I still don't use and know how to read charts. What does the PFSD chart look like and what's your technical analysis of it?
Watch the PFSD turn around. It has quietly doubled in the last month as market makers don't know what to do with it. Only 25 miillion shares outstabding and no debt. Company is starting up again kicking out old managment which was worthless. Sales are being made every day. Very little volume (almost all buys) moves it up. Bookmark and watch it.
More news coming next week:

PFSD, very cool. Stock has doubled with little volume in the last month. Good to see that things are going forward. I have had this stock for a long time. Still only 25 million shares O/S and everything is cleaned up. Very little buying will move this up.
PFSD rising .05 by .06 on very little volume. Almost all buys and no one is selling. There are only around 25 million shares O/S. More news releases coming and sales are being made. Old management out the door and company has a sales person making sales. No debt as well. This stock will be able to move up easily with more buying.
PFSD coming back to life. Only 25 million shares will be outstanding. More news releases coming.

Pacific Sands, Inc. CEO Letter to Shareholders Details Recent Company Transition and Resulting Stock Structure
Friday July 23, 9:00 am ET
RACINE, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 23, 2004--Pacific Sands, Inc. (OTCBB:PFSD - News) CEO Michael Wynhoff explains the details of recent company transition.
Dear Shareholders,
I'm pleased to be writing you this letter today from our new company headquarters in Racine, Wis. I'm writing to explain as succinctly as possible the terms of the recent company transition and the resulting stock structure.
This transition represents a complete change of control of Pacific Sands including the retirement of the former Board of Directors and all corporate officers.
Former President and CEO Stan Paulus and former Treasurer and board member Rita Paulus have stepped down from their positions with the company in return for a combined severance payment of $50,000, a two year note for $100,000 and the company's inventory of books and instructional manuals. In return they have retired 4,900,000 shares of stock (which are currently being held in escrow until the completion of the transition) and have given up claim to all back salary, monies owed them by the company as well as any stock options and all obligations of the company to the Paulus'.
The retirement of accrued salaries and notes owed to the Paulus' represents debt relief of more than $300,000, a substantial portion of the company's overall debt position. We extend our thanks to Stan, Rita and the previous board for working with us in good faith to enable Pacific Sands to transition to new leadership with the resources, information, and freedom to reposition the company for growth.
I assembled a number of investors who financed the transition at very favorable terms to the company. They purchased one-year restricted stock directly from the company at what was the current trading price of 3 cents a share at the time of the transition.
Additionally, two other major shareholders were bought out at a discount and their 2,700,000 shares placed in escrow pending the completion of the transition.
A substantial percentage of the transitional funds were provided by incoming board member M.R. Rauscher and me.
As a result of the transaction a total of 7,600,000 shares will be retired or returned to treasury.
2,500,000 restricted shares have been sold so far to finance the transition and it is anticipated that we will sell an additional 2,000,000 restricted shares to complete the deal and completely fund the transition. I will also be issued 2,000,000 shares of restricted stock in return for organizing and financing the transition.
It is important to remember that the shares that were sold to finance this deal will not be eligible for sale into the market for 12 months.
I felt that is was of the utmost importance to the long-term health of this company to structure the transition to the benefit of the current shareholders. Consequently, the net result of the transition itself is a modest reduction of the total number of shares outstanding, relief of a substantial portion of the company's overall debt and enough operating capital to get the company producing and selling product.
All of us involved in this transition believe very strongly in the long-term profit potential for Pacific Sands. We are committed to the environment and health benefits our products have to offer and are dedicated to aggressively bringing those products to the national and international marketplace.
A follow-up news release will be issued within the next week detailing the progress we have made in the one month since the initial transition took place.
Sincerely,
Michael L. Wynhoff

Lazarus I agree. I always try to buy near the 52 week low and not chase stocks. When I do I lose. For a while the sub pennies with huge shares acounts were the only thing moving. I got caught in the hype and now have to wait to break even to unload some of the crap. They don't call them POS's for nothing. Lol
Lazarus, I agree on PFSD. Concentrate on 1 or 2 products, don't dilute and lets see what happens. Seems lately that lot's of guys are getting pummeled in the pennies. Is anyone making money?
I just suck at playing the ones under .01. I'm holding a bunch at 50% losses like GBBL, WNMI, ACHS and WLDI. In the past I would hold pennies longer and buy ones with low shares counts. I'm going back more to that strategy.
I still have CMKX at .0003 and couldn't even unload it at .0005 today. Timing these POS stoks is very tough. I thought I had bought them at the lows. Lol
Finally on PFSD! Stan you did nothing with this company. Don't let the door hit you in the ass. :) Hopefully the new people in charge will now run with the opportunity. I've held shares in PFSD a long time waiting for Stan to get off his ass. Still only around 27 million shares O/S and I hear some shares are being retired.
Short Squeezes. I see guys saying this all the time. Naked shorting and a stock is going to the moon but it never happens. I also know that market makers can bail each other out. Recently has anyone even seen anything remotely resembling a true short aqueeze where investors reaped the pay-off the the stock price went crazy? I'm sick of the word because it never happens.
FGWC, one day wonder? I hate chasing stocks when they rise and I usually get burned. I bought at .034 and stock is now heading downward at .029.
MAXZ new symbol ACSH as of today.
Thanks mini but I'm a little lazy and I like to be spoon fed. Lol Seriously I prefer things explained. I'd like a site that simply explains some of this stuff. Sort of Charts 101 all in a couple of pages. Even better an explanation with a guys chart would be better.
BB or any others. How about possibly a paragraph or two with your charts explaining a few things so us non-chart novices can learn. Just a thought.
Tom, you can't blame anyone but yourself. I have OTCBB stocks that I hold and some I flip. The ones I hold usually have low floats or I am waiting for an event and I try to buy near the 52 week low.
I tend to hold too many different stocks and move them around if I need cash. I try to buy near the 52 week low and just wait. Eventually most move.
I still can't read charts. I need to learn. Perhaps when guys throw up a chart put a small explanation on the graph explaining it. I know this is extra work though.
The whole name of the OTCBB game, since it is so volatile is when to buy and sell. If we all knew that it wouldn't be any fun. I get to praise or kick nyself in the ass every day for my decisions.
All these stock chat boards should be read for info but everyone should do their own DD. Don't blame others for decisons you make. And beware that there are touters and others who show up on all these boards (Raging bull is the worst) trying to influence guys to buy or sell a stock.
I do appreciate guys finding stocks that I am unaware of. I add most to my watch list and look for the ranges they trade in. I hate chasing a stock but sometimes I do. It can kill you if it's made it's run and you buy high. That sounds like this has happened to you. Many OTCBB stocks come right back down. there have been some exceptions as of late like ONEV, TFCT, CHDT, MBAH and some others but generally most OTCBB go up and come back down.
Don't shoot the messenger. Make your own decisons. Also make sure you are playing with money you can afford to lose.
MLON news out:
http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/040607/58741.html
Lowdawg thanks and good answer. I'm in at .0003 just to play in the CMKX game.
So, BB or anyone else still want to answer the qestion on why CMKX and not GWDL as a lottery ticket? GWDL reports and has less shares. Are there really diamonds on their properties? How high can a stock go with 500 billion shares? In this market who knows because some of these heavy shares stocks have moved big. CHDT will 500 million shares moved from .02 to .10 within a week. Too bad I sold out at .06. :(
Stupid question CMKX & GWDL What makes it any different loading up on either stock which are both around .0003 by .0004? What makes CMKX so much better and more talked about, even though it has so many more shares out there than GWDL.
Damn MBAH. I thought I'd sneak in at .0115 with a limit order. They closed it yesterday at .009. Market makers opened it at .013 today jumping it right over me. Too much buzz last night on it on SI.
BB where did you buy? 0001, .0002 or .0003.?
Thanks BB for the explanation. By the way, are you also in CMKX like so many? What is your opinion on this stock? Long shot at best or just a major POS with a reverse coming before anything happens? Are those figures correct, 400 billion shares O/S?
Can BB or somone please explain S-8's to me. Obviously these are filings of stock given to people that are unrestricted. Why are S-8's always bad? I assume these shares can be sold right away in the market. (Or do they have to wait) Does it mean a stock price will go down since there will be more selling? Most importantly, once the filing is announced how long before the shares are dumped and the stock price is effected? TRPL and UIBI has S-8's the other day and the stocks didn't go down and the volume wasn't abnormal. I expected much higher volumes. Why weren't the shares sold?
That is not correct. The float is the number of shares that are actually issued minus the amount of shares held by insiders. The authorized shares are the maximum a company can issue and it can be raised.
For example XYZ company is allowed to issue 500 million shares. The 500 million is the authorized count. Say there are 150 million outstanding and the float is 125 million. That means there are 125 million shares available (the float in this case) to the public for trading and 25 million shares are held by insiders which are usually institutions or in the case of most penny stocks, people in the company.
What if they reverse split 1 for 1000 or greater first? I'm reading huge share counts on this stock by so many people. There have to be billions of shres out there. BB, do yo uown any shares of CMKX? Just curious.
PCCL is a major POS. There is something seriously wrong with this company. It always goes down. I seriously doubt there are still only 16 million shares O/S. It has gone stright down to where it is now after it's reverse split. This guy prints paper like it is going out of style and burns his shareholders. Get in and get out quickly.
SSP how did TRPL get this aquisition so cheap? Is the AMD product ready for market or is it just in testing phase? It looks like a total of 300,000 shares TRPL bought this? What am I missing here?
Sold my CHDT at .06. Still moving and it's .062 by .065.
I had followed CBQI (Now CHDT) for a long time. I had bought my shares awhile ago. I am pissed that I tried to pick up more last week when it was .015 by .017. I had an All or None order and didn't get more shares. I have many stocks on my watchlist and I buy them when they inch closer toward thier 52 week lows. CBQI changed business plans and has started actually taking in a few dollars. Although many shares are insider held it does however have nearly 500 million shares outstanding.
It's pulled back to .052 by .06 and I have changed my sell to .06. I need to take my profits in this sideways market and not be so greedy.
Why in at .06? It's run a triple already since last week. I bought at .021. I'm looking to sell and take my profit. I have an order to sell at .07.
CHDT now .058 by .06
BB yes. Last week it changed from CBQI to CHDT. (China Direct)
BB, 60% of CHDT is insider held. The float is under 190 million even though there are around 500 million O/S.
CHDT now .05 by .06. What kind of spread is that!
CHDT (China Direct) formerly CBQI (last .05) has moved up big. Was under .02 last week and then they changed their name. Now .05 by .053. An easy double. Opened today at .03 What's in a name change? Probably everything. :)
CHDT (China Direct) formerly CBQI (.045) has moved up big. Was under .02 last week and then they changed their name. Now .042 by .045. An easy double. Opened today at .03 What's in a name change? Probably everything. :)
BB, how do you easily find the S-8's? Do you have to click on it's Edgar report or is there a site that lists all the daily S-8's all on one daily list to make it easy?
PCCL always has been a POS with tons of dilution. They had 1.6 billion shares outstanding and did a 1 for 100 reverse in February 2004. From 16 million OS in February 2004 they are now at 121 million and growing every day. They also have an SEC lawsuit against them pending.
I really need to learn charts to score a gain and then dump. As far as holding this stock for more than a day or two, I wouldn't touch it. This is one big POS that prints paper. Reminds me of USXP.
mda55 not my point. I alreay own it at .053. My point is buying some of the POS's watching them go up and not taking any profits. Very few true runners in thi smarket. Almost all of them have not held except ONEV. I'm giving away a lot of profits even if it goes back up.
