I hear that a lot. Once people actually start reading the DD on this ticker they get as excited as I am about it.
I continue to build my position
QPRC New Subsidiary listed with 69 NEW Patents!
QPRC New Subsidiary listed with 69 NEW Patents!

This portfolio consists of sixty-one United States patents and eight foreign patents which cover technology relating to processor and power management which M-RED acquired on March 15, 2019.
UPCO Reinstated with Nevada SOS new officers and new name. https://www.nvsos.gov/SOSEntitySearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=%252bUqchuhBP%252faBJQ6R8AdSPQ%253d%253d
People are really sleeping on QPRC. 21 lawsuits and most nearing the time that in the past QPRC has won settlements. 21 pending catalysts and they are adding more.
Exactly right. QPRC does not file frivolous lawsuits. The history is proof they file and settle quickly.
QPRC NEW Lawsuit against APPLE! Court doc and articles.

REUTERS article is a big deal. It will bring a lot of new eyes. QPRC is getting a lot of attention
Zero dilution here. QPRC Share structure updated on Friday NO changes. Float still only 214 million.
That's a very good point. I am far from an expert on the technology but I bet it is not just Apple infringing. Let's keep an eye out for more lawsuits on this patent.
I like this part...
From the court docs it looks like the lawsuit is for infringement on any device with Apple pay which is the Iphone 6 and after. If I'm interpreting it right?
I believe it will consolidate for awhile and then eventually work it's way up. The settlement amount was hyped to be so big that people (including myself) were disappointed with the settlement amount.
However, the company did get a 2.75 million settlement and had 1.4 million in revenue. They are involved with Coachella this weekend which is huge. If there wasn't such big expectations people would have bought the info provided in the filing and pr.
The float on GMER is 38 million. Unrestricted is the float. The 8 million you’re referring to was from over a year ago.
CMGO owns 12.5 million of it.
May I ask what changed your perception of the company from just a few days ago?
Companies are required to report the last 2years to become pink current. The filings should be for the most recent 2 years
The Amazon lawsuit is coming to a point where lawsuits often settle. With that said each lawsuit is unique so we have to wait and see.
The 2 cases that just settled were at this same point in the lawsuit. This was the last filing before the lawsuit against ASUS settled.
Did you see this? These claim constructions are preparation for the Markman hearing on 5/2.
Interesting court filing on the CXT subsidiary lawsuits against multiple companies. I wonder why IBM needs a protective order. Does IBM supply the technology that infringes to the defendants?
Lawsuit against Amazon new filing. Markman hearing on 5/2. Tick tock.
Seems QPRC is actively looking for investors. Maybe they are looking to acquire some new patents since many of the current lawsuits are near settlement?
I can't explain a Markman hearing better than this definition. QPRC has been very successful in their Markman hearings. Keep in mind the Mariner and Semcon Patent portfolios have already won settlements.
Well said Bob, I agree. The company has never had 23 lawsuits all likely to settle in the same year.
A stream of revenue from that many lawsuits coming in is just what they need to get the current patents paid off and be in a more favorable position to acquire new patents.
Each lawsuit is different and each subsidiary is suing using a different set of patents so all 3 of the lawsuits against ASUS are separate and will not effect each other.
Chiang just submitted the order to discharge cusodianship. He is still the President of the company but this is often the last step before a custodian turns over the shell.
A merger company will not take over a shell with a custodian still in place that could overule their decisions. That is why the discharge is important information.
The settlement amount would be considered insider information so no one involved would give that information out.
What are you basing the guess of 8 million on?
SERIOUSLY??? Does anyone believe after 4 years of litigation that Glenn Laken would break a Non-disclosure agreement and on top of that give out insider information. Does anyone really think he would risk losing the settlement? Common sense.
What are you talking about? Glenn NEVER said a pr is coming. He said target date for reports is 4/1 and he is keeping us informed of the progress of the reports via twitter. The fins are done and waiting on OTC Markets. You do know that OTC Market filings are called reports right? The settlement numbers will be released in the OTC Reports. Geeezzz
