You can't buy/try without becoming a distributor?
Intersting business model. True pyramid scheme if this is the case.
Still no offers in my PMs to sell me this product.
30,000 slaes reps equals about $300,000 in sales each quarter.
Assuming these numbers are accurate in any way.
Vitana-x should be seeing another $200 on the bottom line next quarter with their 20 new Turkish sales reps.
This is supposed to be a great day for Vitana-x?
Time start handing out some more car leases?
Maybe a party or two?
Still not one PM about where I can buy these products.
PM me (since no one seems proud enough to say they are a distributor) the email address of a distributor and I will order one of everything they have to sell today and pick the oder up in person.
Please. I am asking nicely.
A Tweet about a Zoom a call to Turkey doesn't tell us anything.
All I see are more of the phototshopped pictures.
Couldn't even get all the new sales people to like her post?
The more they post this garbage the more you know the filings are going to be a nightmare.
30,000 sales reps would have needed to buy their starter kit and "license" to sell the "product".
The cheapest starter kit was $399.
Based on revenues the 30,000 sales reps don't exist.
Based on the photoshopped pictures of these starter kits, they don't exist either.
Where are the people who won these car leases. The lease term of one year should still be valid but none of them even mention Vitana-x on their social media. THOSE are the people you should be contacting. what happened?
Eva claimed to sell enough product to win a car lease in 16 weeks. 16 weeks and she sold enough to earn a car lease? These stories are nothing more than stories and with all these guys overseas who are you going to go after?
Has anyone from Florida stopped by the virtual office lately? Are Chinaza, and Khatib Ali there furiously taking down orders? Khatib must have papercuts from all the orders he is packing. Oh, he doesn't ship orders? Well who does? Where is all this product?
Put me in contact with anyone selling this stuff and I will buy one of everything today and I will pick it up in person. Save them the one month delivery time and shipping fees.
At least it gives them another excuse.
Sad but they probably will try to blame revenue numbers on the conflict.
They will blame just about anyone or anything except themselves.
Or is blame the wrong word and really they just played this out perfectly?
People are still swinging for the fences over photshopped pictures and a handful of samples.
Coming up on a month since the Zoom business opportunity call.
Who has received a starter kit?
Has the recording of the call be posted anywhere?
I think people would love to see that recording.
I would like to hear what people think about the pricing.

Where is the US inventory being held?
Stories are the best you can hope for from this crew.
They won't have a problem inventing a new story after failing to deliver on all the other stories they have told.
No names. Typical of this group. Just stories.
And when you present them with facts they say it's BS

Same $99 a month virtual office

Millions in consulting fees and they are doing a zoom calls from a $99 a month virtual office... This is what is going to be the next big thing?
Any follow up from Anna and her celebrity gift bags?? I wasn't expecting any follow up because like everything else this company does it was all a show.
"She" did hand bags of Vitana-x products to these celbrities right?
That's what "she" said. "She" didn't just take a picture of a bag an then fabricate a story did "she"?
How many French celebrities got these bags and what are their names?
Will Anna provide the names of the people who got gift bags?
The short answer is... No.
French celebrities are getting gift bags? Which frech celebrities?
I would love to see some names and then ask these celebrities if they got a bag of stuff from this company.
Haven't they conquered this market and they should be focused on the US?
Just like discovering twitter and throwing one houswife on there with spiritual quotes. Shouldn't that have happened overseas years ago??
Okay. Fine. Who got these gift bags and lets hear from them.
Commission Checks.
Did they pay out sales commissions yet? How much did they pay out?
How much did Anna make selling Vitana-x products?
How many people are working for "her"? How much did they make?
If Anna is doing so well selling Vitana-x why did the company need to give "her" 21,000,000 shares in exchange for a handful of tweets?
Who is making this product and where is the inventory being held?
It would be nice to see the warehouse that is supplying the mythical 30,000 sales reps.
Still can't figure out where that $12,000,000 from the sale of starter kits to all thoes sales reps has gone. It's almost like they made up the whole thing.
Maybe once they post the video of the US soft launch business opportunity Zoom call that 33 people attended we might learn more.

A very generous conversion for the Series B holders. Even with a significant R/S they will still be way ahead of retail investors. It's all going to come down to creating the volume needed to unload all these shares on retail.

Can't seem to stay on message
One second it's the pandemic that hurt sales because MLM NEEDS that personal one on one contact to really be effective.
Then when they company is caught in a lie about not being able to come to the US for this "pre-launch" (whatever that means) the message changes to virtual is the way to go to save money and unlimited access to the world!!!
If virtual was the ticket then they should have have sales through the roof while the pandemic was going on. The only thing they have been selling has been discounted shares.
And now the Series B holders demanded a 1:660 conversion to common shares.
There are plenty of good deals out there but not for retail investors.
The company really needs to take a position and stick with it.
Talking about coming to the US for well over a year. Multiple soft pre and even re-launches.
Just now they are starting work on a new website for english speaking people??
Where is the money coming from to pay for this website upgrade? Its not from the sale of any products. Maybe they should have used form of the $2.5 million they got from selling shares to pay for this instead of lining thier own pockets with cash.
I have never seen a company string people along like this before. So this May launch (yes... another launch) will be starting from scratch.
The company had said there was inventory in the US and product would ship from within the US. Now they are saying product will come from Switzerland and there is nothing in the US.
These guys are supposed to be professionals? Professional what?
How many people do they have signed up to sell in the US?
How many "Starter Kits" have been sold and delivered?
Which is going to get here first... the next excuse or the R/S?
$5,011,289 Accumulated Deficit
More toxic financing on the way.
The A/S will be maxed out before long
The inevitable R/S will happen soon after.
The talk of getting off the OTC pink sheets will be starting.
No talk about how successful they are in other contries? All these launches and then no news about them. The narrative is always, "Just wait until..."
They are still trying to get people to believe that 30,000 people are out there selling this stuff. The inventory numbers don't support that claim. The sales numbers don't support that claim.
If all 30,000 people bought the cheapest "starter kit" they should be showing 9 million is sales just from these kits with 4 items in them.
On top of that the most public face of the company has 150 twitter followers and gets about 11 likes for "her" posts. No likes or replies from her pyramid of sales reps.
Fake it until you make it should be the Vitana-x slogan.
And the A/S continues to get maxed out. It's obvious what is coming.

A Year later and nothing...

Where is the recording of the Zoom call?
Maybe they will get more than 33 viewers if they post the recording. People need to see the prices they were charging for these "Starter Kits". That is assuming the company will ever deliver something besides excuses.
Did they ever reschedule the second call after they had "technical difficulties"?
They seemed pretty disappointed that only frustrated shareholders attended the "business opportunity" Zoom call.

More lies from the company about revenue?? What don't they lie about??
A very generous conversion for the Series B holders. Even with a significant R/S they will still be way ahead of retail investors. It's all going to come down to creating the volume needed to unload all these shares on retail.

Vitana-X to Seek FDA Approval to Launch Products in the U.S.
More lies from Vitana-x? This was a scam PR from the company??
"Top Leaders"
Do these top leaders have any history working with any other pyramid schemes?
Did they provide proof that they actually have inventory in the US?
Did they explain why it takes a month to get anything (except excuses)?
I hope they post the recording so more than just 33 shareholders can see it. Can you believe with 30,000 sales reps only 33 people watched the "business opportunity" zoom call and all of them were shareholders desperate to break even and get out of this stock.
They have been training for over a year. This is from January 2021
Quote:In anticipation of its U.S. launch, partners are currently being trained and prepared for the U.S market.
https://www.accesswire.com/625966/Vitana-X-to-Seek-FDA-Approval-to-Launch-Products-in-the-US
Did they ever get this FDA approval??
Very simple. Try to place an order and you will get your answer.
You are wrong!! Here is the inventory!! I would love to take your order and ship it immediately!!
These are all things you won't hear from Vitana-x.
Why? Because they don't have anything to sell except excuses.
If you are in the market for excuses this is the place to be.
Maybe an insider can give us some more details...
Fees or Sales...
$3,000,000 a month has gone missing according to claims by the company.
One way or antother we should be seeing $100 a month from each of the claimed 30,000 "sales reps". According to the Zoom call they refuse to post its x3 the $100 a month to be a sales rep.
$9,000,000 dollars missing from the financials every month.
It's not surprising that people don't trust this company.
They talk a good game but in reality they are bleeding money.
Has anyone taken the time to see if those lease payments were ever being paid?? Stories about people making so much money selling these non-existant products. I can't wait until a US rep finally responds and takes my order.
Looking forward to seeing the new US talking heads showing off all the inventory they have ready to ship out.
I hope they didn't put it all in Chinaza's storage unit that just got actioned off. Our VP industry leader.
I don't see any lease agreements in the finacials. Definetely don't see any purchases. I do see millions in consulting and G&A going into the pockets of the owners based on renegotiated .0029 funding deals.
Millions funneled out of the company with "funding" deals.
But are they even keeping up the hoax by paying the $400 a month lease payments??
I'm guessing if the known players are "taking time off" repossesion has already happened.
Shorting this is the only safe bet but we just can't seem to get the volume.
I am afraid that everyone has figured this one out.
The next move is on the "funders". Another renegotiation?? How low will they take it to keep those funders happy?? And how many retail investors will be happy to pay them off just to go down with the ship??
Keep in mind the conversions are much much lower now. Just the US names putting their necks out for these guys now.
At best they turned inventory twice during FY 2021
This is giving them the benefit of the doubt that they actually have any inventory. Only one sales rep is talking and "she" is being paid with stock to promote the company. I would love to see a statement from "her" about how many people are working for "her" and "her" sales for FY2021. I promise you will never see that from "her".
$400,000 in inventory at 27% GP.
Cars for the management.
Ridiculous professional expenses.
I think it's pretty clear what is going on here.
Now they have pulled a couple of poor US street hustlers into this.
They will be the ones with the most exposure.
Lawsuits aren't new to them so they are probably okay taking the quick payday.
A rapid growth company would be spending money on inventory.
They say they maintain about $400,000. Never mention how many times they turn that inventory each quarter.
Can their supply chain keep up with all this demand? Where are these products being made? Who makes them? Why is there just one twitter account getting paid for with stock talking about this company from time to time? None of the other 30,000 sales reps have twitter accounts trying to sell this stuff?
Then they claim to be expanding all over the world but the inentory they hold to support all this expansion has remained the same?
They are spending plenty on prefessional and consulting fees. You can't resell professional fees.
These guys claimed to be seasoned vets at this business.
It takes a month to get an order in the US but they claim to have inventory here ready to ship? Does Chinaza walk over to your house with your order?
The bottom line is these guys are storytellers. You can get away with it when you are a street hustler. (ask Chinaza) But not when you are a publicly held company. There are just too many eyes on you and too many people willing too talk about what they see behind the scenes.

Struggling Vice President
https://www.federalpay.org/paycheck-protection-program/chinaza-duson-atlanta-ga
Advertising herself as "one of the most successful women and trainers in the industry" but she needed to take part in the paycheck protection program twice in 2021. Two loans for $20,833 each to cover payroll. It says the company has one employee. A nice little payday for the new Vitana-x VP of sales.
Vitana-x directs you to her Twitter page in their PR
https://twitter.com/chinazaspeaks
No follow up on the "technical difficulties".
She uses unlicensed stock photos on her twitter page.
She tries to pass herself off as a doctor.
Her page was dormant for over a year until the VP news.
And before that is was just a bunch of inspirational quotes with no likes.
I wonder what she was up to during that year?
Was she working with any other pyramid schemes?

$12,000,000 in sales have gone missing
I am curious why sales are so low if, according to the company, they have 30,000 sales reps.
Each rep has to buy a starter kit to become "licensed" to sell these products.
Just based on that alone there should be $9,000,000 to $12,000,000 in sales even if the sales reps didn't sell a thing.
What happened to the $12,000,000??
Is this why they won't post the recording of the "business opportunity" zoom call?
