Where is everyone, I guess getting ready for Thanksgiving. I think we will hear some good news soon about the mj recreational license and some of the partnerships Tony has been working on. I believe it's just taking more time to get these things accomplished than Tony, or us shareholders thought it would. So all of us longs need to stay strong and be patient for a little bit longer. I received my 20% dividend from last year. I think it's still restricted meaning I can't sell it until sometime in December 2014. I think the 23rd, but I'm not sure of the exact date. Good luck to all of us longs!

Yes, I've heard from Tony. I E-Mailed him at around 10:00 pm and he answered me back at around 2:30 am. That was my first E-Mail to him and he answered me at 2:30 something in the morning. I thought that was pretty responsive and professional.

1.) Since Oregon has voted to allow recreational marijuana, are you going to or already working on getting a recreational marijuana license in Oregon? YES…. WE ARE ON IT

2.) Can you tell me what's the status of usei's recreational marijuana license in the state of Washington? IN NEGOTIATIONS

3.) Also, I've heard that you have other partnerships in the works. If that's true, can you tell me more information about those? NOT REALLY AT THIS POINT

You might have said before, and if you don't mind me asking, but what is your position in usei? Mine is, I have 3,085,000 shares here, and I'm long, just frustrated with how the pps seems to go nowhere but down, down, down. I think that when we get the mj recreational license, that we will move forward, and very fast. If it's dealt with in the right way, I think the skies the limit here for us longs. Wow, I'm really sorry to hear that. I'm down by a lot too, but no where near that much. I know we had such high hopes for this company and it seems like management just dropped the ball here. To the management folks running iliv, since you're obviously not spending much time running iliv, at least I hope you're reading this board and realize how your shareholders, you remember, the people that give you all of your money, are disappointed in what you are all doing!!! It's an absolute disgrace. Pitiful, just plain pitiful.

I'm still here too. Just really disappointed in the way management is running this company. No news for a long time, too long. It seems like they're just running it into the ground. They don't care about us shareholders or this company for that matter. It seemed like iliv had a lot going for it for awhile,and management just quit trying. It's ashame, a real shame.

Am I the only one that buys crappie pinks? It seems like after doing DD that looks promising and listening to those on this board about the great potential, the stock just goes down, down, down. 5% one day, 10% - 15% the next. And on and on. . . It's killing me. It's so disturbing that it never goes up like it's supposed too. We just wait and wait for those promises that never come. Something that looks so promising and it tanks like this. What in the world am I doing wrong? Are others in this same boat? Losing everything? Has anyone heard how their website selling CBDs is doing? I've read several articles stating that sells of CBD products are doing very well. It's been open almost 3 weeks now. Just wondering how usei is doing at that level. Good luck to all of us longs!

I know, it's always "Next week". That's when we're going to get that great, significant news that's going to launch this company to the moon. Our problem is that Tony's "Next week" never gets here. It's always "next week" for him. He obviously thinks we're a bunch of fools. And so far, he's been right. I'm tired of waiting for this so-called (imaginary) "next week" of his. It's a shame I put so much of my hard earned money in this company believing in that "next week" news that's never going to get here. I for one feel real stupid for falling for all of his B.S.
If anyone knows, just when will this "next week" come. "Next week" of which month or which year? Tony, please tell us something truthful and significant that will actually help us. And quit driving the company in the toilet.

Well, it looks like the news yesterday was not so great, again. Fluff news does nothing and decent news very little. We need something major. Its been many months now, you would think Tony could have something more significant in the works by now. He supposedly has these great contacts and partnerships,but nothing seems to be making any headway. I'm beginning to wander it ever will. I realize building a company takes time but we seem to be going nowhere. In fact, we've been going backwards for most of those months now. I don't know how to run a business, but it looks like Tony doesn't either. I'm just getting tired of waiting and am frustrated waiting for that "significant news" that's going to finally make the difference we all need. GLTA!

Question: does usei & erbb actually have the grow facility yet, and if so, are they growing mj? Or do they have to wait on obtaining seeds? If anyone knows please let us know. Thanks and good luck to all of us longs!

Continuity, has the grow operation actually started in California yet with American Green? And, how long does it take for them to go from planting seeds to harvesting and getting the weed ready to sell in their stores? I for one, am looking forward to seeing all of this coming to fruition. Another question: With the mj recreational license coming soon, with all the potential this will mean to usei, why is the volume so low? I'm not sure, but once usei gets that recreational license, usei may be the only publicly traded company with a license to sell recreational mj out there. That will be "HUGE" for us. The upside potential will be enormous for anyone owning shares in this company. Just curious as to why more people aren't jumping in on this. Jugs, Thanks for your reply. I too, feel we're in for a great run once the recreational license is obtained. Hopefully it will come soon. I'm long and holding on to my usei shares. Just waiting for the news of this license to hit. Once it does, all of us longs will be riding this position to new highs. 0.03 - 0.05 cents, I think will be very obtainable here in the short term. Continuity, if Tony (usei) has a majority ownership of this mj recreational license, wouldn't he have to file some sort of form with the SEC? And wouldn't we be able to see it? I'm not sure they even have the license yet. If I'm not mistaken, he said that they have applied for the license. I'm not sure if they actually have it yet. Then why is it that other businesses are selling the crap out of it and usei is just planning to? The state is reporting massive amounts of tax revenues, so somebody's selling a lot of it already.

ace65, I tend to agree. If their revenue numbers were good at all, Tony would be screaming them from the roof tops. So, it stands to reason that they are not very impressive, if at all. That was an extremely disappointing PR. It didn't say anything other than usei "plans to" get into the recreational side of marijuana, which I thought is basically what he said many months ago. Just wasn't the "Big" news he told an investor it was going to be. Very frustrated here.

Gcasa, I'm still relatively new to investing in pennies and have made too many mistakes already. I've done my DD on usei and feel like things really look positive for us here for the future, but just don't know when. I would have figured already, but it hasn't happened yet. So, in your honest opinion, when do you think usei will reach that 2 - 5 cent mark. I'm hoping soon, but hoping doesn't make things happen. Best of luck to you and all of us longs! With news coming today or tomorrow, why wouldn't usei be going up? I'm holding long and strong. But I have to admit, I'm a little frustrated with usei continuing this non movement and going down some, with all that's in the works that's going to help grow this company.
