All I needs is for it to run to $65 and I can break even! lol
1) Retail investors are more often than not short-traders who put volatility pressure on stock which sometimes takes away from value appreciation in the share price. 2) Reverse helps us attract long investors (pension plans etc) who believe in the value prop of GE and will stick out through the ups and downs.
This sets the stage for a future equity raise to sell off the insurance business
Well so much for that. lol
You ain't kiddin'...need to get back to .12 so I can be at the break even point
Ask and you shall receive...let's see if it can stay above it till close now. New 52 week hi...that's huge!
What's interesting about the whole shorting issue in light of Reddit is that I can no longer place long-term/GTC sell limit orders above 50% of current value in my Fidelity account. I used to be able to put any amount (20X+) previously. Another broker looking out for the short sellers? There's no other reason to implement that protocol. I smell a rat...

) (the “Company” or “Kandi”) announced today that one of its subsidiaries, Kandi Electric Vehicles Hainan Co., Ltd. (Kandi Hainan) signed a contract to sell 3,000 model K23 electric cars to an operating company in its ride-sharing alliance. The cars will be deployed in the rideshare market by operator Zhejiang Ruiheng Technology Company (“Zhejiang Ruiheng”). The sale is part of Kandi's rideshare development program “ 300,000 government-accredited pure EVs within 5 years.”
Mr. Hu Xiaoming, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kandi, commented, “After a lengthy process of preparation that demonstrated the commitment of many parties, our rideshare development program is now getting off the ground. We completed a successful trial in Shaoxing and are now ready to start shipments to the local operator as it starts its official launch. We are excited to soon ship our model K23 outfitted with our proprietary battery swap system. ”
Hu continued, “China's ride-share market is in urgent need of compliance and electrification. Our EVs will be the solution with value-added features. Our specially designed battery swap model effectively avoids range anxiety by allowing EVs to swap batteries, thus avoiding lengthy recharging cycles. This extends the driving range and allows longer operating time, improving the efficiency of operators. We are confident that the sales of our K23 model will accelerate the growth of Kandi's whole EV value chain business. ”
CNBC actually has RT quotes that are extremely accurate, always same as my Fidelity account.
Robin Hood and others are now restricting trading in the Reddit stocks...friggin fascists!

Ah, so now we know why the stock has been plummeting the past week. Just received my proxy notice for vote on a reverse split yesterday, dated Dec.17. Insiders had the heads up and we're left holding the bag. This will fall back to the .75-.80 channel this week. Dang, knew I should've sold when we spiked to $1.25!
Wow, we're gonna drop below $39, that's more than a 10% decline in less than a week! Sorry, it's not a sell the news situation here. This didn't run enough for that to happen, nor did it require any kind of correction, it's basically returned to the channel it traded in for the past 6 months.
Premarket gains eroding, eroding, eroding...gone!!
Monumental first to the table EUA news, DOW up over 200 points...PFE down 2%, makes perfect sense.
EUA popping off around the globe now. Still nothing from any other vaccine pharma and we are struggling to get past $42!
Like I said, I get the big float hampering upward movement, but this deserves a bump just on principle!
We're having trouble holding a 1% gain pre-market! We should be opening much higher. There's no way any of this was "priced in" to the current trading channel.
Nope. It's preposterous, even with the gigantic outstanding shares, that this isn't flying 5%+ given the news between yesterday evening and this morning. We now have EUA in half a dozen countries! We are clearly first to the table with a vaccine that has 95% efficacy and...nothing. Other pharma co's burp an update and gain 10%, something isn't right here.
Anyone know what's happening here today?! Double average volume in first hour and up dramatically.
Anyone have any thoughts on why this is causing such a sell off? I've read through it, seems like a positive move all around.
Actually, our price is a fairly accurate U.S. equivalent. Aussie$ is 1.45 to U.S.$ 1. So multiply our price by 1.45 or divide Aussie price by 1.45 and they should be just about the same.
Lots of interesting things happening in the next year here! Check out their website.
Insomnia trials are moving along, just approved phase one for opioid addiction treatment and are already working with children's hospital of Philly in USA on autism treatment.
Great... After that last reverse split they pulled, or let's say engineered, and that's the only thing they ever engineered... I need the PPS to hit about $50 to break even.
Sorry to disappoint guys, not yet. Find another scapegoat for the crap stock performance
Declaring bankruptcy!
Hello all, been away from the board for quite some time. As the first two words likely grabbed you, I will unfortunately be declaring bankruptcy soon. Without going into detail, I was inevitably issued a summons through one of my creditors which has forced my hand. I was hoping for AMFE to make this a non-issue by getting back to its previous highs over the past year, thus rendering me able to make good on my 200K debt, or at least have some leverage to mediate. I will have to liquidate my brokerage account shortly and sell AMFE at about a 40% loss. Long story short, about 850K shares will hit the open market in the next week. I only have 90K shares in my IRA account which will stay there.
I've been here just over 2 yrs, having bought my first shares then for about the same price the stock is now. I unfortunately bought all the way up to .17 though which is a part of the reason I'm in my current situation today. My fault, thought this one was going to be different, but should've known better after 20yrs of "investing". Still think this stock has potential though, just not soon enough for me. I have this awful feeling the stock will shoot up right after the paperwork is filed. or a settlement is reached and I'm forced to sell. Ugh. GLTA.
Absolutely, 100% in agreement, eggs. That's why I haven't been around since November... It's gets really old being shouted at for not constantly pouring the Kool-Aid. Still here, still long, and somehow still waiting relatively patiently.
Waiting for one of my other stocks to climb a bit more, then I'm parking it here for another 100k shares. This is primed for a run in spring 2019.
This is one of the main reasons to be involved here. Regardless of any unscrupulous pumping our connections to other companies. I'm not all in here, but have no intentions of selling til the afore mentioned occurs
Actually it is 576k... Still, we're setting up nicely, regardless of the naysayers this has the potential to run and even become something big
Good luck fellas, I'll see ya around
Such as GOOD MORNING AMFE board!!!!
Post away, bro...not asking you to leave. Quite honestly, I'm a part timer here. I'd just give the coulda made $2mil story a breather.
Hey bud, I'm a long, in that I've been here since May 17, but you really have to stop pimping the "if you bought at .0015" nonsense. Very few here were that fortunate. I can go to any stock and point out similar scenarios of if you bought the low and sold the high. Most of us here maybe bought in around .08, best case .05, but really are averaged in around .15-17
I'm still long and still trying to be patient, but everytime you use this retort to someone like sportsdude or mckinley you're not doing the board any favors.
Things are getting interesting in GOHE land
GNBT is legit. This is the first "real" company that PURA has partnered with to date. This should hopefully be an auspicious coupling and bode well for the stock price.
Some nice hits coming in after the morning drop
Considering the institutional interest, curious as to why this is tanking as of late
GOHE itching to run... Check out the last 3 days of trading
I'll take dorm room over board room any day... Did someone say Facebook
It does when many ppl have a brokerage account that won't allow any shares to be bought until the stop sign comes down.
Nice...this is exactly what Tuna and I have been asking for with the recent upswing in other CBD-infused beverage stocks. Let's see what happens...fingers crossed.
