I'd like your educated opinion based on the recent 8K.
I don't mean to be sarcastic. I have a lot of respect for your frank analysis and I always look for your comments on this board.
Thank you in advance.
Stocks are never predictable. Of course I hope you are correct, but I doubt it. Only good numbers in the Q's and the K's can move the pps up at this point.

You should not be trading..if you put a sell order with a limit at .0009, your broker will execute immediately since the bid is at .0014. Actually they are doing you a favor, giving you more than you asked for..basic stuff..move on to something else and stop wasting money like us "experts".
Too many false starts in the past. Let's hope this time this is the real one!
I agree, but why the market doesn't see this "rare opportunity"?
Where is the "smart money"?. My only hope is that, since we are trading as a pink, we are flying under the radar until we move to a better exchange.
Standard factoring fees are 2-4%, depending upon the credit worthiness of the receivable.
DITTO!
The market has very little confidence in Praxin's mgmt. If they believed in the numbers announced so far, the pps would be higher despite the dilution.Audited financials are paramount at this point. As far as the dilution goes, I can't prove it, but in my opinion it happened when the pps went from .14 to .06 during the same trading day back in March, if I recall correctly.
Clearly there has been dilution, otherwise the pps would be much higher. If the numbers are good, we'll see a bounce around .10. Then it is up to the market, and the confidence It has, in the ability of the magmt. to deliver sequential growth.
After hours as of May 19th..PLEASE!!
I wish you and everyone else pay more attention, before posting misleading info. Thank you.
Would you please address my concerns if you can? Thanks
First let me say that I invested in Paws (200k avg.0.13).
IMO the reason the pps is so low is the lack of confidence in the numbers. Until ther is proof that these numbers are legit and rev continues at this rate , We won't see the light..I am also a bit concerned that workers comp will dispute all of these requests for payment for this wonderful ointment.

Can't find the 8K anywhere. Can anyone please post it here?
P.S. I invested 5k this Thur.
Ditto! I increased my stake yesterday
Well, then the big question remains. Where is the catch? Usually the market knows best and It is Always a leading indicator to where a company is heading valuation wise. Clearly It did not like the latest 8k. I am going to be patient and hopefully this time the market got it wrong.
Almost everything I read on this board sounds terrific, but the market does not seem to care. I respectfully remind all of the board members that the trading volume is still ridiculous, and then, when we have a little spike, it is either because some of us are buying more than usual, or some small trader is buying in the hope of making a quick buck. I repeat, if our technology has merit, sooner than later, big pharma will show up at the door and that day we'll all be rewarded for our patience. Otherwise is going to be another pie in the sky ending in despair. I am hopeful for the former and prepared for the latter.
Can someone on this board shed some light on the reasons why the market continuously dismisses this company?
My contribution: major dilution on the horizon, Darpa and India revenue dismal at best and a general disbelief that AEMD will soon be a target by one of the major Pharma.
Any Comment would be appreciated.
Why is the bid price so low? (under 0.12)..I think this is a legitimate question. It is frustrating to see such a great company totally dismissed by the market. How long and what will it take to gain some respect?
I have a simple question...why the market is not anticipating the upcoming IDE approval? When there is a special situation, like with AEMD, the market always knows if there is great value hiding in the woods. Instead, we stand idle in the .10-.11 range.. not an encouraging sign. Of course, I hope I am totally wrong with my analysis, but I would appreciate any comment that would shed some light over this issue that I am bringing before this board. Thanks in advance.
It translates in approx. $ 150 mil. market cap. Pie in the sky? I don't think so, as long as they deliver and revenues begin to show on the horizon.
I 'll keep my fingers crossed, considering what I have riding on this stock!
IMO the latest developments reaffirm the fundamentals and great potentials of Aethlon's HP, but the market does not seem to care about it.
I have an open question for this community.
What would be your best educated guess on why the market is not rewarding the company? Does anyone believe (I do!)that the price is kept artificially low for cynical reasons? (i.e. the weakest the company, the easiest will be to put it out of business, hence eliminating a formidable competitor to the drug industry)
I look forward to your comments. Thank you.
Please elaborate, I don't understand what you mean. Thank you.
The article re-establishes the good fundamentals of Aethlon's technology. But the market is telling us something else. To me that is mind boggling, since the market always anticipates what is forthcoming. So, if this year we don't have a substantial move in pps, then I have to conclude, we have a dog in our hands, with all due respect for the dogs.
If JJ did not address these issues at all, I am concerned. Why present at a retail conference, and then refuse to answer fundamental questions. I don't have the luxury to communicate directly with JJ. I am hopeful that our most experienced shareholders will press those questions to JJ and demand an answer.
I believe JJ is going to make a case for Aethlon to the retail community, meaning "US". Hence , not a big deal. Substantial move in share price will only occur when a big Pharma decides to get on board with Aethlon, or, but this event could take some time, when institutional investors will finally get involved (pps must be above $5, so we need first a .50 pps and then a reverse split 10-1). Pie in the sky? Well, We shall see.
Could you please elaborate when you refer to "our team" ?
About $35,000 worth of shares changed hands and you call this a miracle? Well I need to see millions of shares trading.. THAT would be a miracle!
Thank you!
I am new here , but I have been an AEMD shareholder for almost 3 years. I was never a trader, instead I have been patiently accumulating shares over the past 2 years. I am sorry to say that pps is still way above the current one. Today I decided to increase my stake, but I was unable to do so with Fidelity where my shares are. They will let me sell but I cannot buy. Something fishy is in the air. I don't like rotten fish, so I am hopeful the reason many of us are unable to buy is a good one..
