Sorry if this is common knowledge but I haven't posted lately. Does anyone know what happened with the Class "G" and Class "H" Warrants?
It's been quite some time since I posted here but I see the lively discourse hasn't diminished much. I wonder if I could pose a question regarding warrants....what is the status of the class "G" and class "H" warrants that I believe will expire in March and April? Thanks in advance for any information you can offer.
Have a Happy Holiday season Mr. Monk!!
Why does anyone still invest (speculate) in this POS? No amount of positive news can sustain an upward trajectory! This management team does not have and has never had any ability to leverage the impact of obvious accomplishments to improve price performance. I give up!
I've been away since Thursday in North Woodstock, NH. I didn't use electronics while there and I just got home and logged on. All I can think of to say is: THESE GUYS SUCK!!
Thank you Whal, I'm already on it based on your information. I only hope she hasn't gotten exposed to the virus. AZ is not a safe bet these days.
Hi Zu, haven't posted in quite a while. Looks like "lively" debate is just as prevalent on the board. I wonder if you (or anyone) could remind an old guy what's the best non-Vascepa OTC EPA currently available? I have a daughter in AZ who might have had Covid exposure but neither she nor I can acquire Vascepa for her.
Thanks and stay well!
Hi Kiwi, what's the best non-Vascepa OTC EPA currently available? I have a daughter in AZ who might have had Covid exposure but neither she nor I can acquire Vascepa for her.
Any issues with COX- and LOX- mediated eicosanoid synthesis?
Question for the Board:
My recollection may be faulty but I thought it had been suggested that one not take aspirin while using Vascepa. Apologies if fake memory but otherwise does anyone recall the reasoning for this? Thanks in advance!
JL, you've posted on this subject previously and my recollection is that you had suggested not taking aspirin while using Vascepa. Apologies if memory fails me but otherwise what was your reasoning on this?
I don't believe the attempt was to block "all Dietary Supplements". There are supplements that contain quantities of Icosapent Ethyl, although in much lower concentrations than in Vascepa. Amarin's argument is that Icosapent Ethyl has been accepted by FDA as a prescription drug and therefore should not be allowed as a component of a non-prescription Dietary Supplement. The FDA has never ruled on dietary supplements in this respect and because of this ITC Case ruling, they may never be compelled to. The DS Industry may in the future take advantage of this position by the SC, FTC and FDA to compete with Amarin in supplying levels of EPA in their products that skirt Amarin patents. FDA once again treating Amarin unfairly by not doing their job in my opinion.
So did they assign Patent Rights as collateral to Aspire in return for the "Line of Credit"? Haven't been around the board much lately so behind on any news.
Well now I gotta say it.......You Da Man Tasty!!!! LOL GLTA!
So Tasty, which Jan option series did you go for? I've been puzzling over the 23s or the 27s.
What's the link for the Late Breaking EVAPORATE News?
OK....10, WTF
Sadly, I'm afraid I share your enthusiasm. Rough after so many years! Ten of them and still counting but I've been ruined by the process (and still can't walk/run away!!).....
Amarin should draft that document on our behalves and let this board handle the distribution!
I think you have to view today's results as at least an 8-9. During the deliberations period, I feared the opinions of the masterful minions were degenerating into mindless, spineless drivel. Fortunately these Mensa wanabes came to their senses and voted appropriately!
They only voted on whether V label should be expanded to show Reduction in CVD. Then afterwards discussed final thoughts on Primary/Secondary label coverage.
Where do you see a Bid for $35????
I'd go out to Jan 15 '20 and buy AMRN 35 Calls at $3.00, probably get a better return!
Don't disagree....I'm partial to New Smyrna as well. Feels quite a bit more beachy. But they've had a lot of shark bites the last several years. Guess one has to accept the good with the bad!
My brother and his Partner have lived in Port Orange for the last ten years! Great communities and really nice weather. Can you name a particular sub-division? He's in Sabal Creek off Airport Road.
JL, you are a formidable expert on EPA/AA and all of the consequences surrounding it...Kudos! Not so much on Donald Trump's Golf Outings vs His Predecessors. Have a great day.
Your prerogative, not necessarily the Agency....but individuals within said Agency harbor resentments.
Check out Dr. Sears discussions of O3s vs O6s.
Letter sounds absolutely fantastic but who is this guy? Couldn't find him with a search....
Perhaps the Puts were sold to buy the Calls. Anyone have thoughts on minimum upward PPS movement on a positive AdCom vote or down on a negative one?
tootall, I think you might be referencing Adam Feuerstein. I've had the good fortune (NOT) to be long term invested in both TMD and another drug Biotech that Feuerstein follows, Amarin Pharmaceutical. Some years ago the FDA reneged on an SPA that had been negotiated with Amarin and it nearly destroyed the company. Amarin persisted and had a successful outcomes trial Reduce-It, which announced results last year on Sept 24. If you want to recoup some of your losses on TMD, look at AMRN. There is an FDA AdCom on Nov 24 and the PDUFA date for a broadly expanded indication is in late Dec. Options on AMRN might be a good option.
For treatment of cold sores, I've had good results from an expensive OTC preparation called Abreva. Start using as soon as you feel the "tingle" of a cold sore coming on. It's a topical cream/ointment.
Hey Raf, does that news give you any more confidence that we'll see a substantial jump in PPS after the AdCom vote?
Thank you guys!
Does anyone have the link for the Cantor Conference?
Hi Whal, showing my ignorance - has the FSA published a new PDUFA or AdCom Date yet??
2028, for the record: You will need thirty (30) warrants per share for any warrant exercise. That satisfies the 30-for-1 stock split disparity.
Julio. that's great information. I wasn't aware the "G" Warrants were listed as TTXXF. Do you know if there is a listing for the "H" Warrants that expire March 31, 2021?? Thanks for any feedback!!
I don't quite get the broad pricing disparity between the warrants, particularly the "G", "H" and "I" series. The "G" (originally CD $1.00 warrant - exp Feb 2021) and the "H" (originally CD $1.20 warrant - exp Mar 2021) are only listed on the Toronto Exchange as TMD.WTH (CD $.01 as of Aug 13) and TMD.WTG (CD$.05 as of Aug 09). The "I" (originally CD $.75 warrant - exp Sep 2021) is listed on the US exchange as TTLLF and recently traded at US $.085.
To summarize, the prices are as follows:
--------------------------------------------------- Pre-Split
G Warrant: CD $.05 = US $.0375---- CD $30.00 Wt
H Warrant: CD $.01 = US $.0075---- CD $36.00 Wt
I Warrant: CD $.1133 = US $.085---- CD $22.50 Wt
I don't get the pricing variations and I'm not sure which is the best value given the expected take out price for Titan. Any further thoughts?
I have several Sep'19 12$ Puts that I bought for insurance quite a while back. I'm going to try to sell them tomorrow for 3$ each. If you're listening Jesse Livermore, sell your 16$ Puts tomorrow and buy back in after the rebound! Go AMRN and FU FDA and Steve Nissen!
