H-web .09 EPS will give you a semiconductor company trading at a PE of just under 2 How is it possible? LOL

23 Million shares outstanding with projected revenues over $15 million. Insider Douglas Dixson controls about 15million shares. He just sold 214,000 shares. Maybe he loaned it back to the company. He signed personal on the Lynch Loan.

Yes, I spoke with Dennis shortly after the 3rd q was out. Dennis told me he could confidently tell me the 4th q would be the best of the year. The 4th Q they licensed a couple new products from Axcelis. There's no up front fee or payable on these new products. They only have to pay 18% royalty on product sold up to a total of $750,000. Sweet deal with basically no risk. ....06 so far for the first 3 Qs so .09 seems do-able

Dennis KEY Quote from NOV 16TH PR
"I am very pleased with the amount of progress and growth that we are experiencing this year," said Dennis Key, president and CEO of ASI. "Although third quarter results did not meet our expectations due to routine production delays -- which prevented shipment of several tools within this time period -- we are pleased to report three consecutive quarters of profitability. Moreover, current projections for the fourth quarter suggest that by January 1, we will have produced the best annual results in the company's history." (14+ years)

DNDT has reached favorable resolutions of all of the major contingent liabilities. The settlements and the amended agreement with Lam will require significant cash payments over the next twelve months, but the Registrant will avoid ongoing legal fees and expenses and the required payments will be at more favorable terms than under the original agreements. More highlights from the filings

CEO Dennis Key is a 40-year semiconductor industry veteran.

The Company plans to remedy this working capital deficit through its newly engineered sales plan that allows the Company to break even selling replacement parts alone coupled with increasing the revenue generated from the sales of capital equipment.

Currently, approximately 26% of our revenues result from sales outside the U.S., with an increasing percentage of sales to customers headquartered in Asia.

Help me out here, what are we missing?

I think we see .36 easy a couple days after the earnings are released. Probably some good news to boot as well. That gives us a PE of 4 If they keep up or step up the earnings from here, than maybe they will not need much cash infusion after all. LOL!

Good Luck!
