Hwebs ELTK on fire
DNDT filed .01 EPS Sales up, LT debt down almost 1 million, net accounts recieable almost 2 million. Going forward looks very good for continued earnings & financing for aquisitions - company growth. Debt looks to no longer be a threat.
Current price per share is way undervalued in my opinion.
Checkmate28
H-web ELTK 3.05 up12% Thanks for that beauty. Best performer I have these last few weeks. That was some last hour rally & volume spurt. It looks like we may continue with a gap tomorrow AM. I couldn't find news but their year end was 12/31 so they must have or almost filed a good Q1.
For what its worth, there is a guy named Harley on Yahoo who claims to be buying up the float.
http://finance.messages.yahoo.com/bbs?.mm=FN&action=m&board=1601028322&tid=eltk&sid=...
Bobwins, EZEN I think you had a little fat finger somewhere in your last post. Actually last trade was 2.69 & its up .50 since midday Wed. & volume has been very nice. I'm wondering if there is an institution taking a position or like you said, someone knows something about Infoworkspace or the numbers due out.
Check
Bobwins, CPE I'm far from an oil guru, but I have a falling position in CPE that I'm trying to understand. When I bought, I saw a company that had been on its feet with 04 Q2 earnings of $0.58/share, being temporarily hit hard by the Habanero well control valve problem & hurricane Ivan. Knowing Habanero was 30% of their total production & was due back on line to produce above Q2 levels, I thought there was a good chance of sneaking in while no body was looking except you guys.
Long term things seem to look pretty good.
Finished repairs should increase production above Q2 2004 levels for Medusa and Habanero in Q1 of "05"
Tripling of the exploration budget for 05 should help future revenues
Development costs occured in 04 for Medusa and Habanero are done
A new major field for "06" & 18 good quality exploration prospects for "05"
If you don't mind, how do you view things differently if at all? & how do things look to you short term, meaning Q1 & Q2 assuming we have at least $45 oil? Are the repairs completed & the 04 Q2 production levels been resumed?
If the plan is still working, than what we are probably seeing is just a bad reaction to the over all economy in general & the reaction to the dismal Q4 earninges that included the tax payments & going forward things would be very optimistic.
As always thanks in advance

Hweb ELTI Thanks for bringing this one out. I have been scouring for 3 days for a non BB for my 401K. ELTI grabbed me as a no brainer at that price. I liked the turn around last quarter, the guidance & the large drop from the 5 range.
Old Pro, SSKILLS1 I think I was fighting you guys for shares. It was a battle once it got past the 2.22 around 3:30 PM.
Still looking for another position. Must be Non OTC-BB
OT DNDT Q1 Earnings Monday maybe.
Have a good weekend

DNDT Things looking very good here. Definitely a good value in my eyes for a keep & accumulate. Spoke with Dennis Key. He was very upbeat & confident in the future of the company. The company Pr posted yesterday explains quite a bit.
http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/050418/sfm163.html?.v=4
Basically Tripled EPS
Revenue + 82%
1st quarter should be very good Was told the earnings momentum will continue.
1 Q should be out in 2 weeks
Projections, 05 should be a record year with continued revenue & earnings momentum. There are some real nice projects they are working on now. Dennis has a 2 year goal to do 100 million & bring 13 - 14 million to the bottom line with a few of the right acquisitions & some good financing. Investors are taking them serious, now that the financial obstacles are out of the way. The economy for semi conductors is good right now (INTEL today earning +25%) & there available market for the photo circuit etching & cleanup alone is 2.4 billion.
Dennis has 40 years experience with this industry & with larger companies. I think Dennis has the right tools & vehicle to take this company to the next level.
Quote, We will not see dilution other than from acquisitions
Bad 4th Q should be just a blip on the growth chart. Reasons are:
Sarbanes – Oxley caused the auditors to be extra cautious
There was 222k in revenue taken against the bottom line. This could very well work for us next Q & be a positive inventory variance like Quarter 1 & 3 of 04
There were growing pains to over come. To get the ramp up going they had to hire nearly a whole new staff, train them & learn to build new tools as a company. There were a few production variances & cost over runs that they now have a good handle on. The new team is very good & has pinpointed many areas to improve the bottom line.
The Lam contract is more extensive than is made public & there is more benefit to DNDT coming than meets the eye.

OT, A friend said he turned 5k into 80k & never lost on one trade. He sometimes exaggerates though. He got a program that walks you through trading currency. I was intrigued but haven’t looked further. Now I see advertised on this site. REFCO online currency trading. Anyone have the lowdown on this? Just a little intrigued that’s all.
Thanks in advance for any info

rjkraco, The BSX deal is more than a rumor. Its real & the CEO stated the terms are completed. The rumors are about the terms of which we don't know. Were told by the CEO, it will allow us to move to another exchange. I couldn't find everything as quick as I wanted but I did find a few things to get you up to speed. There is more words ON the deal terms from the CEO in a PR (other than below) somewhere but I could not find them quick. The near term posibilities for this company are many & the market for their tech is many billions
"We've completed an important acquisition that provided new technologies, experienced high-level staff personnel, and a European presence. Our intellectual property portfolio has continued to grow as we've added key patents. We have also executed a term sheet with a major manufacturer of medical devices, and are currently working on closing documents in that transaction."

The total market for MRI safe biomedical devices and implants is estimated to be $12 billion.
The total market for the $40 billion drug delivery market.
Biophan has joint development arrangements with Boston Scientific (BSX) and NASA's Ames Center for Nanotechnology
Biophan and its licensors now hold a total of 108 U.S. patents, licenses, or applications.

This list is much larger & the list of possibilities could be endless for this company.

TGA Oil gurus. How do you see TGA's present value compared to FPPC, ASPN, & CPE at current prices?
The 4th Q & this AMs news release does not look to bode well for the short term PPS
Appreciate any comments.
Checkmate28
FPPC Joined the party with with a nice position this AM Thanks to all the great DD on this board. Will join the ASPN party later below 3
Estimated, BIPH I like your theory & I like the chances. Virtually no downside & just a matter of time before BIPH is seen as a serious company. The potential is huge here & its a matter of when this thing breaks out. Each anouncment brings us closer to a new exchange & a MAJOR revenue deal. One of the best no brain Nano plays out there.
Bobwins, Nice post on FPPC vs ASPN Appreciate the work here.
hweb2, Gary from SI Microcap Kitchen got the hammer out mid morning & coupled with things here really made it happen. The real story is the numbers, they don't lie & credit goes to Dennis Key of DNDT who made the turn around possible. I originally picked this up many months ago from Gary at SI & further saw stockjockma pounding here as well. Just been waiting for the right timing to load up. Hopefully the company gets some numbers out soon. Have not gotten a responce via phone & cannot find an e-mail.
I dumped 1/2 mine for 100% in less than a week!
lentinman Its the least I can do in bringing something to this board. I've taken & learned a great deal here.
Hweb Sorry, my bad on the dates. That was from memory 1am last Thur
DNDT Holders Congratulations!
Price is still only close to reflecting the companys value.
Thinking the actual filing will further move us.
Last year they were out Jan 27th
LenT, DNDT A record 4th Q for the year makes sence as the reported production delays from the 3rd Q will fall to the 4th & the addition of the new source or revenue will help as well.
This being said they will have a record year ( 14 yrs in business) More importantly, Dennis Key very confidently said in late Nov that he could tell me the 4th Q would be the best Q of the year.
Dennis Key with his 40 years in the semiconductor business seem to have turned this company around.
We have .06 for 3 Q's & .03 for the 4th would give us a PE of 2 ... At .36 per share we get a PE of only 4
All seems entirely possible & almost likely to me.
Good Luck Checkmate28
DNDT They were selling me at .155 & .16 the last few days as I added. Filings were out last year on the 27th of January. I did put in a call a few days ago to the company to see when the filing would be posted but as of yet have no response.
H-web .09 EPS will give you a semiconductor company trading at a PE of just under 2 How is it possible? LOL
23 Million shares outstanding with projected revenues over $15 million. Insider Douglas Dixson controls about 15million shares. He just sold 214,000 shares. Maybe he loaned it back to the company. He signed personal on the Lynch Loan.
Yes, I spoke with Dennis shortly after the 3rd q was out. Dennis told me he could confidently tell me the 4th q would be the best of the year. The 4th Q they licensed a couple new products from Axcelis. There's no up front fee or payable on these new products. They only have to pay 18% royalty on product sold up to a total of $750,000. Sweet deal with basically no risk. ....06 so far for the first 3 Qs so .09 seems do-able
Dennis KEY Quote from NOV 16TH PR
"I am very pleased with the amount of progress and growth that we are experiencing this year," said Dennis Key, president and CEO of ASI. "Although third quarter results did not meet our expectations due to routine production delays -- which prevented shipment of several tools within this time period -- we are pleased to report three consecutive quarters of profitability. Moreover, current projections for the fourth quarter suggest that by January 1, we will have produced the best annual results in the company's history." (14+ years)
DNDT has reached favorable resolutions of all of the major contingent liabilities. The settlements and the amended agreement with Lam will require significant cash payments over the next twelve months, but the Registrant will avoid ongoing legal fees and expenses and the required payments will be at more favorable terms than under the original agreements. See link below
http://biz.yahoo.com/e/040817/dndt.ob8-k.html
More highlights from the filings
CEO Dennis Key is a 40-year semiconductor industry veteran.
The Company plans to remedy this working capital deficit through its newly engineered sales plan that allows the Company to break even selling replacement parts alone coupled with increasing the revenue generated from the sales of capital equipment.
Currently, approximately 26% of our revenues result from sales outside the U.S., with an increasing percentage of sales to customers headquartered in Asia.
Help me out here, what are we missing?
I think we see .36 easy a couple days after the earnings are released. Probably some good news to boot as well. That gives us a PE of 4 If they keep up or step up the earnings from here, than maybe they will not need much cash infusion after all. LOL!
Good Luck!

P.S. The large seller of 1.5 million was in on the original deal, had no cost basis & was supposed to hold most of his shares. Basically he hosed everyone & hit the bid till now. Hes done
ACST As I verify info I'll post. For the weekend, the ATEL board is where the chat is at. Lots of gloomy history from the old shell there. Quite a few people got burned with w/Mike Markow. The investment community hasen't enough confidence in the new company or management or doesen't even know the business has changed & the shell is clean. The promotion is just getting started & they are busy. Thats the beauty though for me. Lots of room on the upside if my DD is correct & the truth is being told to me.
Check
Morning FF ACST Have you done any DD on this one. I've been in contact with DAG their promoters & the story there is very interesting. I've verified some things & have more to verify still. I beleive the company is going to start putting out some PR's to get the story out. Here’s what I know. Spoke with Investor relations & got the following information. The shell was acquired recently by DAG Enterprises, is clean & has no debt. They are not affiliated with the badly thought of old shell ATEL owned by Mike Markow. There is a name change coming. Form 14 c was filled for a name change, the trading symbol will change. Available on Edgar online. Their product is very high end furniture sales, 20k plus for some pieces. The CEO & VP have very impressive resumes, at least in the areas of running their business. 20 some years of experience each & many European design awards. They plan a second store in “04” in the Atlanta area, one in the Golden Triangle area in Denver Colorado & to use their design experience to create their own lines. They have 3 patents, one of witch is still pending. They can be verified from the Patent Attorney. They are debt free, revenues are 1 million a year +, assets of 18 million (questionable). Only 35MIL O/S, 3.5MIL free traded shrs, 2 million in the float as 1.5 mil are reportedly locked up by insiders. There are no s-8’s & none planned. The company is expecting the PPS to be near 2.00 soon. I know, speculation right. IMHO the reason for the decline is in the DTC report. The large seller, Research started with 1.5 million shares, has hit the bid from the 1.70’s. Started last week with 859K & this Mondays DTC report showed seller with 60k left. With this weeks activity, one could guess he’s done selling. Somebody is still selling though. I have seen transaction statements from the guys at DAG for good size blocks in the dollar + range. I don’t think they are interested in dilution or selling as they want the PPS up. They need a website with some investor information but you can go to EUROOFFLINE.COM or walk in the store & see the products they represent. Quite impressive. As for me I’m still digging but I’m betting on the bounce & there’s lots of room up there. I have some information that I would be glad to fax you or you can contact Chris Stevenson from DAG 1-888-777-3320 Tell him Check sent you. Feel free to use my e-mail in the profile. My reputation is important so I will not lie to you guys. What I’ve posted is either what I’ve seen, heard or my honest or uneducated opinion. I still have some things to learn but I’m working on them. If you choose to look any further, have any questions or find any alarming information, let me know please.
Thanks John
PS Great board, one of my favorites & one of the few I know of that is full of credible posters. I've been here for awhile & own a few of the sucurities you talk about here.
Fire, Sweet moves on PAVP & xyny, ACST going to rock when the story unfolds. I've had a few conversations with Chris Stevenson of DAG Enterprises. Got lots of info sent to me. Sorry I was busy at work & have to leave now, but I will be here tomorrow.
Check
Firefight, Hello, I just joined as I've been reading here for awhile & your ACST post just drew me in. Reason for the price decline is in the DTC reports. They show a seller with 1.5 million shares that are all gone accept for 60K shares left this Monday. Over 700,000 sold just last week. One could surmise Research pounded the bid & is out of shares now. The shell was recently purchased & now holds a legitimate business with a plan, revenues, assets, patents pending & no debt. Form 14c was filed for the name & symbol change as well. Me, I'm looking for the bounce & lets see if the new management steps up to the plate. Lots of room up there with only 3.5 million in the float.
As for the past history, of the past shell with the past management, that one might hear about, thats the past!! I took a position & hope to make money with the new company.
