Matthew McMurdo has become a very very popular Pink sheet attorney the past couple of years. He provides his cookie cutter attorney letters to dozens of dirty pink sheet companies. He is also the attorney of choice for some of the more popular shell hijackers like David Lazar. Hijacked shells are especially risky because they are former shells making it impossible to create new free trading stock without registering the stock with the SEC (or using some bogus 3(a)10 court settlement). That is unless you have an attorney willing to lie about the Issuer being a former shell.
