Big News-NNOS BUYS ASS CREAM FOR SHARE HOLDERS!!

Well I guess its almost over. You all have been the comfort with the pain and fustration this PPS has brought us all.

This for me personally has been a expensive,but valuable lesson.

I will never again invest in a stock that hasn't made it to the big three DOW, NASDAQ, AMEX.

I never read so much BS in PR's than I have with this company. My only hope is that I make enough gains the next couple of years to offset this loss.

I'll still hold my shares until it goes bankrupt, only with the hopes that they F up and we get a class action to F them back.

There currently exists a pending action against Gary Walters in California unrelated to this company. A settlement of nine thousand dollars has been reached to totally resolve the matter.

I think that leaves us all one painting and with any luck the treasure map on the back of it will make us all rich or maybe that's what the next PR will say.

Anyone thinking about a class action or the posibility due to no product.

Could this be a scam that we can take to court?

Some how, some way, justice needs to be served for all of us.

Broker, if you get back in prior to a 30-day period isn't that considered a wash sale?

Who knows what can happen in 30-days with this POS.

You can also claim unrealized losses against your gains.

And We Have plenty of them with this POS.

Is this to be expected.

We have both been on this board for a long time and I too have a boat load of shares.

Hey Folks, We do know this for a fact:

Scott cannot put out any PR's and the same goes with Gary.

The chances of new management are in fact highly likely.

Mikey is a pumper (a Lil Birdie told me) and no-one should take anything he states as fact, but what ever brings our PPS up is helpful even if it is hear-say.

We need all the help we can get right now and all of us longs know that old management sucks. We've been saying it for years now.

Broker and Tweb, I was told by Jody (who I agree is very up front)that Scott Ervin is longer authorized to put out any PR's and the same goes even further for GW.

At this time they are only allowed to send out PR's that the board has agreed upon.
