Yes or No? Do you trust that the next edition of financials post today?
how long will they choose to let it drop before they pay the auditor?
Rik has 2 previous stock suspensions which included delinquent filings?
More manipulation. Up 10% then down 5%.
Also, hopefully they come up with a cure for the Brazilian Speedy AIDS. You never know. To da moon!
If they are marketing CPG by Tweet, they are not just embarrassingly tone-deaf, they are digitally inept.
Lazy Rik. What's on the agenda today... a shot of your calendar would be priceless.
Even the most loyal of long shareholders has to agree theres no excuse. It's lazy. When April 15 rolls around people pay their taxes. When NPHC deadline dates come around... they don't seem to really care historically.
Recent performance is showing we are dealing with more of the same. Slow, unmotivated entrepreneurs get eaten up. The stock price is a good barometer of market sentiment.
You can't promise it, you have to prove it.
...if they want it to. The only thing holding this back is they are not prioritizing what shareholders want. Get current. Put some effort into it.
The prediction track record... Not as good a broken clock. Worse than a blind squirrel looking for his nuts.
STOP: Shell Risk

Eddie... Eddie... Eddie... where are you???
Did the DELAYED (high school freshmen level) accounting documents get uploaded yet?
It was amusing they said "already" in the tweet. FYI... its ALREADY LATE.
EV has a huge legal blindspot...
I will exploit it... get going Ed... I will throw good money after bad...
If I thought this was place where the truth was shared and wanted, I would share my DD. It's not.
Rik really does not want me making calls. I assure you of that. Again, no agenda other than truth.
Looks like he's gonna drop the pps to the 200 day before allowing it to rip. I'm holding and will be right here...
If its soon I will, of course. I have no agenda here other than wanting to make money with a company that does what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. Once they start pulling the delay stuff... red flag city.
The auditor reason (workload delays) is absolutely either false, or the vendor is incompetent.
I'm not going to get Stockholm Syndrome and hold a bag for year then thank him for the right to be held hostage that long.
Anyone who believes the Trump-like audit delay story, is not smart.
As a business owner, would you continue doing business with a vendor that can't complete it's work... AND has such a delay you're simply willing to wait it out at the peril of your wallet and shareholders?
The answer is no. You'd fired them. There are plenty of auditors that can deal effectively with 4 digit numbers.

LOL! Do these historical financials look complicated?
You don't need to be an accountant to get a very clear impression of how complicated this audit is.
Really look at it. You could use a kindergarten abacus to add these numbers.

It's great that he tickles your pink Carol but I'd prefer he line my wallet.
Clearly someone on this board must have verified the auditor story, right?
Auditors don't issue direct statements to shareholders so the lack of a statement doesn't prove anything one way or the other.
If it happens I'll be happy, in the meantime its a combination of the DJT "they are with the auditors" and normal Pink sheet delay/lies.
Who is the auditor? More fact checking needed.
Is it strange that the CEO won't pay $200 for a press release and communicates to select shareholders by email?
Historically in OTC, when a CEO has to go-away under the circumstances similar to NPHC... what happens?
Hypothetically, since I like hypotheticals, do tickers merge into other companies?
IDK if there's any precedent for this kind of failure. A Pink with a verifiably real product, lab, patents... yet still overpromise and not deliver.
If I'm in Riks shoes (unless they are his wifes), I get the company current regardless of cost, Pump the hell out of it, take the cash and settle... (then become a lousy Youtube radio guy and make my wife mentally happy now that her feet feel good).
That's all the motivation I need. As I point out the absurdity of how the facts lay out, NPHC investors, management, etc... will have to read my take until it straightens out. Once they make good and this averages a penny for a whole day I'm out.
That's probably going to be a while.
Wouldn't be the first time snake extract was sold for strange purposes.
What's next? Luxury elbows or fins?
Definitely struck a nerve...
I'm not going to let my attempt at creative license distract from the real problem here... Rik thinking more about women's heels than paying the auditor.
I thought it was clear the way I wrote it that I was attempting to figure out what he may be thinking. I failed. Also, Rik has foot a fetish. Can we be done and focus on The real failures here?
Who could possibly be so bothered by a hypothetical on a message board... unless it was an accurate assessment of the intent?
Surely a single post... among the body of work of NPHC failures... couldn't possibly be a factor one way or another.
I suppose if we continue talking about it, it could have influence.
The quality of a company cant be judged on whether a passionate investor is up on her stock.
Christmas 2023 is coming too.
Credibility: Judge, SEC, Public.
Even though current circumstances are not necessarily admissible in the current court case, wouldn't Rik's credibility be enhanced by demonstrating that he is following the rules and his keeping his word? Sure looks bad to have a Stop sign while fighting a credibility case.
What costs more? Paying the auditor or launching Luxury Feet?
Paying the auditor or hiring a video team?
fair enough. did you get the roll on?
"In the interview Rik eludes to a point about the court case being a barrier to current fins."
Yes, he said that. He needed money for lawyers and let accounting slide.
Am I to believe that he doesn't have the money to pay for the auditor?? Do you think it's more or less than this board invested in shares? Really think about the point you are trying to make. He can swipe my credit card. It's really hard to screw up as bad as he is... which is why I think its intentional non-disclosure. And if its not intentional its at the very least negligent to shareholders. It's disrespectful and feels FRAUDULENT.
" In their pump posts about getting current that was never said."
Right again. Why would he. This is his new plan.
You are trying to defend Rik by saying it's his new plan since all the recent promises that he's late on??
"...there will be no management change, you are going to have to suspend this stock if you want to hurt me."
- Rik?
Where does that quote come from. I follow this daily and can't recall ever seeing that.
That's the nature of new things, isn't it? If they explained why their old tricks are new again I wouldn't be left to speculate.
I'm sure a link can be posted to confirm that quote.
"All of the posts and communication and videos were window dressing to bolster the court case, not to build shareholder value."
Well that didn't work. Shareholders value went up.
Depends on what part of the chart you're reading. Mine says down since failing on expectations of redemption.
I think he knows he's in a fight he can't win.
You're conceding Rik can't win?
The shareholders of this company should want them to be pumping money into online marketing. Anybody can set up an ad account and push their ads to their targets. Get it moving. You have a product, sell it. Report it.
Do we need a go fund me? I'm pretty sure Turbo Tax will FaceTime you through it. Can they really not afford to push this through?
CEO interview note: Rik's wife agrees with the SEC. He said she also wants him to walk away.
Prove me wrong.
Is PRPM still a "SHELL RISK"? Check Here
Still correct.
Progress happens when longs and bag holders unite to pressure management to do something... the RIGHT thing. Making excuses and blind long faith only extends the pain for everyone.
As I said...
Trippy town. The EV playbook.
How many shares do you think they will sell all the way downhill?
PVDG next 10 bagger. See the chart.
