A lot of recent(2014) news involving these 2 together.

Chiarelli has been active with the #C4CT Summit since the very first and was also involved in the govt grant to Banyan(TBI research) that AMBS had a small hand in.
He is also CEO of One Mind with Gemini/Apollo programs using govt $$ to research TBI and it's relations to later life PTSD/AD/PD/ect.
