I don't go into a hair cutting place or any other store and flip s**t because I didn't know about a sale or a coupon or I wasn't OFFERED it. Is it not supposed to be a special/a sale item? If the customer didn't do their research, check out the website, look around the studio at the HUGE signs and HUNDREDS of flyers sitting there then they have no right to freak out if it wasn't mentioned in the sales script they were told. THAT'S what irritates me. The $7.99 package has always been treated as a "package" when really it's a SALE ITEM which SHOULD require a coupon. It should at least have a minimum purchase to be able to take advantage of such a good deal. And they shouldn't have it ALL the time. Once every quarter would be nice. People EXPECT to spend $7.99 and get ALL the photos they need and usually more than they need because we have ALWAYS had a "cheap package" as it's called by my customers. That offer is what has cheapened our photography skills and lost the company money. (among other things)
