Listen to what you are saying. Don't you think .31 is low enough? With $100k you'd be filthy rich at projected astronomical valuations. You're hoping against hope.
Tell me more about the volume of reads. I'll tell you more about the declining SP

Looks like bad news has leaked out. I'm guessing the R/S happens before the new year. Sorry guys :(

"Should have never dropped under $1"
I guess the failed phaselll trial had nothing to do with that huh?
Enjoy the weekend

And when, not if, the R/S happens our share price resets at $2.10.
Those who hung on hoping SK would actual pull a rabbit out of the hat will bail. (The md1225 of our board). At the same time pphm will turn the atm faucet on to a tune of about 40 mil shares sending the SP to approx $1.50.
Throw in the sharks just waiting to pounce with their shorts and maybe $1.50 doesn't hold.
The hamster wheel continues. The carrot dangles, and this bod gets to live their lavish lives for a few more years
Great gig if you can get it. Now I've got a Cuban to enjoy with a glass of scotch. Shot well on the links today. Life is good!

Hello $2.00! Something is up!

It's almost getting to the point where they will have to do the R/S sooner then they have suggested they would.
If SP gets into the low .20's the 1:7 ratio will only keep us in compliance for about six months.
And you can bet a Belgium beer that immediately following the R/S the faucet on the atm gets opened up wide.
Time for some bourbon.

I think we are sitting on our last support level. If we close red tomorrow, it's free falling and tells me Wall Street knows something very bad is just around the corner. Remember, we are always the last to know.

They seem to get everything else approved. Like I said. Let me work on this.

"You can sell tomorrow at $.35 or in two weeks at $.30"
I'm so glad we have so many reads this week. They need to see who is really correct about this stock.
I remember about a month ago the big chief announcing that we were about to take off and the R/S would be a thing in the past. WRONG AGAIN!!!
Now I just got to get working on my prediction that the R/S will be greater than 1:7
Cheers
Chenzo
It can always get worse and usually does with PPHM

Thanks for the post. You are able to express my feelings exactly. Oh wait, price per share doesn't really matter. We're in this for the long haul. Some here over 20 yrs!
Hang tight shareholders. BIG things just around the corner!
Cheers
Chenzo
They stole your shares this morning. With such s low float you have to hold onto your shares.

And I am 100% certain that vote would pass. Every other vote gets passed.

You can sell tomorrow at $.35 or in two weeks at $.30

That's enough to keep their extravagant salaries til they are 70. Nice sports cars in their driveways, lush exotic vacations, and if they have children, I'm sure they will have the finest college educations money can buy.
By the way. I don't believe the reverse split is capped at 1:7. If the share price drops into the .29-.30 range, 1:7 isn't gonna cut it. That puts the adjusted SP at $2.10. In six months the dilution will put our SP hovering around a buck again.
It wouldn't surprise me one bit if a PR stating a 1:10 or 1:12 is necessary to continue with our "future development". THEIR future development, not the shareholders.
All I can say is.......Next!

Chenzo
Well said. Thank you for breaking this info down in layman's terms. I'll be curious to see how this post is rebutted by the science guys.
This is why the SP tanked today. Not the tone and lack of enthusiasm of the presenter.

Welcome to the rosy world of being a PPHM investor. Just don't take off the glasses. You'll then be labeled a pseudo positive long (remember that one guys?).
Same thing different day. And a few, only a few this time, of new strong peeps to lug this heavy luggage
Off to the links

Just more carrot dangling.

We shall see Monday morning. You are too new here to have scars.
You are either one of two things:
The luckiest person in the room or the next one to lug the pphm bag.
Good luck to you

Here's my two cents:
Volume is too low.
Short interest too high.
Pumper rate, pegged on the ceiling.
Conference this weekend will be much to do about nothing.
R/S is inevitable.
Cheers
Chenzo
PS.... Pumper rate (def): the voracity at which a particular stock is projected, through post, to reach astronomical values. Thus making the owner of said stock filthy rich. Those who pump stress a need to buy said stock immediately so as not to miss out on being filthy rich
Filled the gap at 4.40. I'm in at $4.38/ 5200 shares.
Cheers
Chenzo
It has to be dilution. The bright side is that there is someone buying up the shares.
Cheers
Chenzo
FWIW.... With the R/S written into this upcoming proxy, you have to believe that the R/S is priced into our current SP.
Cheers
Chenzo
Technically, I break through $1.10 should take NAVB to $1.45-$1.50. I'll be selling there and waiting for pullback.
Cheers
Chenzo
There it is. Broke through .49. Now let's get over .51
Cheers
Chenzo
Being held under .49 this morning. Here's my two cents:
Gevo is being manipulated these past few days. I feel it is part of an arranged sale. If in five years the warranted shares can be sold go .55 then buying them now guarantees the buyers a 10% return on their money. At the least. It's a way of guaranteeing the investment.
Maybe Gevo is selling these shares to the agreed buyers of the warrants at these prices. Jmo but this trading action is unusual.
Cheers
Chenzo
I feel they thought the news of the deal would support the dilution news. Basically, we have a contract to sell isobutanol to Lufthansa now we need capital to built out to supply the contract.
I admit I am surprised that .54-.55 sp did not hold. I expected a dip, then a consolidation at .54-.55 (thus my buy at .54) followed by a slow crawl back up to .61
Maybe the crawl to .61 begins Monday There is a conference AH. I'm curious if there is any new light shed on the Lufthansa deal.
It takes money to make money. These new shares issued are not to be used to keep the lights on. As stated in the press release. They are to be used for the expansion of isobutanol production.
Cheers
Chenzo
Like I said in a previous post of mine, I expect to be rewarded by year end.
In the future maybe you should say 1-3 months when you mean 1-3 months. "In the coming days" is a statement that you expect the pps to be over $1 this upcoming week.
Cheers
Chenzo
"The stock will rock~roll above $1 in the coming days. JMO!"
Probably not. Everything you said til that point I was in agreement with.
Cheers
Chenzo
I totally agree. The Lufthansa deal is big. I'm sure Lufthansa has concerns that Gevo can't produce the needed gallons. This move shows Lufthansa that they now have the means to expand. It was probably part of the negotiations with Lufthansa.
I wouldn't be surprised if the preferred shares are not picked up by Lufthansa (basically helping with the financing). Again part of the deal.
The important thing is that Gevo has its product in the hands of a major player. That can only be a positive. Like getting your product on the shelves of Walmart or a new food item in Wegmans. It's a start and gevo's foot is in the door.
I increased my shares approx 15% @ $.54 to offset the dilution. I feel that before year end my strategy will pay off.
Cheers
Chenzo
It's all good buddy. The market has a way of getting to all of us from time to time ??

"Industrial partnership?
Someone big in business?
We have seen contacts with Alaskan, Boeing and Seattle Airport ... "
It could quite possibly be Lufthansa and be part of this mornings' news.
Lufthansa agrees to buy 40mi gals off of Gevo and agrees to finance the construction of the new plant. For this they get the product and 4.99% interest for the financing. Down the road they convert the shares to common. It's a win win for everyone.
What do you think will happen to the SP when it is announced that Lufthansa is the owner of the preferred shares and are now 5% (or more) owner of Gevo.
Cheers
Chenzo
In my experience this is a creative way to finance a company. And an effective way. The private buyers who buy these shares @$.58 generally agree to hold the shares for a designated period of time (2-5yrs). For this they are paid a dividend of 4.99%.
At a point in the future they are able to convert these shares into common shares at a pre arranged price.
Usually the private investors are already lined up for this offering. They don't make the offering and then knock on doors to see if anyone wants to buy them. This means the private investors could be made aware of possible upside that they in turn would be financing and thus benefit from this investment.
The issuance of these shares could have been tied to a deal with a major airline.
In a nutshell:
Gevo needs money for their plans to expand. They need financing but don't want to dilute the share price any further. They approach private investors with the info that they are close to signing a contract with a major airline. These investors say they are in with the announcing of this news. They get paid 4.99% to help finance the new plant which they know will be producing for the new client. Maybe there is even alittle wink that Alaska airlines is also very close to a deal but Alaska doesnt know if Gevo can handle their demand. Alaska now knows the new plant will be financed and built and will be able to handle their demand.
All just my opinion. But the AH trading does not look like it's being dumped. I bought more @.54

investment.majairline.
No need to name call. It just shows your lack of intelligence. Dumps don't start with 2000-3000 share sells. Especially after a 43mil share day.
Sell if you need too. I'm holding. We'll see who the nitwit is.
Chenzo
Hang tight people. These are very small trades being made. Almost all under $5000.
We traded $22mil today
I'm holding tight
Chenzo
I agree. Low volume on the pullback. Shorts getting out. Gevo now has a real client and a means to expand that doesn't include a loan and debt
Cheers
Chenzo
This deal will pay for Gevo expansion. This is the first step. Now that they are working together there could be a possible buyout down the road by Lufthansa.
Technically we need to break .80-.81
Should be a fun day!

Something is up people! Here we go!

Great close today! I'm expecting an am press release. They will then discuss the "good news" during the conference call.

Thieves just tripped the stop losses and stole your shares while you enjoyed your happy meal. This crap isn't done unless someone knows something and wants cheap shares.
If we close in the 70's it's very good.
As bad as that was, it's actually a positive for longs.
When Cramer says "place stop loss orders" you now know why you shouldn't. Legal theft going on here.
