Who has panels installed by this company? This company is listed on www.pumpsanddumps.com
Scam alert. Doesn't seem if folks have read the introduction. I called the number of the company on the OTCMarkets website. Out-of-Service. Called the number on the company's website. Some guy answered the phone on his voice mail. Pretty funky. Stock is on the Hall of Fame at www.pumpsanddumps.com. Wake up!
I have moved on from this. Come the 22nd, I don't expect much. If there is a quote, doubtful, I will put in a sell order to get whatever I can get. This time, I will not put all my eggs in one basket. Sprinkle a little $$$ over a number of penny stocks and hope that one turns out to be a lottery winner. This time I will do my DD before buying the stock. One obvious one is to call the listed phone number for the company. Another is to check on a big claim by the company.
The street view for the address given for the company looks like an apartment building. Doing a telephone search for the company comes up with a different address.

If you want to repeat your experience with FV, go to the bathroom, fill your wallet with the same amount of money you paid for the shares, toss the wallet into the toilet and keep flushing until it disappears.
For the chump change, might as well hang onto the shares and wait for the second coming.
Any bid?
Fistula is already on the Grey Market.

Response from Scottrade.
Thank you for contacting us regarding a position in FVSTA (Far Vista Petroleum) that will be coming off suspension in less than 2 weeks.
You would be able to sell these Grey Market shares through Scottrade as long as we have it quoted with bidders available.
Please be aware that Grey Market securities are price protected at the destination level only (i.e. the market maker where your order is actually routed to). They are not protected market wide. This means that any limit price you enter could be traded through if the prints are reported by a market maker other than the one holding your order.
Far Vista lied about Lukoil. That is proven. Far Vista had a bogus address and phone number. Proven. What makes anyone think the buy out offer is not a lie.
Lukoil has denied making a "monstrous" or any discovery on their land adjoining Far Vest.
Far Vista is like a vampire that keeps getting up. Let's hope that this is the wood stake that finally finishes it off. As far as selling on the gray market, my feeling is that this would be a study in frustration.
I had $2,000. One lesson I learned is to put in a modest amount of money. If you win, then take a larger part of that money and try another penny stock. Then, at least, you are playing with the casino's money. As Will Shakespeare said, the fault is not in the stars, but ourselves.
This is a bitter lesson. I am going to learn from this and move on. Out of this, I have reinvented my method in investing in penny stocks. There is really no other game in the stock market if one tries to make a little money into a lot of money. The world cannot function if every one lies. There are those who will take advantage of that trust. The biggest scam I know about, happened many years ago, was Bre-Ex. The company salted a "gold" prospect in Indonesia, I believe. The company geologist fell out or was pushed out of a helicopter. And so it goes. One thing that doesn't lie is the price chart. If one learns how to interpret the price chart...
At Scottrade the bid and ask is zero. The value of my shares is shown as zero. The symbol is FVST##.
Did anyone contact Lukoil to confirm the "monstrous" oil discovery?
That depends on the PRs, if any, to be released by FV. Then, how to place a sell without knowing the quote?
It looks like the SEC has questions about every thing about FV.
The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of FVSTA because of questions
that have been raised about the accuracy and adequacy of publicly disseminated information
concerning, among other things, FVSTA's business prospects, operations, and control.
In retrospect there are a number of red flags: (1) Company address is for a lawyer with his practice areas written on the building. (2) The president of the company is going to get his lawyers to upgrade the listing. Never mind the requirements. (3) Cancels shares outstanding on the premise that will drive up the stock price. Only improved revenue can do that. (4) Telephone call to the number listed for the company is answered by someone having nothing to do with the company. Or so he says. (5) Second phone call answered by voice mail with no return call. (6) "Monstrous" oil find next door to company's property which "extends" into company's property. (7) Ping pong announcements of ongoing negotiations.
According to the following, as of the dates stated, every stock after a 10 day suspension goes on the grey sheets.

So to have call your broker to put in a sell order?
There is no quote for NORX.
NORX is on the Grey Market.
NORX was being promoted by outside parties. Not by the president of the company.

I am right that the reserve figures for FV is 16 million barrels? If yes, then does FV own that oil?
If it turns out that FV info is bogus, most likely the halt will be permanent. Given the blanket nature of the halt, things do not look good.
Now I know what Far Vesta is selling. I think. If I have this information right, they own an oil field with 16 million barrels of oil on it. Lukoil oil formation extends into their field but is unproven. There are 616,406,235 shares outstanding. Their counter offer of 0.58 cents per share (right?), would yield $357,515.616 which works out around $22 per barrel. The SEC halt announcement referred to the many PR's regarding the offers and counteroffers. If the SEC is satisfied all of this is legit, the temporary halt may be lifted before November 21st. If not the temporary halt will become permanent. All of this may be coming about at this time because of the Lukoil announcement. I am open to other interpretations or better information.
Lukoil is just relaying the PRs.
In retrospect, it was dopey for Far Vista to keep putting out PRs on every offer and counteroffer. Once the deal is set, make an announcement. Was it dopey or deliberate?
A ray of hope. Far Vista has a verified company profile on the OTC market. A recent SEC filing. I called the number listed. Got an answering machine. Left a message to call me about the suspension. It may that the prior company information triggered the suspension. Let's chill out and await results.
The phone call to that guy in Levittown probably triggered the suspension. He complained to someone.
The market has its mysterious ways. The chart is poised for a move up.
Things are looking up.

I got 0.042/0.047 on Scottrade.
I just tried to go to OTCmarkets.com, I can't access the website. The message is that it is under maintenance.
