Chinese company owns it and gets a profit split

CEO owns it and gets same profit split and also owns 300+ million shares and is going to sell the company in two years.

Which scenario is 1000% better then the other?

Revenue is only going up rapidly YOY. And that's on all the products. Including billion dollar drugs pending and billion dollar products pending launch now.
