Where'd Asian boy and dishonest mind? I regret selling a few months ago. How's everyone doing?
Got some SCTY NOV $70 calls for 1.80. Flipped SCTY JAN $75 calls. Bought at 2.50 sold 4.
Any news on whether the JPM $11b fine will help out FNMA?
Hopefully it will.
Guys, I'm out. I've been in this for weeks/months now and really don't feel like keeping up and have better opportunities to make $. I've taken this as a lesson and will check back here periodically/if I see good news. I wish every long good luck.
IMO we need a positive lawsuit article. I have to believe one is on the way after Berkowitzs statements and common sense .
Fannie and Freddie to be released from Conservatorship/Don't have to pay the USG anymore.
I agree. Also shorts would need to cover.
If they wanted to tomorrow it could be. Probably in December though.
Anybody starting to feel the vibe change the last week? It sucks the share price doesn't reflect that but I think its good for those loading looking for a possible huge gain down the long term road.
That's a great article
New WSJ article: Fannie Mae's New Fans
Wall Street smells a payday in reviving the mortgage bailout king.
Can't get the text cause I don't have subscription

aka he knows that they'll lose in court and show how the government is a scam
I can't really blame them. If you go in with $20-25k you could've made $6,000 in 24 hours. Do that once or twice a week. Its risky but if I had the opportunity to make more in 24 hours then most people make in a month sitting at home I'd do it.
You should multiply the 40 in income by a 8-12 PE ratio which is pretty low
I see that. Wouldn't that be nice lol
I think that alot of people flip this stock for 5-15 cents almost daily. If you bought in at 1.15 yesterday selling this AM at 1.45 is really solid gains in 24 hours. I think well have to wait for really good news to come out to see another pop.
No idea. Its every two weeks and the last one was 8/2 so it comes out today. I'll post it when I see it.
hasnt come out yet
I can see some buys towards the end of the day from people seeing these.
He started the last run, why not start another. Looking for some news over the weekend as well.

It's sucks that the only buying pressure we get us when arca just to top of the bid.
Yea which presents and awesome argument in court and in public opinion.
I feel like this will help our case in court and in public opinion when news articles come out in November.
Lol by the end of the year they will have paid back ~50b more then they got in the first place if that really is correct.
I think they also have 48.7. See bottom of page 15 or search 48.7...
That would be huge. By the end of the year Fannie will have paid back way more then they received it looks like.

We'll see when Inside the GSE's comes out later today
I want to see Reeds bill today.
Some profit taking then back up.
Not even a ton a volume. Nice.
Looks like its lagging really weird. Is anyone having a hard time getting filled?
MM's trading with each other/covering. The day earnings came out or the day earlier can't remember premarket was up to 1.85 and eventually opened at 1.55. If there's huge volume then its an indicator but small volume and L2 shower yesterday's bid/ask means we'll probably open there. Also they may be trying to scare people to sell at open before a rise.
See my post #112120
Premarket doesn't really matter as it can be MM's covering etc. The day of earnings it was up to 1.85 and it opened at like 1.55.
This is the only thing we know from Inside Mortgage Finance:
So, where’s Sen. Jack Reed’s GSE bill? Rumor has it that the Rhode Island Democrat soon may drop a measure that is being discussed as “Corker-Warner but with the GSEs surviving.” Although several housing lobbyists have heard the chatter, no one has seen a draft. But one may shake loose in time for the Friday edition of Inside The GSEs. Stay tuned…
