Correction.. no one bailed. Everyone "left" because we were tired of all the whining.
I'm sorry...what? "The Market doesn't lie"? Are you freakin' serious? The market in pennyland....with massive shorting, manipulators like those that just got endited last week, and coordinated trading by groups, ect, ect, ect.
And you're saying that " the market doesn't lie"? LOL
Agreed. I'm pretty confident D. Huffman has a better grasp of the situation than than a bunch of messageboard quarterbacks who think just because they made some money playing congame flips to make money they are financial geniuses. I'm a pretty smart guy..own a successful business and have a MBA.. Yet i wouldn't begin to question tactics in situations like this.. And frankly have't seen anything from anyone on the board that makes me believe they should either.
"Scientifical" type question...Any correlation/crossover to Arendt's CDK4/CDK6 patent?

Their detailed knowledge of transactions is pretty impressive.
Even provides contact info for investigating officers/agents.

Only thing we know about 8k is it is to detail deal for Andret's IP. Lets not overhype now...
True, but good news is we know exactly who to contact when it happens, no?
"The SEC’s investigation has been conducted by Michael Paley, Eric M. Schmidt, Mona Akhtar, Joseph Darragh, and Tejal Shah. The case was supervised by Ms. Cottrell, and the litigation will be led by David Stoelting."
Actually in answering your own twitter question to GC:
"Solantey: Is there a defined plan in place to promote LymPro to the global media?"
GC: When the time is right, yes. Get KOLs behind it first. We don't want our data getting slammed as has happened to others.
Seems like that is exactly what they did at C4CT. Everything else was the hype of "stock traders" such as yourself.
Just to be clear Adonia, I wasn't referring to JN. I've been a long term investor here for nearly 2 years. Apologies if that was the impression given. I was speaking of the parasites that make a living flipping opinions on message boards and call it "trading."
True, but the "major analyst covering $AMBS" also blogged yesterday:
Given the 45% haircut in Amarantus stock on July 31, 2014, we believe today is an attractive entry opportunity. Nothing has materially changed with respect to the CLIA opportunity ahead with LymPro. Development programs with MANF and eltoprazine remain on tract, and as of August 1, 2014 we estimate the company has approximately $3.5 million in cash on hand, or enough to fund operations into 2015 without significant additional dilution under the Lincoln Park equity agreement.
http://bionapcfa.blogspot.com/2014/08/why-im-still-optimistic-on-lympro-and.html
Plenty of near term catalysts yet to come to fruition. While time lines can change in a fluid environment, these events are coming..
GC, when will we learn who our target partner is that BD is handing LymPro off to?
We expect to complete the agreement by the end of the summer.
Does AMBS expect to have a big pharma partner for one or more MANF indications before uplisting?
We expect to complete the agreement by the end of the summer.
How are Grant applications going, can you say how many apps are filed, when can expect to hear about news on this Front.
We have submitted 6 applications to date, and are working on more for the August deadline.
What is the timeline for the first Orphan Drug application with MANF?

When do you expect to issue revenue guidance for Lympro?
In our 2nd quarter conference call.
Will there be any forthcoming publications from the Bascom Palmer Institute re: Retinitis Pigmentosa and MANF?
Yes. We were told later this year
Being that the ink is still wet on the recent announcement of his early retirement, Rice's attendance at #C4CT may bring some media buzz..
Brewer Sports @BrewerSports · Jul 26
We are excited to announce the participation of our good friend @sidneyrice at our 3rd #C4CT Summit at the @UN July 31st! @AmarantusBio
My first buy was 11/1/12 based on MR's hype...I happily flipped 4 days later for a decent profit. I was pretty green to the trading thing so thought I was pretty smart.
AND THEN I actually starting doing the DD and following the story.... Sure wish I could have those shares back that I bought at 013...
Anyway, been buying and accumulating ever since. I'm not a "whale" by any means, but feel pretty good as my share count grows....a few more to buy today actually... GLTA

Nice end of day news. Representation at the upcoming #C4CT ALZ Summitt is leagues above those in the past. Very exciting.
Agreed. Buy a little more AMBS when possible....check boards every once in awhile ..run my business..smile at the end of the day knowing the future is very bright..."and repeat. "
Has been my mantra for over 2 years and counting... No worries here.
Buying a few here too..smashed the kid's piggy banks last night! they were just going to waste it on Pokemon cards anyway...
Perhaps we'll see the data in a post closing PR. It would be a good way to better ensure media coverage tomorrow at the poster session.
This confirms previously published work on LymPro (Stieler et al, 2001, and Stieler et al, 2012)
This finding was confirmed in a second study conducted by Jens Steiler, et al, where the authors were able to retrospectively differentiate AD from Other Dementias [(OD), mostly Idiopathic Parkinson’s disease] with 95% sensitivity and 90% specificity [Steiler, J et al, 2012. Neurobio Aging 33:234-341]

Holy crap...thank you. about dropped my beer.
Been awhile, but have to respond to this one...., "no market for a AD diagnostic?" Eli spent $800M for AMVID, a AD diagnostic product..Are you suggesting they did this for a product with "no market."
And that's $800M for a POS that even states on the disclosures that "A positive Amyvid scan does not establish a diagnosis of AD or other cognitive disorder.”
Today/tomorrow conference agenda and participants:

Any thoughts on today's 8k?? Sorry cant post link right now...
I don't have time to cut/paste and highlight right now, but suggest all interested make a quick search for "Congressman Chaka Fattah" with"General Pete Chiarelli."
A lot of recent(2014) news involving these 2 together.
Chiarelli has been active with the #C4CT Summit since the very first and was also involved in the govt grant to Banyan(TBI research) that AMBS had a small hand in.
He is also CEO of One Mind with Gemini/Apollo programs using govt $$ to research TBI and it's relations to later life PTSD/AD/PD/ect.
Not dot connecting...just the facts jack.
Well played Zoom. Btw Happy 1st fathers day tomorrow.. And same wishes to all others dad's here.
So, beyond the question of the actual date of the convo with MJFF, which you failed to respond to...why do you continue to post the same diluted statement that MJFF is "firm on the notion" that "probably"??
What the hell does that mean?? I'm absolutely positive that today is probably Saturday....or maybe Sunday.
How do you combine a statement like "firm on the notion" and then drop a "probably" into it?"
It sounds to me like you are covering your back so that when the grant comes rolling out you can fall back on that "probably" and proclaim your wisdom.
Dr. Urano is making the trip to San Fran.... and participating in the Late Breaking Poster Session.
http://wolframsyndrome.blogspot.com/
http://app.core-apps.com/tristar_ada14/abstract/e3048dedfd3d5fbcc516bc86383997ce
Perhaps he'll be sharing his sentiments that "MANF is an attractive target for Wolfram syndrome and type 1 diabetes."
"In addition to protecting insulin-producing cells from ER stress-mediated cell death, I think that MANF could protect brain cells and eye cells from death."
My only request was for you to throw a date on the leading element of your e-mail correspondence with MJFF.
While most here know the post-it this replaced was over a year old, I seem to remember that particular response being even older than that, no? We can all look back in your posting history to find out, but figured you would know very well.
"In addition to protecting insulin-producing cells from ER stress-mediated cell death, I think that MANF could protect brain cells and eye cells from death. We will keep on working on this molecule." -Dr. Urano's blog today.
This may have already been posted..
http://wolframsyndrome.blogspot.com/
"Other question is why another stickie was repost so it appears not to be a year old, even though it is still irrelevant to AMBS. Its an off topic post about what MJFF is doing."
Agreed. Truly pathetic.
I take this as just one more knowledgeable and informed(i.e. not just some profile on a message board) who sees the potential and value to Amarantus.
AMBS presents at their forum and they now have invested money and their reputation to help sponsor/partner the C4CT Summit....very nice.
When exactly was this MJFF convo? Aren't you presenting an e-mail statement well over a year old now?
Seems appropriate that the lead header of that article on the link is "Countdown",no?
So obviously very dated news, but I had forgotten just how long Dr. Urano has been working with MANF and it's potential diabetes applications.
From June 2011:
http://investor.generex.com/releasedetail.cfm?ReleaseID=583583
""The joint efforts of many players, starting from the discovery of a new use of MANF at UMass Medical School for diabetes, and the synergies of two highly committed organizations, has allowed us to generate a unique opportunity to launch a commercial development program for MANF as a biomarker of cellular stress and stressed beta cells in diabetes," said Dr. Fumihiko Urano, associate professor at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, who identified MANF's role in this area. "
Flippers dream=company with real and exciting potential being traded on the OTC market where volatility and scare selling or abundant. Throw in message boards providing means to fuel or set fire to perceived potential on a systematic basis for shorting or flipping, thus appearing as yet another P&D to many investors.
As I have suggested in the past, I believe that the Wolfram's data will be THE catalyst.
http://wolframsyndrome.blogspot.com/
As I read Dr. Urano's blog postings I feel like he is building up to something... almost being introspective of where and when his journey began to bring him to this point in his research.
In his opinion Wolfram's treatment = Diabetes treatment.
If his MANF application data is found to be positive in regulating the ER stress, great, great things will come from this. IMO.
