Wash-Rinse-Repeat
Gerald has been using the uplisting "carrot and stick" as long as I remember.
Well, you got the R/S to prep for NASDAQ right?
Uhm.. no. Investors were just put through the wash cycle.
Does he care?
Uhm.. no.
Time to reset, attend a few dozen more conferences, and collect a $350k annual salary while issuing himself a few million shares on the side. This is going sub-penny again.
If AMBS is irrecoverable, severances are given out, ManF and others sold for pennies on dollar to larger Biotech in liquidation sale, and Gerald mysteriously finds a consulting job with same Biotech. Can't happen. Tell that to holders of RMTD.
Gerald and cronies gut this thing dry and leave this company an empty shell.
Is this what the people who owned Apple or Microsoft at the ground floor felt like? It feels AWESOME!
I am not too sure what will accept MYEC trades. So far looks like ETrade (what I use) and Fidelity are confirmed.
*NOTE: I saw a post earlier that someone from Canada could use Ameritrade because they were not in the US. I can not confirm this.
This might help:
DTC was established to track shares as they are traded.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Depository_Trust_%26_Clearing_Corporation
The CUSIP is the numbering system for stocks
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CUSIP
MYEC is working on getting their shares registered with DTCC. Once this happens, you will be able to trade on common platforms (i.e. Scottrade, Ameritrade, Fidelity, and so forth) without special trading considerations. I used to use Scottrade, but they stopped accepting MYEC trades.
NITE is notorious for being a hated MM in pennyland by driving SP down. You know when NITE is putting up nice bid support, something is up.
IMHO, NITE has friends in special places. It would not surprise me if news is already pending.
For the new MYEC investor:
this was DD from INZANE as of 14 Mar 2014. Gives a little history about the company.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=98853774
Hahahaha.. that E-T***'er who sold 75,300 shares at .039 is going to be kicking him/herself really soon.
Got one word for you.. Dohhhhhh.
I would really hope the new guys still has connections in FB and Paypal. Getting our foot in the door there would be epic.
You are correct. With level 2, be careful in the 1st 30 min of trade. A ton of mind games in the 1st 30 min.
Can be a good chance to buy in low if the MMs do a head fake down and try to catch stop losses.
Personally I am cautious of a quick run at start. But I also have a foot in the door.
Ok.. FYI. MYEC #1 on IHUB most read. Maybe this Cramer tweet had some legs. To new viewers, please read through the intro screen for initial DD.
Again.. that was user error.. Had wrong stock on screen. Sorry if I confused anyone.
I am terribly sorry. I that was completely my bad. I was on stock on my AmTrade level 2 page. Again.. my appologies.
Wow... like wow. NITE does NOT want this stock going anywhere but down. 106 mil share on ask. Wow. Never seen a wall like that from an MM. Can you said scared? lol
Nice.. couldn't watch market today. TY Ed for the quick update on FB. Portfolio looks a lot better than before.
I posted before about the games MMs play. Hold the companies that make solid business moves, and trade the junk. Sorry for those that got out in the .02s.
Well.. no I am not. I took time to posted my thoughts on why holding is a good idea. They were the ones that hit the sell button. Weak hands don't get a payday.
BTW.. XMANCOMETH.. WELCOME TO THE IGNORE LIST. YOUR POSTS ARE KILLING MY EYES. BUY A NEW KEYBOARD!
First let me say I am not selling my shares.
I do agree. I have nothing against taking profits. Each person has their own level of risk management in the market. I have a higher tolerance of risk with companies that make the right moves with growth. I can ride the storm down to "whatever" feeling confident in the DD. Market price rarely dictates value in penny stocks.
If this stock goes up.. great. My portfolio value goes up. If this stock goes down, I look at entry points. I just do not "slap that ask" because a stranger on a message board says so. I plan to hold for at least a year at minimum unless information dictates otherwise.
My post stated reasons why the stock price "might" go down, but I also stated reasons why I am holding long.
BTW.. Please lose the ALL CAPS. It is very rude.
It appears there are a few that are upset with the down trend. I should be one of them holding 400k shares at avg of .05ish, but I am not.
I still have powder. I always stagger into a stock. I find this to be a good practice with ALL stock picks.
Things to consider:
1. Stock jumped from sub-sub pennies to .08 in a very short time. That means that there are a lot of people with millions of shares watching mega $ moves in their portfolio (up or down). Not all mega-shareholders will hold during an MM scare. YES.. MMs manipulate in penny-land.. PERIOD, end of story. A GOOD penny stock can weather the storm, and the price will come back. It may take a little time sometimes.
2. This is NOT a classic P&D scenario. No promotion within the last year. You got to be in and out faster than Seal Team 6 on a classic P&D.
NOTE TO DES. ROW - show me a screenprint of an email you got promoting this within the last year. If you can, I will shut up. If not.. stop lying on the board.
3. The stock finally has a revenue stream. (i.e. they can support themselves without dilution). They are using the revenues to reduce debt. You can see where the money is going in the financials, whereas some CEOs will hide pay raises/bonuses in administrative costs.
4. May I remind you the CEO RETIRED 1 Billion of his own shares at .0001 for $10k.
To all, it is your money, but these are the reasons I will be adding more later. I personally hope to add at 200MA, but if it takes off before then I already have my foot in the door.
Inzane posted this last month.. I found it interesting. Worth going through in you spare time.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=98853774
Inzane, would it be possible to re-post your DD page? It would be great to have some of the new investors see what they own. Your DD post got me investing in MYEC.
BTW to new investors, E-Trade allows MYEC trades. I had to open a new account myself. $10 trades and NO HIDDEN CHARGES. Bye bye Scot*****.. never again.
Consolidation: What does that mean to you
After a run up, consolidation is what you WANT to see. For the new investor, it means:
1. That money is being exchanged from old investor (who are capturing gains) to newer investor (who has higher expectations of price target).
2. It also means that flippers bleed out as there is little price movement for longer term investors.
I would not mind if we lived in the .04 channel for a while longer. In penny stocks this is rare. Penny stocks are thought to be for fast money. The more buys that we get at this level, the stronger base that is created.
Last post of day.. I try not to spam.
OMG, stop with the needing PRs
Either this is your 1st trip to pennyland or you have been in pennyland too long. PRs are good when they show REAL progress or additional revenue streams. PRs are BAD when you need to prop up the stock price up. Here is why:
1. PRs cost money
2. 95-99% of penny stocks use regular PRs to get dilutive financing. How many time have you seen a penny stock fluff PRs then the next is PR reads "warrents issued to ****, LLC"
3. Fortune 500 companies don't put regular PRs. Analysts put them out for them.
4. Flippers live off of PR machines. And MM shorts soon follow.
Ed had set up revenue streams. And yes it does take time to establish and maintain them. Ed does NOT have to worry about inventory. This company is finally sustaining itself. Let the man do his job. The less time/money he has to babysit flippers, the more time he has to create value, and that is why I am here. My God, the man took 1 BILLION shares out of play (from his own pocket). How many penny stocks have the CEO sacrifice that much.
Create value/growth, and they will come!
Not every day you see night on bid and ask with .01 cent gap.
Sol, you and I both know why the stock drops on conference calls.
It is because it turns into a sales pitch on the medical aspects of MANF, Lympro, and pipeline instead what investors want to hear.
Again, MANF can be a wonder drug and I would sooo love for this to come to market for the benefit of the sick, but investors want to hear what the hell happened with the "Company".
Where is the money going?
Why are we filing late on a regular basis?
What are the employees doing to earn salaries?
What are you doing to earn your quarter mil salary?
(Where is the hole in the boat?)
When are revenues expected?
How long before AMBS needs more money? (planned burn rate)
What milestones need to be reached to uplist?
BUT NOOOOOO. You will hear the same catch phrases that got them this far. Like a politician who skirts the real problems. And this board will read into the catch phrases and see unicorns in the clouds.
"He sounded excited, we will uplist soon"..."He said the word 'potential'"... "$5 by next month"..."JV by Monday."
In reference to your post, are you using 3 bil shares to calculate $1 per share? My understanding is that there are 2 bill O/S with the 1 billion by back:
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/myecheck-announces-share-buy-back-234000922.html
This post was from Feb 2014 and the unaudited 10Q showing 3 billion is from period ending 31 Dec 2013. Correct me if I am wrong.
I tend to aggree, nothing has changed.
- GC still files late.
- Shares flood the market from institutional investors which get their shares at a discount.
- Burn rate mysteriously increases on every filing.
- Admin cost always outpaces research cost
- GC still promises uplisting soon.
- JV is always next Monday
- Something big will come from next medical conference.
- Posters on IHUB tell you not to worry as they file out of their positions on bad news.
Yep.. nothing changed.
I tried to tell everyone, but got blown off by the old timers that I was bashing. I was not bashing. I was giving warning. I do not this stock until there is a revenue stream.
My previous posts told you of my pain in "drinking the cool-aid" last year. If you want to relive the experience, then start with post 69780. You will see what I went through. The stock fell to the high .03s from there.
I believe in the drug MANF and Lympro shows revenue promise. BUT... NOT the management. They have a stick and carrot approach with uplisting.
They should have a enough financing to get through for a while on paper. The problem is that they always seem to cash burn faster than they did before and they are at end of 1 Billion A/S. These additions to the company need to start making things happen and not just collect a paycheck for name recognition.
Good news for holders is that the stock cycles up to about 12ish around December and Lympro is promised to be ready soon.
Bad news for holders is that an increase in A/S will cripple the stock to high .01s. And if there is any delay in Lympro CLIA or commercialization, then.... you get the picture.
Thank you for the response. I am holding 300k MYEC with .05ish avg. (I came to party late).
I am glad it has been addressed already. If Check 21 is scalable to that degree, then I will surely be pyramid buying more based up on chart indicators.
I have a question for anyone who may know.
I have done my DD and followed this board for about 2 months. MYEC is an instant payment method (duh.. lol)
He the idea been addressed to ED about entering the payroll services? ADP and Paychex make money from the interest of holding payroll until the payee can receive the money through demand deposit or electronic transfer. Interjecting MYEC into the process would, in theory, reduce cost/increase short term investment revenue. For a company like GM, GE, McDonalds, etc would be very inviting.
I do apologize if this has already been addressed, but you do not know until you ask the question.
Yes, I am out. And dang proud of it. I will not have to suffer through the slow drip of daily red with an occasional spot of green.
As you may remember I said I am inspired by the independent research on MANF. There is something there which will bring me back one day.
But not at these levels. I just have the misfortune of living through the past year of waiting for empty blogs, the next non-productive conference, and "JV by Monday is a guarantee" posts.
Yeah, you can say I believe in the drug, but not the CEO. And remind me again:
How much does the CEO and staff make annually? For doing what?
How much was spent on research? This is a biotech right?
When and how much is the Lympro supposed to bring in to stop the dilution?
For those holding, again GLTA. I would recommend selling the news because they will find a way to burn through the revenue faster than it comes in.
Tell me that late filing is not a problem. AMBS was delisted from OTCBB last year for late filing.
GC is dropping indicators that 2014 is the year to uplist. He has been using the carrot and stick approach for the last to years.
Uplist back to OTCBB? GC does not seem to understand that his business model is built for JV. AMBS does not have the funds, staff, or logistical expertise to take ANY of AMBS' pipeline to market. They need the confidence of big pharma to get the product to market.
What is funny is that in TODAYS blog about being "on-track", he goes on to say: "As a result of these steps, we are in a position to initiate a partnering process for the CLIA commercial launch of LymPro in the second half of 2014. - See more at: http://www.thechairmansblog.com/amarantus-bioscience/gerald-commissiong/commercialization-track-2014-updating-lympro-test-progress/#sthash.RvCje3hj.dpuf". Initiate that partnership from a position of weakness. Way to go.
"On-Track" to "initiate a partnering"... uh huh.. GC you are the CEO. This fail is on you.
I went to E-Trade.. No problem trading on this platform. And yes, Scottrade has let me down for the last time. Was not the 1st time either. Ready for entry point on MYEC. I hate to chase, but may have to. Lost a ton not being able to buy in at .024 a while back.
Hmm.. Burn shareholder to oblivion with R/S? This would be PR suicide for the new listing or any companies/institutions associated.
Yes.. you are correct about the only way out is to dump to the bid, BUT.. lots of mind games in pennyland.
I fully expect to write my 10 mil off as a loss NEXT YEAR. Any loss will go against my gains come tax time. On the other hand, if the recent volume is an indicator, there might be crazy upside reward. For me, this is a cheap lotto ticket. GLTA in your game plan. Time is on my side.
Can you buy on TD?
2nd time in last year S***trade froze my trades. Bought earlier, now can only sell. Bye bye ST. Tired of their BS.
Is TD allowing buys?
INZANE, I am new to the board and again commend you on your DD, BUT... I believe you already answered this (with references) in the following post:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=94850788
Your post below was (again) excellent. If SUPERMONEY ID is serious, then he needs to read and research the references from this. He really needs to come up with questions that were not already addressed.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=98853774
INZANE.. Awesome DD post.
I must go through like 20 stocks, dozens of financials, and a bazillion posts a day looking for an edge in the market. I read a lot of blind speculation and fluff in these posts (Yeah.. I know this post is not helping.. lol). I felt your DD was interesting to read, had good references, and drew education conclusions.
I on occasion play the bounce based upon volume and market trends. That is how I ran across MYEC. I got in on the 5 March dip. Something told me not to flip it the next day. I am glad I didn't flip it. I do plan on adding to my position based upon your research.
Thank you for your time and effort in putting it together. I look forward to further analysis of the company.

Taken together, this could yield a total of $8 million to the Company and significantly improve the Company’s balance sheet, potentially allowing Amarantus to reach the financial listing standards necessary to up-list to a national stock exchange

Chairman's Blog Thursday, 16 May 2013
We expect to achieve a similar balance in our therapeutics division, where our MANF asset with multiple product development opportunities is slated to be aligned with a clinical-stage therapeutic asset primed to move into mid-stage development. Once achieved, we expect Amarantus to be positioned to move much closer towards our stated objective of up-listing to a national stock exchange.

We are focused on building a business, not a science project. To that end, we are evaluating complementary therapeutic assets in mid-stage clinical development to add to our pipeline to reduce time to market as we prepare for a national exchange up-listing.

Good luck.. I am out!
Those who do not study history are doomed to repeat.
Check out the charts from Dec 2012 to June 2013. I was OUT as of Dec 2013. I lived the nightmare. Day after day of 4:1 red vs. green. I am not back in until there is a revenue stream to stem the wholesale sale of stock options at fire-sale prices. These stocks just get thrown back into the market to drive the price down. And yes.. don't tell me about the JV that will happen Monday. I have been through a year of "wait until Monday". Read my lips.. JV will NOT happen. I don't care what conference is attended or what business man of the year are given.
Pffft.. This CEO assures stockholder value and that there are fund to operate until 2015, and yet still offers stock options at 1/8th market price. I see these same stocks on the way down that are being put up as walls.
Hint: If volume is below 6mil.. the day will be RED. Just how it is. This is experience talking.
Nope.. not going to do it again.
Looks like word of AMBS is getting out. IHUB #3 on most read posts...

This will remind you why you invest in AMBS.
