In case somebody missed it, ETH - Zurich is world renowned and extremely prestigious. More scientific Nobel prize winners have been awarded to ETH - Zurich connected folks than any other educational institution on the planet. I would venture to say the 1921 Nobel Laureate Winner with the last name of Einstein is the most well known.

You should go tell all of those VERB followers what you just said here. Ah man come on and show us how brass yours are!
Given what the company has already advised us, then we should (hopefully if successful) see noticeable and/or meaningful revenues from various endeavors by at least sometime next summer. After everything this company has overcome through the years it appears we are hopefully getting closer to a possible celebration. I doubt we should expect much meaningful news for at least a while so we will likely have to listen to the traders moan and groan for a while longer.
I pray we hear something "concrete" by the end of this year. One day at a time we get closer.
I believe Lebby has a STRATEGY!
Best to all!!!!

August 15, 2024 (Thursday) is approximately when the quarter ending June 30, 2024 would be due to be filed by Lightwave. As I understand it they have forty-five days to file the 2nd quarter with the S.E.C. unless they can somehow get an extension (if they needed one which i doubt they would).
I had hoped revenues would have shown up already but we are all adults here and I remain optimistic that 2024 will be our last "pain ridden" year. Maybe we will see something from the Sept 2024 Conference or the October 2024 Conference wish they were listed on website, must be a reason they aren't
I had a dream one time about a jerk who got invited to a nice upscale family function and then to thank everyone for allowing them to even be in his all knowing presence he commenced to crapping in the punch bowl. The dude had zero concern for other people; believed his own lies, and wanted to cause harm to others. Thank God I woke up from that dream and brewed some java.
Best to all and remember the worm usually turns!

Sorry about my editing happens a lot numb fingers are awful!
The polymer you reference (HLD) appears to be under NLM Photonics domain and/or control. NLM Photonics is a private company.

Pumpkin, exactly who is your post about $15.00 and a Roth directed to? Specifically, who are you speaking of? Can you simply name them?
Also, exactly who is it that you are stating gets advice from this veiled described aforementioned ROTH person?
Who is it that you have warned since the $15.00 price?
Name ALL the parties you reference.
What is meant or implied by your repeated Vaporware statements?
Also exactly what entity is the scam that you incessantly put in your posts?
Why would you spend time here posting the above?
PurpleCritter2001
I edit at times due to a physical issue with numbness in my hand. I apologize for the issue, it is unavoidable.
No disrespect Vein, but it is in the realm of possibility that Lightmatter could now or in the future, possibly want or need Lightwave's technology.
LightWave is generally an ENABLING technology to Photonics. The more one understands about the underlying technology and how it may fit in the overall ecosystem then the more cognizant and relaxed one can be.
Always do your own diligence and research.
Best to you,
Purplecritter2001
Please excuse that I sometimes edit as I have a numb hand on occasion.
Yes, Nick Harris is obviously a brilliant man. Nick has been working on Lightmatter technology for years or at least since about 2015 to 2017. He is well respected by his peers. He is out of MIT. Nick Harris appears to be a very strategic thinker and does not put out too much information on his exact technology, specifications, plans or exact timing. I believe he must practice thought leadership skills. He presently has the luxury that Lightmatter is still private so he can concentrate on developing a great and sorely needed technology without having to listen to public shareholders possibly demeaning him and his work through a lack of general understanding of strategical planning and thought leadership principals.
Nick Harris is still young and I suspect the tech world will one day instantly recognize his name. I have been following him and his work (as well as others in the field) for a long time.
If you really like Lightmatter, there are some great you tube videos and article on the web.
Best to you,

Please disregard my request for help. I was incorrect in my understanding of what exactly I was looking for. The actual information I was looking for I found.
I appreciate anyone who sincerely and respectfully attempted to help, if in fact that was the case.
The Market is closing early tomorrow and will be closed on Thursday due to the 4th of July Holiday.
I love the 4th of July! We are blessed to have and enjoy our freedom. I have been intermittently hearing fireworks at nightfall
since last Friday night, and I can hear some as I write this post. It warms my soul.
Again, have a great holiday everyone!

Hey guys I need some help. I forgot when the date was that Mr. Lebby indicated that LWLG would see a tier one agreement in the next 6-9 months. When did he say that? Trying to figure when the clock started running on that information. Did he say it in March, April or May? I stupidly forgot to write it down. Any help you can give me would be appreciated. Good Luck to all and may you have a Happy 4th of July! PurpleCritter2001

Smart Move on the NDA.

Enosemi has had a somewhat recent paper out. They do have a website at http://www.enosemi.com.
If you follow Luminous Computing then it appears industry standout Michael Hochberg may no longer be there.

You have no idea. ........ first time in my life anybody ever called me a sucker. Congratulations big fella! Impressive! Laughing my rear off.
They don't call me Purple for nothing!
PurpleCritter2001
Big ocean liners (ex. tier 1 foundries/companies) change course very slowly; especially in this economic environment. None of us know the wording of Lightwave's NDA's with possible partners. The partners may have required the option to change their date of any pr or other disclosure of involvement; my belief is really possible. The Board gave Management shares for positive reason(s). My opinion is your hostility is misplaced and you may be setting yourself up for embarrassment. Give everyone and yourself a break instead of acting childish. There is a technology side to this and a business side.
Disruptive technology takes an average of 10 years to come to fruition; granted some of us found this when it was way too early. A good start on a more reasonable ten year start date was likely around 2012. Why act like a jerk when Lightwave likely gets closer to the goal line everyday?
Still sitting on my purple wall and redecorating my holodeck.
Best to all,
PurpleCritter2001
Thanks. This is an issue that is just going to get bigger and bigger, as there are so many AI, HPC, Quantum Computing, and cloud company's chasing the future. It could get messy for some if any frog starts leaping.

Not sure the grid will like this. Prepare for higher electric bills where applicable. Surreal.

Microchips, thank you for posting this article. Polymers need a plethora of articles/write ups such as these for them to finally be accepted across the board as a viable option that can work and also save energy, save space, while moving data at higher speeds. Over the coming months I am hopeful we all start hearing more noise.
Sorry to hear about the loss of Terry and Gates. Always helpful and decent. May they both RIP.
The PIC should not be forgotten as it could be very special. I guess we will see down the road.
Thanks again,
PurpleCritter2001
Yes, been around a long while and I do remember you! I hope all is well with you! The board is a mess so I basically stay quiet and read when I am around. Take care! PurpleCritter2001
There are possibly some who don't know that the Nasdaq NM price (relative to maintaining a Nasdaq NM listing) requires that the minimum closing bid be under $1.00 for a period of time (weeks/months). I would believe that there is a likelihood of corporate notification involved too of any necessary warnings etc. being given prior to that potential event (since it is their market they may likely have some discretion on their schedules). The aforementioned is my understanding; please go read for yourself and dig; do not rely on me or a message board.
While I may personally believe your delisting discussions are extremely premature you may be the person who developed or understands T.I.M.E. and think the sky is falling.
Per Google LWLG closed @ $4.48 per share today. I just sit and scratch my head sometimes reading some of the posts on this board.
What do I know? I am just a PurpleCritter2001 sitting on a purple walled holodeck out here in cyberspace. 🤓💜🤣

X I had three that ended in that number. Had too many phones and they were running me nuts.so I shut all but one down .. Will look around here for your number. I should have it somewhere. Will try to get up with you by Monday next week, Okay?
It is all good!

X -- I messed up ..... I meant to type just kidding about your wife. I really was kidding my friend and I think you know that.
You think buyout .... yet now that ubiquitous is in the mix then I suspect Licensing to all and then the devices could may be a Subsidiary for a later spin out or sale?
Just thinking out loud.
PurpleCritter2001
Yes Walter, I am sure we are talking about the same person. Tell him I asked about him. Thanks! Thanks for all your contributions too!
PurpleCritter2001
Desperate four piece windshield. Pathetic.
No I would think it would not be likely and they are likely not even required to say they had an NDA even if they do; it depends on how the NDA would be written and the rules agreed to therein. I first thought the meeting was taking place at the company and then went again to read and realized it is an event hosted by Rensselaer..
Presentation is likely to be generic and not real specific to customers. .
Thank you for sharing the link and sorry I was mistaken earlier. It could be a great way to have graduates apply to your company. I remember when my nephew was in Harvard Steve Ballmer of Microsoft came in to the campus to speak. My nephew picked him up and brought him to the venue and said he seemed like a great guy,
This is likely why this Lecture is happening:

I hope this helps!

X, Thank you so much. I had not seen him posting in a while and got concerned that he may be ill. Please tell him I said hello.
Your wife has a full time job keeping you on the straight and narrow. How much longer do you have before you retire? General Market is a real oddity.
We need to catch up. Sold my 4-wheeler. You guys still running them, or am I confused?
So many wild over cryptocurrency.... wonder how that is going to work out with a photonic optical room temperature quantum computer? Would love to ask Turpin his opinion regarding the possibility of the quantum cracking of the encryption code. That could be a nightmare.
Good talking to you all today! Take Care.......
PurpleCritter2001
The days of you coming to teach us were a learning lesson for all of us. We didn't quit ya though, and here you are!
Hey how is Buzzy? Has anyone heard from Buzzy lately? Is everyone okay and still on the planet with us?
Yep, the holodeck has been redecorated twice but hey it is only time right? I foundered on popcorn lol have not eaten any in a few years.
Remember Bowies' " Major Tom" we used to play? I am going to start blasting it at close of market starting in August.
So glad the company responded to us and got Lebby.
Good to talk to you prototype. Take Care!
PurpleCritter2001
Red, it is good to "see" you. I hope you are doing well. Yep around here a long while. Thank you so much for the shout out. I will do my best to post from time to time. Thank you too for all the research and posting you do.
All the best,
PurpleCritter2001
Thank you RKf302. Before it is all said and done TP will be so confused he will think he is drowning in Holy Water. I have been around a long while.here on I-Hub, I am just usually very quiet on this platform.
If we are right about this then we have a story to pass down in the family.
Nice to "meet" you.
PurpleCritter2001
The technology list on the web link list is so long it would seem this agenda is for drawing in more customers and/or more orders from existing customers and explaining to them certain new capabilities likely to be available in the future or even now. Lots of competition in the Semiconductor market.
Proto, I have missed hollering out to you and hope you are well. I am so happy that the "other" company is gone and I am glad you were able to jump ship before it played out. I don't post often but I try to keep up. You have been doing a great job of researching.
Best to you and everyone,
Purplecritter2001
