Where did you get the idea this brochure was new? Creation date of the file is from 2013... I am glad the site is back up and hope this turns around but this brochure is old.

Why is Apple agreeing to this deal? They are wiping out the debt whether furnaces sell or not and scrapping what's left. There has to be an underlying reason for Apple to "help" GT get out of this. Thoughts?

Is it not a possibility that shareholders receive something for their shares? Maybe not 1:1 but couldn't we possibly get 1 share of new ticker for every 5 we have now? Or something like that. Is it most likely an all or nothing situation? Thoughts? Thanks.

What do you all make of Apple's objection to the DIP financing?

I would agree with that but The Motley Fool has been around a long time and is a pretty well known site. Not that it means they are right. But they aren't a fly by night no name place is all. Here is to hoping it's legit!

You left out the next sentence where it says GT rejected this offer. I don't fully know how to read this document but it does not appear to be good for us. Looks to me like Apple is trying to get out of the whole thing, take back their facility and leave GT for dead. Can anyone please rationally refute this?

I'm long here but I guess I just don't see this as more news. We already knew they were agreeing to get all the Apple docs destroyed. Expunged means the same thing. Why do you feel this is new news that is telling us more than what we already knew? Thanks.

Doesn't it simply mean the Apple agreements and documents will be expunged. I don't read it as being the entire BK will be expunged. Hmm...

All I know is he fell off the wagon I guess and things got crazy.
