if i ask you politly to shut up i´m sure you will not follow my request...so i simply put you on ignore (sure others have done already)
How likely do you think is a buyout?
x is very convinced of it at lwlg, but wouldn´t it make more sense here?
Isn´t that Steve beside Michael on the stage?
In the Q&A it´s visible he is the moderator of this presentation
Your wellcome...where is your friend from, north or south of Germany?
Hi Stuki,
don´t know if this has been answered meanwhile, as i´m just reading the last 400 posts here.
So as i´m german my suggestion is to open an account at ING.
There are sure others , but for me it´s one of the easiest ways to buy LWLG.
Good luck!
I´m a bit surprised if this really means China as a supplier bigger then Taiwan which i cannot believe...guess it´s more like as a dealer of chips from other countries.
Otherwise this would mean SMIC, HH Grace and DB HiTek have massively increased their share
I don´t think so as they put 4 US-Foundries on slide 35
I wish it would be that easy just to look at the biggest foundries worldwide or compare them with previous presentations...but a few of them are for sure flying to Denver from time to time.
Taiwan, China, and South Korea combine for roughly 87% of the global foundry market. Here’s how it breaks down:

leaving aside our not-so-trustworthy friends behind the great wall...the remaining ones are, for the most part, certainly included.
We will find out shortly...
No, i´m still holding both, Lightwave and Spectra.
my goals are still a little far away for both
We are on a goldmine...lol
Mine is at 1,02 CAD$
I'm Swabian (from Germany), we're known for thrift...others call it stingy :)
My first buy was 0,80 CAD$
I´m long and used to it as i´m also invested in LWLG...so just be patient.
Hi Walter,
guess all values we discuss here are CAD$ not USD$, correct?
Hey Think1st, I agree with Robert, you need to make your own decission.
Maybe it will help you if i share my philosophy - i always check, how much is the whole company rated and if i´m willing to buy 100% of the company.
Then i add TAM, sales, price/earnings etc.
TAM 400M (by Raouf)
25% = 100M sales
50% Margin = 50M earnings
P/E 40 = MarketCap 2B
Anybody have different figures here?
...and their cars look like just out of Loonley tunes
Rivian Automotive is now worth $ 93B, while our little treasure is at just $ 1,4B
This world is totally insane, as people are just running behind a trend without using their brain (in case there is one).
Comforting LWLG will soon be in this spot, and it will not be a short trend.
I feel unhappy solving the problems of Intel for a ridiculous price...and it will really be a ridiculous price within the coming years

Hi all,
have some fun and click back on the message i reply to here...good old times
We all deserved that
Hi Mike,
i like that---exactly my strategy.
I doesn´t matter when you personally buy, you only have to check how much will the company be valued, when their products hit the market.
QCOM...that´s exactly the MarketCap i´m aiming for our recently little Lightwave
And it burns, burns, burns

They had their fun within the last years...now it´s our turn!
Why does COVID-19 have such an impact onto Spectra, i didn´t get it?
Comparing it to Lightwave, they did not...and beside that their products have become more important, so actually COVID "helps" Lightwave as it has caused more internet traffic
Hi Walter,
i don´t think ALLIN will get the meaning of your post, because he´s missing one the significant characteristics - it´s called PATIENCE
That´s why i call him a player...and you are an investor (like me).
Greetings
Hey Walter,
thanks for sharing this...all positiv.
After Lightwave the next uptrend company, seems i always find those which needs a big part of patience.
Guess we are all positively surprised as there seems to be no fundamental reason for the uptrend...maybe somebody wants in with bigger volume?
Anyway, it´s still a small cap
Hi Lewrock,
actually it means "retweet", guess also Proto here.
No problem, i´m used to patience...i also own LWLG :)
Hi Walter,
thanks for sharing, looks good.
If they made 2,2 Mill profit for the quarter, we can count to nearly 8 Mill for the year without any increase...just to be a bit conservative.
That would result in a Market Cap somewhere near 200 Mill...currently we are at 20 Mill.
Does that match with your expections?
Correct, that´s the difference...but anyway, we are on the same track
OK, i got you wrong - i thought you are talking about Market Cap.
But you are on Sales
Sorry
Hi Mike,
sorry to disapoint, but it´s $100 per share.
But i like your aim
I always have to laugh when is see Jose enthusiasm...

I've heard of some of these, but not Lightwave Logic. Going to have to check them out. Thanks.
Seems we´ll get another SH to our group
Hi Egidio,
how do you get to those numbers ($50-$100)?
Although it sounds strange at this time and with a current SP below 2$, but i speculate on MUCH higher figures.
TAM is approx. $50 Billion, we get modest 25% of the market, so our sales will be $12,5 Billion.
So for me a SP of $100 does not represent a fair value.
For me it is not crucial what the current SP is, i see this company as some others here as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity...and therefore i want to participate as much as possible.

Hi Jealmc,
that´s ok for me...the beer is on me.
Hi Scope,
that´s a good start...although my team is Moenchengladbach.
I´m Living nearby Stuttgart, but born in the 70´s so that´s why i like this team (area with big success, like Lightwave now)
As far as we have a big community here from Belgium and Netherlands...anybody else here from Germany in the meantime???
Greetings MDK (invested since 2007 and still hoping to be rewarded soon)
Thanks to all Posting here, although i did not get the science i Feeling well informed
do not take it/me to seriously - i think a bit of dreaming/fantasy does not harm
Thank you - then i will add 100 billion, otherwise i will not accept the buyout.
Problem is, i won´t be asked - but i trust Lebby for the right decision for our real value.
Hi Mcfish and Gates,
i agree, i do not expect this within this year.
Well, total market for photonics is expected to be 53 billion in some years, guess it was named for 2025.
And as far as i understood this is only the value for 2nd order (photons controll electrons), the much bigger thing is 3rd order (photons controll photons) which is not valued so far.
Did i get this right?
And just think on the bidding war which may happen...never underestimate the greed.
By the way, 50 billion is not that much for most of the big companies.
Anyway, as i said i would prefer to do it on our own, i´m in since 2007, some more years wouldn´t kill me.
Jüdisches Sprichwort: Wenn schon Schweinefleisch, dann muss es triefen...which means if you invest it must workout big.
Hopefully we will do a lot better.
I would prefer to make it on our own, guess that way will be most profitable for all of us.
But when a buyout will be the option, then i hope for figures near 50 Billion $.
Sorry for the shock...
