Well Mike if I can decipher this correctly, Miss Australia's relative has been involved around 16 or 17 weeks (give or take a week or two). I think I remember her saying that her relative was in the last group or next to the last group. So he must be either just finishing up the 12 weeks or very near finishing it. So it would appear that everyone that has stated that Dr. Missling already has the 12 week data in hand are wrong with that assumption. The 5 week data and then the 12 week data equals a total of 17 weeks from when they began and since he was in the last group he is close to finishing or has just finished the 12 weeks. Then the data will need to be studied and put together so I think Dr. Missling has not gotten the final 12 week data yet. Just my educated guess.

Have to admit that you are right about those high salaries, Realist. Just checked yahoo finance for salaries of officers at PPHM. IMO, way too high for what they have done with the share price. Now if the share price finally starts to resemble where it should be in the coming year then and only then should they be making the money that they are paying themselves right now. All IMO.

Gentle wolf, you have got to be kidding, aren't you? I have seen this kind of action from Law Firms all the time. They jump in and test the waters to see if anyone is biting.......Evidently they aren't catching anything but scraps here. One measly plaintiff that one of the firms probably planted here. I think Xena is 100% correct on this one.

My bet is this guy that bought 122 shares on Dec. 28th was put up to it by one of the lawyer firms. Follow the money and dig deeper into the plaintiff's background. IMO.
