Claim construction is what they get together in preparation for the upcoming Markman hearing on 6/20. Often we see settlements shortly after Markman hearings.
I was on vacation so sorry for not posting that one.
FLTT Nevada SOS update. Preferred shares designation. Something finally merging in?

Thank you for mentioning that. I took markman hearing dates for the list from the 10K and it appears there is a typo in the 10K. You're right the Kyocera markman is in July. I will correct that when I do the next update on the list.
This is way bigger than people are realizing. I know you've mentioned the CXT patents before but that explanation really hits home. Anyone who has every shopped online has seen what you explained below.
CXT is going after the retail companies. I definitely see it when shopping on Amazon. Our Amazon lawsuit is with QPRC's other subsidiary regarding a whole different technology. I wonder if we see another Amazon suit filed by the CXT subsidiary.
This just keeps getting better.
The more I process this the more excited I am. So QPRC must be contacting companies that are infringing on the CXT patents before they file lawsuits. Which if I understand correctly basically includes any that offer online shopping?
Imagine all the companies that offer online shopping paying $250K to license the patents. All companies is an exaggeration but the technology is pretty common so there must be a lot of companies infringing.
So QPRC contacts them and advises they are infringing on their patent. The company pays to license or QPRC files a lawsuit. The kicker is now that the company has been contacted, QPRC can file for Willful infringement. Willful comes with 3 times the pay out if won.
Wow Great find! That is very interesting. There is no lawsuit against Bazaar Voice so they acknowledged the patent and paid up front for it's use. Like you said before the CXT patents involve everyday purchasing online that we don't even think about and take for granted. The settlement wins could spur a flow of licensing fees from companies that do not want to go to court.
Are the CXT patents the ones that involve online shopping when you see "you may also like?"
I just checked a couple other Greys that I know have volume and they have market makers too.
Maybe they can't quote them but they can execute unsolicited trades? Interesting. Learn something new every day.
29 lawsuits against major companies like Amazon and Apple. The majority of which are at or nearing the stages when the typically settle. This is a turning point for them where they could have a steady flow of income from settlements coming in to pay off patents and acquire new ones.
They just acquired 68 new patents and are adding new lawsuits regularly.
See the top sticky for a list of lawsuits
The reduction of shares is just a bonus. Getting the default judgement is what they need to proceed with FINRA. That's the important part that everyone is waiting for here. I don't see why the motion wouldn't be granted and it shouldn't take long. Just depends on how busy the judge and/or the clerk is.
Weird that it wont let me search it by ticker. I tried some other tickers it seems to be glitchy. Searched by name and found it. I'm surprised there are market makers showing. I'm going to have to look at other Grey Market stocks to see if they show market makers too. I like to know how things work.
I have been watching for quite some time as I am interested how this plays out. I do not have shares but have several trading friends that do and some that got in 00s. I decided not to get in due to it being Grey which was obviously a bad decision on this one lol.
It could really set a precedent going forward on Grey Market stocks if they are successful with the FINRA and the form 211. So far so good, I think they will do it.
That is where I am looking and I don't see anything for SOLI. Searching or scrolling. You say you see this for FEB?
QPRC settles cases quickly they do not go to court. They often settle right around when the Markman hearings are. The Amazon markman hearing was this month so it could settle anytime. Not to mention the other 28 cases that are at different stages.
On a good note SOLI filed for the Default Judgement yesterday.
May I ask where you found this? I don't show any Monthly share volume for SOLI on FINRA. This is expected as Grey Markets stocks don't have market makers.
Paulson btw is the dilutive Market Maker PAUL
I'm sure there is a reason that Mr. Scahill tweets the way he does. First off it is professional and doesn't make him look like a penny stock pumper while he is trying to attract quality investors. Second if he is trying to negotiate a settlement in which the defendant will want a non-disclosure, tagging them on social media regarding the lawsuit certainly doesn't help the negotiations.
One of the things that attracted to me to QPRC is that they do not pump. Why? Because they aren't diluting.
QPRC is getting noticed and it will continue. Patience is needed.
Exactly! People need to wake up and read the opinion and order. Amazon was Denied on all but one construction and the one they weren’t denied on was inconsequential.
I think she means these

I think the exposure at theses events brought some awareness and buying from people outside the normal otc traders
I guess there is no correct way but the smart way is to put a limit in. It doesn’t have to be at the top ask or bid but you want to name your high or low
I never sell on the bid unless there is a reason I need to get out immediately. I buy on the bid if I’m not in a hurry to get in or if I already have a position but am willing to add more cheap. Otherwise I buy the ask.
CLAIM CONSTRUCTION MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER is out. Judge decided with QPRC on almost all constructions!
Word is getting out but some people still sleeping on QPRC. They are up to 29 current lawsuits using 6 different patent portfolios.
Thank you! Yes I had a very nice Mother's day.
QPRC filed 4 more lawsuits late Friday!
UPDATED List of LAWSUITS against major companies like APPLE and AMAZON.
Why are the MARKMAN HEARING dates important?
UPDATED List of LAWSUITS against major companies like APPLE and AMAZON.

You nailed this Bob! The CXT subsidiary may be the dark horse no one is watching.
Did you say everyday online purchasing which basically covers almost every retail company out there?
Are the 4 new lawsuits added late Friday just the beginning?
A market order is never a good idea especially in the otc unless something really bad or really good comes out and you don’t care what price you get in or out at. With that said I know E*TRADE does not even allow a market buy on OTC stocks. I’m not sure about other brokers on that.
A market sell or buy will not get done quicker than a limit order put in at a price that is available on the bid or ask. If you market sell the share price will drop much quicker and you will end up selling way lower than you would if you had put shares in smaller blocks in the ask. After these market sells you’ll notice the share price usually recovers within minutes. Everyone sees it as an opportunity and they are happy to buy up the shares you sold too low.
May I ask what brokerage gave you that advice and was it in the context of some big news coming out? It’s definitely not good advice otherwise.
My apologies, I thought you were saying something new came out. Back in August their was a counterclaim added with the response to Semcon’s original complaint. Not something to worry about. It’s pretty common to have counter claims. Several that have settled have had them. Off the top of my head I know TIVO, JCPenney, Conns and Tailored Brands all had them. They get dismissed with settlement
I saw that. Now let’s hear from the new CEO. It’s been a long time coming
CXT is one of QPRC's 6 subsidiaries that have current lawsuits against various companies. I just added an updated list of subsidiaries with their respective lawsuits to the Ibox.
QPRC 4 MORE NEW Lawsuits against HALLMARK, HARBOR FREIGHT TOOLS, FILSON CORP & RETAIL CONCEPTS INC! How many times will I have to say this just keeps getting better? These lawsuits are using the patents under the CXT subsidiary. I was expecting more under the new sub, M-RED but very happy to see more under CXT. More M-Red suits to come.

No Amazon did not file a counterclaim. I'm not sure what you are talking about. They posted a transcript on the Amazon case but it is not available online until August. Settlement could come before it's even available.

I've done a tremendous amount of DD on QPRC because there is so much potential and the way things are progressing I like it even more now than I did when I first found it. I don't mind putting the time in because what I'm finding makes it well worth my time.
Yes, I think they will continue add lawsuits for years as they have over a hundred patents and they have only just begun to put out lawsuits on the 68 new patents they recently acquired.
To clarify I do not think the current lawsuits will go on for years. QPRC settles their cases quickly. The history of settlements tells the story here. The majority of the current lawsuits are at a point in the process where others have settled. That is why we are starting to see settlements flow in.
I think this flow of revenue into the company could be a turning point giving them the capital needed to pay off some of the old patents and continue to acquire more.
It's an exciting time for the company. I'm very happy to be along for the ride.
Great Thank you!
Darn it you’re right. It’s only a day difference so I’ll fix it along with the next update if everyone is ok with that.
I don't mind having to update as long a they keep the settlements and new lawsuits coming in. I can't believe people are still sleeping on this after seeing they have 25 current lawsuits against major companies including APPLE and Amazon.
I will work on an updated list as there have been several changes (for the good!)
However, I would avoid doing any math and making speculative predictions. That usually hurts way more than it helps
They have other pending cases using those patents so I doubt QPRC would agree to that.
