By suspended you must have meant, over a penny again. Interesting!
Mark Kay has done well. He shall be... rewarded. As will his investors in SFOR. So it is written, so shall it be done.
The SEC has repeatedly warned companies against publicly announcing ICO or token related events to boost stock prices.

It's worse than I thought guys... I've been using this product since I bought into SFOR shares in 2016,
(GuardID) and I found something very disturbing, enough to unload all of my shares.
If my computer goes to sleep while this is running, it encrypts my password log in to Windows10. That's right, I can no longer enter my password to log into my own home computer. Scared the living shit out of me. HUGE bug! Luckily I kept a shadow copy of my operating system off line. So, not only is the company run like a POS, so apparently is their software.

Good re-entry point?
I'll take 24% as lucky. Profit is profit.
Don't matter what anyone says, I couldn't resist loading up on $1 shares holy moly...
Whats going on with this little chinese pharma? Really low OS, but I can't find anything about it after 01/08/18? Getting pumped or manipulated?
What baffles me is why the stock is rising on this news:

Unless there's something else I cant see, Looks to me like Blackrock DECREASED their stake by over a million shares, and the price goes up 10%????
Woohoo, looks like some negative nancies showed up. Must be something about to happen.
Would not surprise me if a buyout happened this year. This type of biotech is just the sort of company the bigger boys out there are looking to buy up imho.
Total Revenue (TTM)
AS OF 09/30/2017 $4.31M
Revenue Growth
(TTM vs Prior TTM) +37.14%
seems legit
But I thought they could still win a small payout eventually, perhaps with some repeating royalties.
I don't know about being idiots. SFOR put my stock portfolio deep in the green for 2017. I expect it will do the same in 2018.
Beside, their revenues will get there. The software works, and cyber security is worth doing.
More advertising, and they would do fine with their products
SFOR stocks could be worth more than it's all time high, even without winning lawsuits for massive amounts. It just might take longer. But with millions and millions of people using online services, the cybersecurity market is massive. Even a small market share of that huge market can still be enormous. And they do have some serious IP besides the OOB/MFA
We'll see come the next report.
With the volume lately we may see sooner than later, either way, a surprise deal would not be very surprising.
You'll get another chance. Just hope you don't say "Why didn't I buy under a penny??!!"
This ticker has been a target of (unlawful) short selling in the past, probably due to the potential upside. ONVO does have a pretty good volume, and enough movement to trade it. I've been able to flip in and out with a pretty decent return this year, while still holding a position in case there is a buy out, or some other catalyst type event. Organovo's future prospects are real, with enormous upside potential, and it seems it's a fairly safe place to park speculation funds.
This is kind of a big deal. Not sure why the price doesn't reflect this reality:
The designation also includes a waiver of certain fees and a seven-year term of market exclusivity upon FDA approval of the orphan drug, and can provide for a more streamlined and cost-effective path through to commercialization.
This is the beginning of the end of the waiting list for transplant organs, and this is under $2 a share. SMH
The FDA has reviewed more than 100 devices currently on the market that were manufactured on 3D printers. These include patient-matched devices tailored to fit a patient’s anatomy. Examples include knee replacements and implants designed to fit like a missing puzzle piece into a patient’s skull for facial reconstruction. We also approved the first drug produced on a 3D printer, which is used to treat seizures and has a more porous matrix than the drug manufactured in the traditional way, enabling the drug to dissolve more rapidly in the mouth to work faster. This is likely just the tip of the iceberg given the exponential growth of innovative research in this field. We envision that burn patients in the near future will be treated with their own new skin cells that are 3D printed directly onto their burn wounds. Further down the road, there is the potential for this same technology to eventually be used to develop replacement organs.

Looks like the former CEO still has a lot of faith in this ticker. Accumulating thousands of shares at 1.50. Wish I had more powder to load up under 2....geez
I'm thinking more like Robocop.
The problems is, any news of a settlement or an international patent will make the charts useless, 'cause the PPS will double in an instant, yet again
However long before that happens, I can see this technology being used to print a nerve bundle interface between a disabled person, and a prosthetic device.
I think smart money got into ONVO early on. Recognizing it for what it could do.
From the start, I could see the upside to this stock is phenomenal, while the only serious downside is if something really bad happens. And if nothing really bad happens then the potential is bit scary. Check out Atlas latest video where he backflips (Boston Dynamics). Now imagine that, but with human tissue printed around it for a pilot to control it directly.
As an engineer, this technology is exciting as hell. Just as the methods now exist to 3D print electronics circuits onto the ends of fiber optics, bioprinting nerve endings onto micro and nano electronics and electromechanical circuits isn't far behind. Printing replacement organs is just the start. Bioprinting tissue interfaces onto robotics is a real growth potential as well.
That's entirely possible. Still I think, with this stock, no new=good news, and why it seems to drift higher during the quiet periods.
I know right? More likely Organovo will move along (kinda what I hope) and slowly grow the company with 3d bioprinting. The stocks will follow eventually, at which point it'll be expensive to buyout, again. If it grows into the true potential of replacement organs, people who did buy at under $2 will feel like genius. If it gets bought for something like $2 or $3 a share I'll be surprised, and a little bummed. A share swap would be ok I guess at that valuation, since whoever buys them will reap the huge rewards and in that case I still stay for the ride.
Maybe someone out there with a MA budget is just about to jump on that fact sooner rather than later, when it's gets more expensive. It's a well run company with huge upside potential so, yeah buyout has been something to think about. Just makes ONVO one of those stocks that can vault instantly from outta nowhere.
Just sayin...
I would feel naked without GuardedID running on my PC. Doing anything on-line on a PC without it feels scarey...
Wow I can't believe that worked. Snagged a buttload under 1.3 cents lol!
Clearly states SFOR didn't have to pay out. It also very Loudly Screams to me, NOTHING about what SFOR got from Entrust. My question is this; How much is a reportable amount?
Also, who paid all the legal fees for those lawsuits... Hmmm?
"The Company did not pay any money to Entrust to settle the litigation."

Ok since everyone here seems to feel this is going to tank, I'm selling off all of my 25 millions shares today.... watch for the dips for those suckers who want "Cheapies"
Just sayin....
Agreed SFOR should be nice to be holding come April. Could easily be over a nickel+ a share due to the upside of the value of the rest of those suits. Two down. If two down and six to go is good, then seven out of seven is better.
And if history is any indicator, each settlement incremental, then SFOR looks to hit that nickel+ in steps. Gotta love that kind of growth. These sub nickel shares are going to look so good in that case
Just sayin...
Expecting to see some movement today due to the exposure of the SEC reporting, and personally hoping to see it climb back up over 2 cents as a result...
Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof? Yes o No x

Despite providing ample protection for your accounts, Google still recommends using a password generator and activating two-factor authentication to make your credentials "unphishable."
It also shot up when the latest lawsuits were announced. Next round will be even bigger, with a massive spike in SFOR. Don't forget, they have a million and a half to pay for NEW litigation, and it won't cost anything near that, cause every company using SFOR tech will know to just settle.
Dip and rip this morning? Still believe ONVO has a huge buyout potential by some big pharma like Pfizer, or a medical device co., like Medtronic's, or Boston Scientific or Johnson & Johnson.
SFOR is the gift that keeps on giving. I've renewed GID on all my devices. I don't feel safe even just typing here without it blinking away in the apps tray. I also have all of my online accounts set up to use 2 factor authentication, because no matter who is providing that service to my banks and brokers right now, Strikeforce Tech will eventually be the one getting paid for it's use. So by all means SFOR stockholders, enable 2FA for all your online accounts. Soon, no one will go online without it, just as it is already with antivirus software.
