What are you talking about? Glenn NEVER said a pr is coming. He said target date for reports is 4/1 and he is keeping us informed of the progress of the reports via twitter. The fins are done and waiting on OTC Markets. You do know that OTC Market filings are called reports right? The settlement numbers will be released in the OTC Reports. Geeezzz

Now that the matter against Hudson Gray has been settled, CMG is preparing to report again with a target date of April 1, 2019. When reporting commences, the particulars of the settlement with the Hudson defendants will be disclosed as appropriate.

The settlement amounts are to be reported in financials as there is a NDA that prevents CMGO from disclosing details of the settlement in a pr. This has been stated several times!
