.

TRTC has a Common Stock Purchase Agreement with Hanover Holdings... which i do not really understand but some think it could be an equity trap....
