I've been telling people for a long time that it's the best investment I've seen. Outside of an act of God, hurricane or something they are just going to keep making more drugs. It's really not complicated.
Where's their overhang? Cash flow a little but now they have 20m working capital. Account receivables catching up.
Debt is basically their mortgage and the low rate NJ stuff which is like a couple million they pay on.
Most of these companies are servicing a ton of debt. Which means your margins are lower which means you can't be as competitive.
Probably more frustrating trying to remember all the passwords to all your IDs.
It's been manipulated for a long time. As you can see by the overseas hired hands that work this board, someone needs the stock cheap. You can debate the why, but you can't debate the company.
PE has been looking backwards. But we reached critical mass. Now it's just printing money. Not saying manufacturing drugs is easy. It's obviously complex. But if you can do it, the way Elite can and have the manufacturing space (just doubled) you can basically pick what you want to make the most money on.
Basically an interest free loan. Paid back with reverse interest. It's funny how this is still OTC. And may be when it's sold. That's another debate. But all the drugs are in your local pharmacy and you know the names of most of them. Even just an average person knows them. Billion dollar drugs. Crazy the story being told here.
I don't know how to read Prasco. It's great revenue. My question is always on how they figure out quota. Prasco has a large reach
That's a big one. $5 billion dollar drug pending approval. Also in shortage I believe. Lol
I have as at right about $1.10.
But I am ommitting the unknown unknowns. Meaning over this time, what other drugs are in development and will be trialed and submitted.
I am basing this on what I know today
Nasrat is like a duck. Really calm on the surface but the feet are moving fast underneath. No hype. No fluff. Just growing the business. Revenue parabolic YOY.
Why aren't you allowed to say what drugs are pending launch now and if the market value of the drugs is over a billion dollars.
A) you don't know
B) you aren't allowed to say
C) both A and B
Why are you working so hard today? Do you even know?
Damn, how long did it take to remember this password to this fake ID. 13 years. Jerry says get a better job.
It's funny. They literally aren't allowed to say. I do believe they probably may not know. Ask them anything about what the company is doing and they aren't allowed to answer. It's like some weird kryptonite. Like vampires and crosses.
Ask them the market value of the drugs. That's always fun too. Lol
Working hard today. Can you tell me the names of the four drugs pending launch right now? Is the market value over a billion dollars?
I realize you aren't permitted to say. Lol
I think it will happen. Pretty positive on it. If Accord wins which they should, that should clear the way. If they lose, they will appeal the appeal
..lol
But Elites case will be different most likely because they have the same arguments Accord does but Elite also has patents in this area. So the case will probably look different.
So could be quick. Could be long. I do want to see Purdue lose. They are the worst and are now just pushing this as far as they can in the courts before they lose out.
But the short term revenue impacts will be the $1 billion in generics pending launch. I believe some may be in shortage too. I'm sure Nasdaq has that info.
Both agreed to dismiss as it looks like Purdue sued an Accord entity that doesn't exist.
Accord healthcare USA vs Accord Healthcare
I think Accord USA may have been referenced here or there in the ANDA filing. Probably causing confusion. I'm just speculating
I suspect the case will be refiled.
Regarding the most active case in DE. That will hear oral arguments 8/18.
Oxy could happen quick or could take awhile. I don't really think about it. It's a bonus when it happens. The three pending launch now are the same size in totality I believe at this point. But a first to file would be cool
And the launch of the current approved drugs which are huge by themselves.
Oxy approval? Not the launch of the hundred million dollar drugs pending launch now?
Or any number of other things?
You trying to scare people over Oxy Ama?
Which drugs are approved now being readied for launch? Are you allowed to say? I bet you aren't.
We have 1 billion dollars in approved drugs being readied for launch. Can you tell us what they are?
I bet you aren't allowed to say. I dare you to post them. Lol
Master bathroom in my house was modeled after the bathroom at the Venetian. TV and all. Lol
Theoretically. Yes
The case with Accord vs Purdue that refers to the current Elite Stay is under appeal. That decision is due any day. Last was July 2nd, where transcripts of the previous trial were uploaded. That's the last item in the case.
Both filed their arguments. Then filed their responses to each other's arguments.and now we wait for the judges decision.
I've read both items for both sides. Purdue seems to be rehashing known knowledge and literally part of it has to do with would you expect the same results heating one way vs another. Like a flat top to a frying pan. You know both heat items. Lol
I don't see how Purdue wins. Accords arguments are.very strong. They won the initial trial after all.
But considering how corrupt Purdue is, I'm just waiting to see.
Oxy is a bonus to me. It's a huge bonus but timeline can be short or long.
Yep. I believe you got it right
Good boy
Did you ever find out why you were assigned to this board for 10 years?
Lol. Who are you trying to talk to? Someone that might come to this board and be scared off?
Because everyone here that's actually somewhat moral and ethical, knows and will tell you that they would rather have Mikah own it and actually save the company, then the Chinese company that needed cash or another company that could get in the way of a buyout. Yet receiving the same compensation the Chinese company was to get .
You lost nothing and gained everything.
I have no idea if you know that, if it was in your handbook or you're just the same person under a new ID.
It's like you are trying to get people to forget the actual numbers.
Or that they are soon going to launch hundred million dollar generics.
Pending approval for generics in the billion dollar range.
Sigh.....try and find that moral compass.
Since you can't answer that simple question of "why are you here for 10 years". Seems like an interesting question. However, I don't think you know the answer.
Hahahahaha...sure you are. Here is your .05.
Pretty sure everyone knows you are on the job here since your first post.
Did you ever find out why they assigned you to work this board?
If you put a period at the end of the sentence, people will know when the sentence ends and the next one begins. Not sure if they teach you that
He's low-level. He has no idea what he is looking at. Owns no shares. Just here for the work. Pretty sure that's obvious now
Good.morning
Nah. That's just made up stuff by overseas manipulators hired to try and take money from the impatient .
I don't know any worshippers. I know you have been working 24/7 for 10 years here. That's pretty sad.
I know this CEO is fantastic.
I have another year, maybe two with the buyout. If it was just me, I'd be close now.
It's why I kept saying to watch the YouTube clips called scammers. Basically it's hackers in the US hacking the overseas hackers. You will recognize the same personalities and approaches you see here.
Will seem eerily familiar if you watch a few episodes.
Lol. Working hard.
You have two options
Chinese company owns it and gets a profit split
CEO owns it and gets same profit split and also owns 300+ million shares and is going to sell the company in two years.
Which scenario is 1000% better then the other?
Revenue is only going up rapidly YOY. And that's on all the products. Including billion dollar drugs pending and billion dollar products pending launch now.
Your job sucks too
Dude. Get a better job. This one's not for you
That's dumb. No it's not. For all the reasons noted. And secondly, your partner just woke up. It's morning in his country
I don't think he cares that much about the stock price momentum....the stock should have been 2-3x every year for the past three years.
Now he is going to say he thinks it will be 100m next year and that's gonna move the stock price but 70 doesn't. What do you think the PE should be? PS?
The current stock price is still silly low. That's the joy of OTC and low volume and this board. And the con men that are assigned here.
The stock is gonna go. 1B shares and a few million in buys moves it 15-30%
Do ya get it yet? Pretty sure you already do. Lol
I think he is saying something else if you read between the lines. But that's for me to understand. This board isn't worth the rest.
Again. If the stock was at .30 -.40 like it should be, we can have this conversation.
70s...not 70..he's gonna blow that target away. He has unknown unknowns and known unknowns. The conservative answer is 70s. Literally the conservative answer is 50% YOY growth.
Q over Q is skewed. You know how many situations I've been in where we wanted to ship as much as we could end of Q to make numbers. But that's just pushing the pain forward and pushing your sales people the next Q.
You are.literally arguing that single digit PE and 50% YOY increases make sense. They don't .
