I totally agree. The Lufthansa deal is big. I'm sure Lufthansa has concerns that Gevo can't produce the needed gallons. This move shows Lufthansa that they now have the means to expand. It was probably part of the negotiations with Lufthansa.

I wouldn't be surprised if the preferred shares are not picked up by Lufthansa (basically helping with the financing). Again part of the deal.

The important thing is that Gevo has its product in the hands of a major player. That can only be a positive. Like getting your product on the shelves of Walmart or a new food item in Wegmans. It's a start and gevo's foot is in the door.

I increased my shares approx 15% @ $.54 to offset the dilution. I feel that before year end my strategy will pay off.
