I'am beginning to agree with tree. why aren't Tranzbyte (ERBB) releasing any formal PR at all. I have not seen a formal Pr from Tranzbyte on Etrade or Scottrade News, Press release, or web pages from Tranzbyte in months, long before the SEC started suspending companies in the MJ Sector. tranzbyte didn't even release an formal PR on the ZaZZZ unveiling Event that happen last month or on any other events,the sells of pending on The Jurassic Water system, and the name change request from Tranzbyte to American Green. These were important company events that were occurring with Tranzbyte. Shareholders and the markets should have been formally notified of these events from Tranzbyte from a market PRNewswire.

I learn mostly about Tranzbyte events from others posting information on this board about the events. from others listing websites or links where others can find some information about erbb news and events. Others posting on ihub is not a truly pr from Tranzbyte. Why is Tranzbyte dodging to release a legitimate formal PR. A Ihub message board is not meant for first hand company and stock news (Press Releases Newswires) formal information, news, and research.

Hurry up American Green before a group of High School kids put their brains together and come up with the optimum brilliant Pot Dispenser. You know these kids are very smart these days using computer science and technology. They can do what you guys are trying to do in a few days for another company or themselves. You guys sound like Tranzbyte need a computer Geek. Maybe the company need to call the Geek Squad or a computer nerd for help with the computer glitch. If Approval is what Tranzbyte is still waiting on or a computer glitch is what the company is still working on. Than Shearin or who ever is in charge need to hurry it up, and get someone who knows how to fit the computer problems.

I myself believe that it is not an approval that Tranzbyte is waiting on, nor a computer glitch that need fitting, but Tranzbyte is waiting for a legal company name change approval by the finra and SEC, before launching ZaZZZ. Si Spaniard, I agree with you 100%. Tranzbyte is going to drag it feet so slow and another company will come out with a Pot dispenser before American Green can get their out to the market. Tranzbyte has both the SEC and the News Media watching their every move. So why in the hell do you think they would do something as stupid as scamming their shareholders and investors. ERBB is not that bad of a company as you and others make it out to be. IMP they've a very bad investor relations connection. Very bad. Their products are in demand, if only they can hurry and get them to the markets. ZaZZZ should've been roll-out over a week ago. Tranzbyte already has its approval on the ZaZZZ Pot Machine. I did the same let myself get caught up in the hype of the launching of ZaZZZ dispenser. I was afraid of getting out and missing out on the run once ERBB release the dispenser. When Tranzbyte did not release a pr about the CNN MONEY interview, about Shearin expect operational of the machine any day. Next the pps fell and never went back into the .03 area, I should have sold and gotten back in around the .022's area, but I hesitated because what Shearin has mention in the CNN Money article about expecting the machine to be operational at any day. I didn't want to take that chance and miss out. Look at the pps now, here in the low 02's.

I do hope the release of the machine will drive this pps back up, and ERBB would find a way to help keep it up. They're not doing their best in helping matters in keeping the pps up. I do know that current events involving other MJ stocks has hurt the sector as a whole, and the market as a whole is down. Burn,I don't think ERBB traders and investors are stupid, and never is ERBB to a certain point. Yes, IMO ERBB has converted shares at a discounted in exchange for debts (money to pay for company's operations). At the same time they're working to get products to the markets. IMO ERBB isn't just taking shareholders money and spending all of it on themselves and employees. They're actually using the funds to generate products that will later be use to generate revenue for ERBB. Company needs tangible products and services to generate revenue. ERBB has the zazzz dispensary getting ready to release, they have an apparel line, I heard about an oxygenated water system.

I believe all mention above is busting their behinds to get thing done with the acception of one. Where in the heck is the CEO, the person that suppose to be in charge of the company.
