Public companies must file a Form 8-K, or current report, with the SEC generally within four days of any event that could materially affect a company's financial position or the value of its shares.
Based on what? Are they making money? Or are they loosing money? I just can't tell by what I've read.
Why the penny stock price? Are they burning through all their cash? 60mil in revs is great unless they are spending 100mil to get those revs?
Please don't do anything foolish with your shares. I would hate to see you lose them all to someone with 10s of thousands sitting in cash waiting for dips.
Buyout Imminent! Why bother to amend preferred unless they want to ensure they get the best deal on the buyout...
Because they don't think they can go to court and win against R&G
Let's see, SFOR has been over a penny for more than 2 months. Think we'll se the up list to OTCQB soon?
And there it goes... Yer mah favorite deputy.
Some people don't know Jack or Squat, 1st settlement = .25 a share in one day. Mark it....
Well, clearly the value in this ticker is in the IP, witnessed by the jumping on the bandwagon of Blank and Rome. I mean jeez. Ropes & Gray LLP is a global law firm with 11 offices located in the United States, Asia and Europe. The firm has more than 1,200 lawyers and professionals worldwide, and its clients include corporations and financial institutions, government agencies, universities, and health care organizations.

Very pretty. Not sure I understand all that, but I think we agree, thanks!
It should be 10x that easy. Easy!
The patent upside potential here is mind numbing.
Beatles: "Got a good reason, for takin the easy way out."
Meh, we'll see.
Even little noises like executives giving charitable donations reinforces my notion that every piece of info I see about Organovo Holdings is positive. I don't get why ONVO is back under 3. It was moving steady up to 2.90 when suddenly they announced a collaboration with the University of Virginia to develop 3D bioprinted tissues. It spiked and then retreated like ringing a bell lol. Lots of flipping I guess. But would you agree it was heading back over 3 even before the good news? Market already put it over 3 once recently. Any chart readers wanna weigh in feel free.

It will be so great to see settlement news on a day like this, with really light volume and the price sitting just over a penny.
Kaboom, $.25 over night.
Fannie, Freddie regulator says may have to retain earnings
BY Reuters
— 11:36 AM ET 05/11/2017
WASHINGTON, May 11 (Reuters) - The regulator for Fannie Mae ( FNMA ) and Freddie Mac ( FMCC ) said on Thursday that he was willing to retain company earnings to stabilize the mortgage finance enterprises, if necessary.
Melvin Watt, director of the U.S. Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), said he could order Fannie and Freddie to retain future profits as a way to shore up the companies' accounts.
"We cannot risk the loss of investor confidence," he told a senate panel. "FHFA's actions would be taken solely to avoid a draw during conservatorship." (Reporting By Patrick Rucker; Editing by Chris Reese)

Thats true, and 13.99% is even better!

What is with the 300 shares traded at .0159? Some sort of signal?

3D printed muscle tissue on demand. What hospital wants to be the last one to have that? With 3D stocks getting hot again, ONVO should start ramping right up along with 3D Systems and Stratasys like it usually does. I've been watching to see if there might be a big biomtech company out there looking to branch into 3d Bioprinting. Like Johnson and Johnson, or Boston Scientific, or Medtronic, to name a few. Any one of them could integrate 3d Bioprinters into their products. 3D bioprinting Could easily supplement things like stents, and for that matter 3D print the entire stent from arterial and venous structures with live replacement cells. DNA compatibility of DNA correct tissue replacements means my kids get the best treatment for serious injury without any need for rejection meds.
Looking like a good time to do a little averaging down. Things like this just continue about ONVO. If there's no news, then they just chug along doing their thing, and when news does pop, it's always something new with great potential. Any one of Organovo's tissue types get approved for implant, this is a winner. Any one, but it starting to appear more likely there will be far more than one. Already we've heard about two tissue types directly getting underway for making it into clinical trials.
Exciting times! Just sayin...
In that report, al of them, from page 176 to 180, are infringing on Strikeforce's patents.
Just sayin... SFOR!
Form 424B5 out. Why do they need to dilute an additional $5,000,000.00 if they expect millions in payments for this new development contract?

Long before that would be 3D printers at clinics and doctors and dentists offices, either way, They best be careful not to tread on Organovo's patents. 3D systems DDD has deep pockets and there's plenty of law firms eager to take on cases like this.
Someone is selling dollars for pennies today if there is an after hours announcement of a settlement.
SFOR !
Um, Elon Musk? Not much more need to be said.
I didn't mean to imply DDD was in any way doing anything with ONVO, simply that the fact that they got into the bio printing side of things sent their stock price up. The market seemed to approve.
Huh, volume coming back. Someone knows something... Was a nice dip, I hope some of the longs were able to snap up some.
I'm hiding my bid with all or nothing. Should see a big hit any minute!
Sorry... must have cheapies!
