LOL!!!!! 3,000,000 units sold using this exact model ALWAYS reads failure to me as well...as does an increased product line with that model...as does the crossover plan...as does...wait, hold up...oh yeah, that's right, it's actually COMPLETELY INCORRECT to try to assess 'failure or success' BEFORE THE PLAN IS EVEN IMPLEMENTED!!! 101!!!!! Got a good laugh from this...
LOL! THIS is how far the arguments have fallen??? First off, they signed a LICENSING agreement, so to try to extrapolate sales into direct units is already completely INCORRECT LOL!! It's just free money with no overhead which barely started in the scheme of things, good grief, so wrong. Second, Green Rush has a 'bogus' article on them? The guys who actually pour equity into companies, checked out their operations first-hand, and are making a major play into a long term position? Uh, ok....
Oh my, these are really pretty much indicative that there's nothing left to argue, this is a company building a solid base. So I agree! Get in now!
LOL, actually my 'worthless' shares bought just a few weeks ago are up a few hundred percent. Uh, this isn't NASDAQ. Haha, I'll trust that math versus the constant lie that 'insiders are selling' (which, btw, could be easily verified), especially when it's clear another story is actually happening, which I also verified.
Let's not forget, Ray was selling for months and months (oh, for less than his initial investment even was LOL), but better yet, before the SHARES were even converted! Every time I hear 'INSIDERS ARE TRADING' I laugh, it's so off the mark.
However, GREEN RUSH along with many other reputable sources have checked out the company closer than I even have, and are very positively taking a position...yeah, I think I'll listen to reputable sources like those...read it below; wisdom will be the guide...
http://greenrushinvestors.com/mdin-medgeninc-revolution
So here's the thing: is MedGen a scam? Absolutely not, and verifiably so. The scam argument flew with the wind like a year ago. If I had to use that as a base argument for everything, I'd clearly have to ignore 4 or 5 simple basic verifications and look the other way. And if my basis still started there, clearly I'm not looking to engage in a real conversation about the company.
Is there an actual product I can purchase and get my hands on? Yes. From here, any argument deteriorates or goes in circles (it's just snake oil, no one buys it, etc). Fact is, it's worked for people and in the past (and with small current distribution) MANY people have bought it. But all that matters is, by definition of a company being a real company with an attainable product for sale and purchase--then yes, this is real, end of matter.
But now we've also added major players associated with the companies from all across the board, the latest being Green Rush. Validity is quickly being seen from these people who know how to assess a company. A company is not assessed by trying to isolate two quarters during a CEO transition and strategy shift, and ignore what happened when they were first talking with big box distributors (ie, almost a half million dollas). The full picture says what Green sees--a HUGE amount of potential.
Does any of this mean that the product line will succeed, or the stock will jump? By no means. But the last time they used this model with ONE product, they sold millions upon millions of dollars worth. So yes, probably worth a small risk.
So how about we engage in serious conversation, because any argument about Ray selling shares or paid for promos which don't exist and would be verifiable, or even misunderstanding about how distribution deals work and how obvious it is they had one, are just a waste of time, and mean NOTHING as to the long term success of the company or the long term position of this stock. There's a reason I and many others have a large amount of shares locked away in long term capital gains...and it's pretty obvious why that reward is worth a risk.
Lol! If it were a 'failed business', the doors would already be shut. Yet here they are--expanding. Adding major players to the Board. And returning to what I guess must be the 'failed business' model of DTC which last time...hmm, let's see...LANDED THEM ON THE INC LIST. Failed business, that's a new one. But rates up there with 'will never remove the chill' and 'Ray's selling shares which weren't even converted yet.' Pretty easy to follow the past couple of years since the product re-release...some pretty major steps I've never seen a 'failure' take, lol...
Thought we were supposed to see it two years ago. Along with no chill removal (which will neeeeeever happen'), no Walgreens.com (cue 'but they only sell ###' excuse), and even back as far as 'they will neeeeever re-release Snorenz, that's a lie'. Seems this company has a history of taking the false 'never' arguments, and making them happen. So I guess excuse me for not bowing to false fear when this is the easiest to follow timeline with from re-release until now, clear as can be, with a huge upside which has already shown my shares hundreds of percent gain. Oh, and with no full advertising stride (which yes, most business owners know may take time to develop, also very transparently within the framework of the past strategy).
And since, when stating the actually verifiable facts are clear as to this journey, the best rebuttal was mocking that with 'blah blah blah', it's also clear the debate (though there is no debate) is over. I've never won one that easily before....oh, and yes, this company went to the INC list with the current strategy, and not as much upside as now, so yes 'get ready' is probably the only wise action...
But didn't both companies stocks drop immediately IN HALF when the dividend was given, with the initial company continuing to slide? Just askin'...
I agree! This company is heading in a really great direction! Hahaha, I always hold shares in companies which I then think won't deliver...uh...that makes perfect sense...
This is so easy to see coming, and the answers are even easier as to the full picture. Nothing out of the ordinary really, pretty straightforward, as started by EVERY long, it just takes time, again nothing out or the ordinary...at all
And I sure hope this goes like 'Ray did in the past', bc he took this company to the INC list with this model..
I TOTALLY agree! This is a company with some GREAT potential!
Haha, boy, did I call that one. I'm more into doing research, some of which is based off of the simple business 101 knowledge in question, and applying basic scenarios about distribution than just relying on calling someone a liar bc I can only see 10% of the company's actual dealings, something again which is basic knowledge. The answer to the question about cash is actually REALLY simple, and I've been able to easily verify it in 2 different ways. So I won't be going into it here, I'm not interested in some debate which actually isn't a debate at all, bc the answer is found in the most basic of evidence. But I'll just say if someone is stuck on the strategy or dealings of a CEO TWO CYCLES AGO, all they would need to know is absolutely no lies were told, verifiably so, and very easy to follow if just the smallest amount of understanding of these practices is applied.
Good luck!!
I think you could be so right...
Btw, I should have clarified, can you PM me a Twiiter handle or email addy, I don't have PM to hit you back. Or, I can send it to someone else to get to you.
It's actually really simple, the answer to what's happened, and logical in the context of business growth as well. But I won't put it up here, since it'll just be treated with the 'oh, that's just an excuse' label. It's actually the complete truth, we just have to realize judgements are being made definitively as to the potential and status of this company based on what? The ten percent total we can actually see? Things happen all the time, and in certain cases, the company has no obligation to disclose the exact working of its inner happenings. Nor would they want to sometimes. But they gave us plenty of info to draw pretty complete conclusions from and I just had it confirmed. So the only 'lie' out there is trying to paint the officers statements we can only see but a glimpse of as 'lies'. Seeing the full picture unveiled will take some time, but oh, it'll be worth it :)
Oh wow! That's really great. I actually increased my investment once I tried Stem-Intense. I can't even begin to describe the difference it made in energy and focus. Probably why they spoke about breaking out an entire line based on the components. But really cool to hear it's helped you!
Lol, among other 'nevers'. What's funny, is this acts exactly like a normal business, timeframes and all, pushing and growing and hitting snags and regrouping and hitting the pavement hard again. Every question or really bad argument I've sern has about a four word answer, but it takes the wisdom of being able to understand it in context of a business structure. That's why many of us who do or who run our own organizations have millions of shares in long-term cap gains already, bc this one was really easy to see coming that it would have its day. Even with hitches, this new CEO is taking what was clear past success and returning to tat model, the correct model. I mean, it's hysterical to see the scam argument attempted again, even though that literally was put to rest with verifiable evidence almost a year ago, lol. But, I guess that pesky chill being removed must somehow confuse the issue, just as you're saying. I guess it's hard to watch them succeed so much when somehow they're supposed to be failing. Haha, not so much, just watch it come, plain as day.
LOL! I love the horrible argument there. Yes, must be bad if it's sold out. Uh, except it was there last week. Wait, so before any advertising or even the full marketing plan, whatever's stocked is selling out....? Hmmm, wait, hold on, logic coming....oh yes, this ISN'T bad, that's it.
Btw, what a losing argument, since the best model for this is DTC, which is happening. But more excuses will come as this continues to grow, things about fake promos that never even existed and fake sales that Ray does, even though there is an ACUAL way to confirm that, and all that has been confirmed is that is a lie. Heck, he's been 'selling' even before he had any shares converted to sell!! Haha, these are sooooo bad...
Man they've sold a lot of pigs with this model. Maybe putting lipstick on it will make them sell more.
The ACTUAL EOM.
True, true. Was always those asking who they could trade through when this was moving with the chill on, won't be the case now. And the shares will squeeze and squeeze. Flipping with occur down low a bit, but as the news hits and with this guy's awesome communication, it'll definitely create chasers. I'm with you, glad I stocked up...
I did. Re-release of a once-popular product which sold 3,000,000 UNITS in a DTC model, a model they are currently switching back to (genius). They said they would get a chill removed and they did, which means there's accountability of shares. More products now than before, released 90% when they said they would, with the predictable few hitches you would see in a line that big which were given good updates on the situation. And they just added THE Michael Diep to the board of directors. So, not too worried about changes in strategy from different CEOs, that's easy to spot. Yeah, nothing to see here but a company selling products. And with a lot of upside.
New Tweet out!
@MedGenInc: Just met with patent attorney and new product to be announced soon is 100% patentable. We think its a game changer!
Mmm, no, that's not true. Like, at all. Maybe I wasn't clear, I'm not interested in conclusions based on false pretenses, or, actually even incomplete research. Just like the flaunted falseness 'Michael Diep is no longer with the company because him and Justin were BFF's! (Lol)', which just 30 seconds of research tells me that he was speaking with the company before Justin at all. This is the running theme with everything just stated, and everything before that, and it will be with everything that follows. What's being 'made up' ,as I was accused, is everything in almost all of the false claims that were and have been made, and verifiably so. When an accurate argument t against the company can't be found, made-up or incomplete evidence is stated as facts, and that is exactly why the previous 'falseness' and everything that follows deserves to be ignored, as I, and anyone who is slightly familiar with 101 knowledge should and will do (oh, and clearly stats on business who are AROUND 3-5 years were given, lol, doesn't matter the statistics of who succeeds before that, bc clearly these guys are going to be around, and have surpassed the ones who will 'fail' already, was pretty obvious, lol). Good luck!
Lol, yes, why would they EVER want to return to the model which netted them millions in sales (and actually units, which is more impressive), and took the company to the INC list??? Where's the sense in that??? Oh, bc the new guy is dead on, and this is a way more profitable stream than trying to break retail first, good thing they thought that way.
But since just business 101 tells us that a small business will take somewhere between 3-5 years to make its first million, and these guys have already posted a half million in just around 2, and that without either the first goal even going all the way and not even with the more profitable model now...yeah, not to much to worry about...not going to stress over the very clear and easy picture to follow, and definitely not worrying about false pretenses and false conjecture about the board such as what was given...lock 'me up, be patient, easy to predict...btw, didn't realize Asians didn't snore...guess it's good the actual research shows they presented more of the product line...whoops...
LOL. What were the sales the last time this was done as a DTC product? Oh right, it brought the company onto the INC list. This is absolutely the correct model, and no, just saying the words 'the product doesn't work' doesn't ACTUALLY negate the people it's really worked for. There's other factors at work here as well not even at play the last time the company sold THREE MILLION UNITS, so no, not going to spend too much time on what actually are false pretenses.
I totally agree, Diep had a chance to look WAY deeper than anyone else has at this company and he's seen that this isn't a scam and just his presence with what he knows SHOWS this isn't one, among many other things. Good point! Now that he's on board (and literally, co-chairing the board) all of the false scam arguments just look as faulty as they are. I totally agree! All good things coming!
Lol, nope untrue.
And I have zero to answer as there are actually zero consequential questions being asked, therefore no burden to.
I know the answer as well, funnier to seem to be the sole possessor of that knowledge and let bad arguments unfold...
Hmm, that sounds very similar to other things we've been told wouldn't happen, but gee, MDIN seems to either keep accomplishing or the 'sky is falling' lies we keep getting told (this being the latter) but never happen. Just more untruths which serve zero purpose...
Following it against growth rates and timeframes of an ACTUAL business, this is actually progressing as it should, in some cases ahead of schedule (conveniently points that are ignored), any businessman or actual researcher can see that. So speculations based on nothing really frighten no one.
Good luck!
No no, it must be because of Ray Barton...I mean, it's the only logical answer, lol.
Haha, not quite, it seems the concept of why that feat is 'kinda a big deal' is not being given the consideration it deserves...but should be. I'd just be wary if I were trying to talk poorly about a man who history is actually full of wins, as well as misses, and even the most successful businessman has. But I'd be more concerned with how those wins play EXACTLY into current scenarios more than companies PPS's into startup or restart phase actually even matter at this point...
Really, that simple? You are aware Ray brought businesses onto the INC list, yes? Or is that just 'opinion' (FYI, it's not...). I'd say that's worth looking at infrastructure and possibly taking a risk on a few 'long'shots...
Lol, I know right? And attempting to label it one before it's even reached a basic viability mark in its life is equally absurd.
Lol, oh good, someone Tweeted the SEC, it's all wrapped up now, lol!
'Enough said' however incorrectly it may be stated. Lol, this made me laugh. Everyone in penny land always judges a company before full infrastructure is set up, after all, it's what wise people do...
wait, no...
And you apparently missed the identical post on the MD*N board, literally trying to downplay the fact an MJ product HAD been released because Kush 'isn't a big player'. Point was, many have heard of Kush, mom and pop or not, but it's a little bigger than Ken's Country Store as it's trying to be made out to be with this line of 'tiresome' (good call) questioning.
Lol, can always tell the argument is won when actual facts start getting dubbed as opinions.
'They just released an MMJ product with a partner.'
'No! That's just your OPINION!'
'No, really, it's called Snorenz Medicated...'
'Thats only an OPINION! What's a FACT is Nick is a scam artist!'
Lol, I'd say another +1 for MDIN, based just on how far gone the train is on most of these rehashes and semi-truth stories not based in any business reality of timeframes...
Current score: MDIN + 2
But add to that how EASY it is to follow EVERYTHING along and not just select partial stories or single tweets...it's actually pretty funny. Just a basic application of industry knowledge tells you everything you need to know...
And that makes it MDIN +3
Score's going up quickly, and when it's actually TIME for a businesses hard work to be seen (hint, not there yet), so will the PPS. Could care less what it is today, today isn't what dictates where this will go, but knowing how a business is built does...
And follow the rehashed and partial arguments, which actual only ADD to the MDIN score...
Really, semantics on the cutoff for what constitutes a 'major player' and one word out of a factual 50 is the argument???
Lol! That would usually mean it's over.
MDIN: +1
It is, no one listens to what the actual 'fluff' is, which is trying to size up a company MONTHS before things should even be seen. 'Justin is just like Nick now' was hilarious to read. Except for the 9 factors any businessman can tell he's not by. But hey, always entertaining to read.
This'll have its day, but the company is hardly to the doom and gloom point, lol. And like you said, just for icing 'oh, here's an ACTUAL released MMJ product with a major company partner' but because it didn't instantly show up in dispensaries, it must be a scam. Too bad in the long run of a company, that doesn't even matter if it's one month or if it were six. Haha, there're are some pretty bad ones out today as arguments go...
Thanks for the answers, pretty good ones guys, though not quite totally satisfactory, but a lot more leaning towards the good and yes, seeing the reward IS worth the risk. A tad of 'investor blindness' going on, which is why in a few places I won't ask any follow-ups, that's a dead-end street, but again overall, good rationalization on about 85% of the questions.
I'm neither a supporter or detractor, just think when I see multiple posts claiming a man is about to cure cancer he deserves a little bit of scrutiny. There's still a few holes, but a lot remains to be seen still, so it'd be pre-mature for most if those to be drawn up conclusive already.
Bottom line of what IS conclusive: he hasn't cured anything, and as others answered, pre-trials and a filing for a patent application actually mean very little at this point, it's just something great to hold onto and I hope it's not just wishful thinking that gets strung along, as these things can take a looooong time to pan out.
But I hope they do pan out for everyone invested here in the long run. Good luck to all.
Funny thing is I'm not bashing them at all, and I happen to have family that DOES work in the medical field and has been able to do so specifically working with cancer patients. And yes, we've actually seen patients lives SAVED by experimental treatments being given runs in hospitals successfully, and I actually hope this does the same.
But interesting how asking tough questions they should be able to answer for as serious of topics as this is all of a sudden synonymous with throwing the company under the bus. Doesn't exactly evoke confidence in the weight of the trust of the company.
And btw, as connected as their new guy is, yes, a successful trial should be able to generate funding to further research and no, last filing they mention grants they were eyeing but that 'no one is interested in funding them'. Turn blind eyes all you want, I want to know why his massive resume can't yield any funding. These people are extremely well connected to these sources, this I do know. And anything pioneered can gain funding, but yes, also does take time. It just seems enough time to still be skinny on sources, that's all.
Where I think we're missing each other is I'm not so concerned with Big Pharma and anything that may be potentially swayed by a stock as I am non-profit research. They DON'T miss a thing or consider anything a waste of time if it's shown effective, pre-trial, clinical or not--they're running some of the most effective, successful and even in some cases EXPERIMENTAL treatment in the world through hospitals. Even though unfortunately they still look at numbers, funding and profitability, it's not just to make a stock bounce, that's not in their main vocabulary.
If this were based right off of the success of a study done 10 years prior, the bigger point is I see they're taking a turn of the already established basis, which, ya, can jive. I'm just sticking to the falseness of the statement 'there isn't anything else with the immune system regressing tumors' bc that's just not true. Not that the research will be a bust, or the trials, I think everyone in the world wants success for this. It's just representation of proper facts not just for hype is important to me here.
Lastly, yes, the PR in question was positive, of course, the company will represent anything as positive, as they should, I've seen it a thousand times, especially in the pennies. But if you read between the lines, a lot appears. 'We're so thankful they helped us with this process which will make it easier to proceed in the future, etc' is TOTALLY 'well, we missed that basic one, but we learned something, let's make sure we don't miss that next time', but from a guy with how many years of doing this? Not knowing what to submit to the FDA first time on that one really doesn't invoke confidence. Not the end of the world, or the yelling 'scam' garbage that happens, just tough questions on claims and progress that should not be treated lightly.
I'm actually just asking questions, seeing some good and not so good answers, and really hoping they actually build on Dr Minn's work. Greater point is just that the concept is not a new one, and just being 'a brilliant doctor' doesn't compensate for a lack of development capital, and someone who been in the industry for years could find funding almost immediately with the way these guys are connected if they found something truly groundbreaking, which is what is being stated as such.
But I'd like also to read more about Dr. Ichim, because it does seem like he's had a long career and contributed a lot to different therapies especially immunology and oncology. What medical journals is he published in that I can review?
If it's the real deal then all of them will have remedies. D5 had some pretty good answers for them, but there will be some that remains to be seen. Filing for a patent application is not necessarily a short process though...
Thank you, those were some good answers, and mostly what I was looking for, with a few pieces however I don't think are entirely accurate to my inquiry.
The point was this is not new research, it's an application of 10-year old research. And not the only of its kind, as it's stated. Not bad things at all, but it was treated as such. it'd be great if cancer research shared it's findings with others openly, but they often don't , and that is a fact I know from the inside, because it is indeed an industry. But the greater point is they've 'found' something groundbreaking with an R&D budget which is less than opening a pizzeria? Mmmmmm.....
And by 'swoop in' that would be by the multi MULTI billon dollar non-profits who monitor EVERYTHING and have seen this research for over 10 years.
And I can bull on that they couldn't find funding. This isn't a search engine, that's a bad comparison. This is a company claiming they just had a potential breakthrough in cancer research. That would not be an issue. But they just conveniently stated they would need to sell securities as they issued a WHOLE lot more. I'm just saying.
But thank you for your answers.
Which ones? There's literally no opinion there, and a true curiosity as to the answers to those questions. If I did make a mistake, genuinely, tell me where and I'll call it as one.
